Abstract
本发明提供一种包装材料,具体为,其由以粘合玻璃纸与易切断性塑料薄膜的层压薄膜作为外层,涂布有形成内层的热熔胶的层压体构成,容易进行制造管理和保管管理,在切割作为内容物的块状干酪等食品时,在所有方向上具有良好的切割性(切断性)。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种适合于块状干酪、羊羹、米粉糕等使用菜刀或餐刀切分的食品的紧密包装的包装用层压体。
另外,本发明涉及一种可以在所有方向上使用菜刀或餐刀来切分的切割性(切断性)良好的包装用层压体。
更具体而讲,本发明涉及一种包装用层压体,其特征为,层压体的外层由玻璃纸与易切断性塑料薄膜的叠层薄膜形成,层压体的内层由热熔胶形成。
并且,在本发明中,内层指接触食品侧的层,外层指露出于外面侧的层。
背景技术
以往,作为块状干酪等食品的包装材料,已公知使用涂布有对食品侧的表面具有紧密性的热塑性树脂的塑料薄膜或玻璃纸而进行紧密包装的技术,使食品表面不与外气接触,这样的包装材料防止食品在销售流通渠道中变质或霉繁殖,作为保持其新鲜度的不可缺少的材料而被常用。
另外,作为直接包装食品的材料,使用在防潮加工玻璃纸(涂布有偏二氯乙烯树脂的玻璃纸)或者塑料薄膜上叠层铝箔,并为了给予防水性、防潮性、气密性及隔热性而涂布树脂或蜡的材料(专利文献1),设置微细孔的由塑料薄膜或金属箔等气密基体材料组成的外层与由蜡组成的内层的层压薄膜(专利文献2)。
用这样的包装材料包装的食品一般很少1次就吃完,为了食用通常切割成需要的大小或形状的块体来保存,包装这样的食品的包装材料,保存性是理所当然的,还需要具有很好的使用菜刀或餐刀时的切割性(切断性)。

现在,作为在市场上销售的块状干酪等食品的包装材料,大部分都是玻璃纸单层构造,这样的玻璃纸单层构造虽然具有良好的对食品的紧密性,但是在被施加苛刻的搬运冲击力时,很有可能在包装材料上产生针孔。另外,关于在塑料上叠层铝箔的材料方面,在制造工序中发生过金属探测器没有良好地工作等的不良状况。另一方面,为了改进该问题,在包装材料的一部分或者整体使用塑料薄膜时,存在有损于使用菜刀或餐刀时的切割性,失去商品价值的问题。
另外,由于为了进行常温加压密封而在紧贴食品侧的表面涂布有70~130g/m2的热熔胶,因此涂布面的粘性超出需要地变高,在以卷状常温保存这样的包装材料时,在使用前薄膜自身容易引起粘连,使用前的操作性存在问题。
因此,为了防止在使用前的保存时薄膜彼此粘连,有必要在制造薄膜时涂敷玉米淀粉的同时,将包装材料进行冷藏保存,但是对包装材料表面使用玉米淀粉,存在制造时粉末飞扬而不易进行工序管理的问题。
而且,如果较薄地涂布热熔化蜡以使薄膜不粘连,则也存在包装材料由于涂装热而收缩的问题。
在关于块状干酪的包装材料的发明方面,虽然在专利文献1及2中进行过报告,但是在专利文献1的发明中,由于只在一个方向上具有良好的撕开性,因此无法切割成小四方块儿状而使用,而且,由于在包装材料表面上涂敷40g/m2以上的热熔胶,因此存在难于进行制造管理和保存管理的问题。另外,专利文献2的发明虽然在所有方向上具有良好的切割性(切断性),但是根据为了赋予薄膜易切断性而实施的微细孔的大小,存在物理强度降低,叠层、蜡涂布等二次加工变困难的问题。
人们期待着能解决上述问题而在所有方向上具有切割性(切断性)这个所希望的物性的同时,容易进行生产管理和保存管理的兼备两个特性的包装材料。
发明内容
在本发明中,通过使用在外层叠层易切断性塑料薄膜与玻璃纸的层压薄膜,从而得到了在所有方向上具有良好的使用菜刀或餐刀时的切割性(切断性),而且减少在制造时包装材料热收缩或断裂,具有良好的抗针孔性的包装用层压体,由此完成了本发明。
另外,本发明的包装用层压体以隔热为前提,使作为接触食品侧的内层的热熔胶涂布量为10~40g/m2左右,而且不使用用于防止包装材料自身粘连的玉米淀粉,从而实现了包装材料制造时的生产管理和保存管理容易进行。
本发明的包装用层压体以玻璃纸为基体材料,通过在其上粘合易切断性塑料薄膜,从而在所有方向上保持良好的使用菜刀或餐刀时的切割性(切断性)的同时,减少在制造包装材料时的热收缩或断裂,而且具有良好的抗针孔性。
另外,在本发明中,由于不需要使用玉米淀粉,因此包装材料的品质管理变得易于进行,也不需要进行冷藏保存,可以实现生产的高效化。
从以上的物性改进考虑,由于本发明的包装材料在所有方向上具有良好的使用菜刀或餐刀时的切割性(切断性)的同时,可以降低针孔发生率,因此最适合于块状干酪等食品的包装用。

具体实施方式
下面,根据实施例附图对本发明进行详细说明。
图1是表示现有的包装材料构成的放大截面图,图2及图3是表示本发明实施例中的包装材料构成的放大截面图,图4是说明本发明实施例中使用菜刀进行的包装品的切割性(切断性)试验的立体图。
现有的包装材料如图1所示,以玻璃纸1为基体材料,在接触块状干酪等食品侧的表面涂布有具有粘结性的热熔胶2,并且,在其上作为粘连防止材料涂敷有玉米淀粉3,防止发生粘连。
对此,如图2所示,本发明的实施例中的包装材料是以玻璃纸1为基体材料,在接触块状干酪等食品侧的面上叠层有易切断性塑料薄膜4,并且在其上涂布有具有粘结性的热熔胶2的层压体。
在本发明中使用的易切断性塑料薄膜4虽然单层构造物和多层构造物都可以使用,但是特别适合使用由3层构造组成的层压体,而且最适合的是将中间层变脆的层压体。作为具有这样的性质的易切断性塑料薄膜,聚酯延伸薄膜较为适合。
另外,作为构成本发明的包装材料中的热熔胶2的热塑性树脂,乙烯-乙烯醇、石蜡、微晶蜡等较为适合。
作为实施例1,通过滚涂,在将由多层构造组成并在中间层具有物理性脆的层的聚酯薄膜(A)与防潮玻璃纸(B)进行叠层的层压薄膜的上述聚酯薄膜(A)侧涂布10~40g/m2的热熔胶而制作出材料,并进行了物性评价及使用菜刀时的切割性(切断性)实验。
作为实施例2,通过滚涂,在将机械地损伤薄膜表面而使物理性变脆的聚酯薄膜(A)与防潮玻璃纸(B)进行叠层的层压薄膜的上述聚酯薄膜(A)侧涂布10~40g/m2的热熔胶而制作出材料,并进行了物性评价及使用菜刀时的切割性(切断性)实验。
另外,作为比较例,在涂布有偏二氯乙烯树脂的以往公知的使用菜刀时的切割性(切断性)良好的包装材料的玻璃纸的单面涂敷100g/m2所述热熔化蜡而制作出材料,并进行了物性评价及使用菜刀时的切割性(切断性)实验。
使用各包装材料包装块状加工干酪225g,以20岁到59岁之间的10名男女为对象进行了使用菜刀时的切割性(切断性)功能评价。
表1表示其结果。

在以20岁到59岁之间的10名男女为对象进行的感官评价中,实施例1、实施例2都与比较例相同地被评价为在宽度方向、长度方向都具有良好的切割性(切断性)。
另外,实施例1及实施例2与比较例相比氧气通过率及水蒸气通过率低,被认为在保存性方面优秀。
Claims (4)
1.一种包装用层压体,其特征为,层压体的外层由玻璃纸与易切断性塑料薄膜的叠层薄膜形成,层压体的内层由热熔胶形成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包装用层压体,其特征为,形成外层的易切断性塑料薄膜的材料由聚酯组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的包装用层压体,其特征为,形成外层的具有易切断性的塑料薄膜材料由三层构造组成且中间层包括物理性脆的层的聚酯及/或机械地损伤薄膜表面而使物理性变脆的聚酯组成。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的包装用层压体,其特征为,形成内层的热熔胶的涂敷量为10~40g/m2。
