Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于装配并调节带的附接搭扣,由一对叠置的环组成,该对叠置的环呈现为不同尺寸的矩形框,较大的第一环包括矩形的第一开口,在尺寸较小的第二环中设置矩形的第二开口,该第一开口布置于第二开口的下方,从而限定出使带通过的横向狭槽,该狭槽布置在第二环的外侧边缘之一与第一环的第一开口的相邻侧边之间,随着夹紧力的施加,该搭扣处于将带阻挡在狭槽中的位置,或者在第二环进行旋转运动以使狭槽中的通道区扩大之后,该搭扣处于释放位置。
背景技术
根据文献EP 614626中描述的搭扣,第二环装配成在第一环上浮动,并通过围绕环的两个后横挡的缝纫带搭扣而固定到第一环。一旦施加拉力,带的另一端就可靠地被阻挡在两个环之间的狭槽中。当带不再绷紧时,阻挡作用消失,然后带可以在狭槽中滑动,特别是如果推力施加在带的端部上时。为了防止该附接搭扣的无意的调节损失,必须继续拉带的自由端而使带再次收紧。
根据另一已知的附接搭扣,顶部的第二环被引导成沿着底部的环的相对边缘平移,并被柔性装置推至阻挡位置。第二环的滑动使搭扣的完全开放变得不可能,这限制了使具有止端的带通过的横截面。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种附接搭扣,该附接搭扣对带提供最优的阻挡,防止任何不期望的调节损失,并能够获得用于装配带的大开口。
根据本发明的装置的特征在于,顶部的第二环借助连接弹簧铰接在底部的第一环上,该连接弹簧设计成使第二环压靠在第一环上并迫使所述第二环滑动至阻挡位置。
夹紧作用被确定为在带不再收紧时防止松弛,同时允许拉拽带的端部以进行调节时能够滑动。由于第二环相对于第一环的大间隙,带插入在搭扣中更容易。
根据优选实施例,连接弹簧由通过第二环的中间孔的螺旋弹簧形成,所述弹簧经由其两个相对的端部固定到第一环。螺旋弹簧在第二环的旋转轴线的横向方向上延伸。
用于使连接弹簧通过的孔优选地布置在第二环的开口外侧的凸起中,所述凸起在第二环滑动至阻挡位置的方向上延伸。

具体实施方式
在图1-3中,可调节的附接搭扣10由一对叠置的环11、12组成,这对叠置的环11、12为具有不同尺寸的矩形或梯形结构。较大的第一环11包括第一开口13,在尺寸较小的第二环12中设置矩形的第二开口14,该第一开口13布置在第二开口14的下方。
带15的宽度比开口13、14的宽度略小,以防止带15在环11、12的相对的横向侧边上进行任何摩擦。
参照图3,带15通过两个开口13、14,然后带15的端部插入位于第二环12的外侧边缘17与第一开口13的相邻侧边之间的横向狭槽16中。然后其沿相反方向再次通过第一环11,围绕第二环12的右手横档18形成一圈。
顶部的第二环12借助连接弹簧19铰接在底部的第一环11上,该连接弹簧19布置成将第二环12压靠在第一环11的顶表面上,并迫使第二环12滑动至阻挡位置以将带15阻挡在狭槽16中。

根据本发明的搭扣10的操作如下:
在图4中,搭扣10闭合且带15的右旋股被阻挡在狭槽16中。施加在带15上的拉力T1使第二环12滑动至阻挡位置。即使在带因连接弹簧19的第一分量FX而不再拉紧时,该阻挡状态也能持续存在,这使得搭扣10的无意松弛变得不可能。然而,带15的阻挡保持得足够适度,从而以T2在带的止端24上施加拉拽作用以调节带时,允许带在狭槽16中滑动。
在图5中,在第二环12已经沿箭头F3的方向抬起之后,搭扣10处于打开的过程中。第二环12的旋转运动围绕螺旋弹簧19的铰接轴线,并且第二环12的端部保持压靠在第一环11上。带15释放,并可以在搭扣10中自由运动。
在图6中,当第二环12垂直于第一环11延伸时,搭扣10完全打开。这产生了释放或接合带15的止端24的大通道,并且弹簧19的第二分量FZ使第二环12的端部压靠第一环11。
图7-9示出搭扣10的实施例的示例,该搭扣10具有第二环12,该第二环12通过铸造完全模制在塑料外壳25中。螺旋连接弹簧19的两个分支在设置在外壳25的后部的腔26中有间隙地横向延伸,从而当带15被阻挡时允许弹簧变形。横档18周围的外壳是支柱27的形式,支柱27设计成当带如图4中那样被阻挡时完全穿入第一环11的第一开口13中。然后,第二环12完全压在第一环11上。

Claims (6)

1.一种附接搭扣,用于装配并调节带(15),由一对不同尺寸的矩形框形式的叠置的环(11,12)组成,较大的第一环(11)包括矩形的第一开口(13),在尺寸较小的第二环(12)中布置矩形的第二开口(14),该第一开口(13)布置在第二开口(14)的下方,从而限定出使带(15)通过的横向狭槽(16),该狭槽(16)布置在第二环(12)的外侧边缘之一与第一环(11)的第一开口(13)的相邻侧边之间,随着夹紧力的施加,该搭扣(10)处于将带(15)阻挡在狭槽(16)中的位置,或者在第二环(12)进行旋转运动以使狭槽(16)中的通道区扩大之后,该搭扣(10)处于释放位置,

3.根据权利要求2的附接搭扣,其特征在于,螺旋弹簧在第二环(12)的旋转轴线的横向方向上延伸。
4.根据权利要求2的附接搭扣,其特征在于,使连接弹簧(19)通过的中间孔布置在第二环(12)的开口(14)外侧的凸起中,所述凸起在第二环(12)滑动至阻挡位置的方向上延伸。
5.根据权利要求1的附接搭扣,其特征在于,第二环(12)由铸造完全模制在由塑料材料制成的外壳(25)中,所述连接弹簧(19)在设置于外壳(25)的后部的腔(26)中有间隙地横向延伸,从而在对带(15)进行阻挡时允许弹簧变形。
6.根据权利要求5的附接搭扣,其特征在于,外壳(25)包括与腔(26)相对的支柱(27),该支柱(27)设计成在带被阻挡时完全穿入第一环(11)的第一开口(13)中。
