Abstract

一种板卡固定装置,用于将一板卡固定于主板的连接器,所述连接器设有若干个卡槽,所述板卡固定装置包括至少一个由板材弯折形成的卡固件,每一卡固件包括一顶壁及自所述顶壁两侧同向弯折延伸的两侧壁,所述顶壁内侧设有一可弹性抵置于板卡顶面的弹片,每一侧壁的下部设有开槽并形成两弹性部,每一弹性部进一步延伸形成具有卡突的卡脚,当板卡插接于主板的连接器时,将板卡夹持于所述卡固件的两侧壁间,每一侧壁的两卡脚穿设于对应的卡槽,所述两卡脚的卡突分别扣持于相应卡槽边缘而固定所述板卡。由于所述卡固件由板材制成,占用空间小,扩大了相邻两个板卡之间的气流通道,从而可增加流经板卡的空气流量,十分利于板卡散热,而且装拆也很方便。

板卡固定装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种板卡固定装置,特别涉及一种电子设备内的板卡固定装置。
背景技术
当前,个人计算机、服务器等现代电子设备发展迅速,CPU成为这些电子设备内部发热量最大的元件,人们经常利用散热装置来对其进行主动散热。而某些板卡,如集成了若干内存芯片的电路板(亦称内存条)、扩充卡等,尽管其在工作时也产生较大的热量,但没有受到应有的重视。
一般,这些板卡均是通过卡扣并排地固定于电子设备内,但是这些卡扣大都位于板卡的一端或两端,比如固定内存条的卡扣结构便位于其两端,这样,这些卡扣就会占据两相邻内存条之间的空间。而这些空间正是为这些板卡散热的气流流经的通道,如此,这些卡扣便会阻挡气流的通过,使流经两个板卡之间的气流减少,很不利于板卡散热。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种利于散热的板卡固定装置。
一种板卡固定装置,用于将一板卡固定于主板的连接器,所述连接器设有若干个卡槽,所述板卡固定装置包括至少一个由板材弯折形成的卡固件,每一卡固件包括一顶壁及自所述顶壁两侧同向弯折延伸的两侧壁,所述顶壁内侧设有一可弹性抵置于板卡顶面的弹片,每一侧壁的下部设有开槽并形成两弹性部,每一弹性部进一步延伸形成具有卡突的卡脚,当板卡插接于主板的连接器时,将板卡夹持于所述卡固件的两侧壁间,每一侧壁的两卡脚穿设于对应的卡槽,所述两卡脚的卡突分别扣持于相应卡槽边缘而固定所述板卡。
本发明板卡固定装置的卡固件由板材制成,占用空间小,扩大了相邻两个板卡之间的气流通道,从而降低了对气流的阻力,可增加流经板卡的空气流量,十分利于板卡散热,而且当所述卡脚的卡突脱离相应卡槽边缘时,所述卡脚即可在弹片的弹性恢复力作用下自动脱出相应卡槽,方便了拆卸。

具体实施方式
请参照图1,本发明板卡固定装置的较佳实施方式用于将板卡100固定于主板200,其包括两卡固件30。
在本实施方式中,所述板卡100为一内存条,其底部设有具一排导电引脚的插接部102,其两相对端部分别形成固定部104。
所述主板200设有一长条状的连接器20。所述连接器20包括顶面21及自所述顶面21垂直向下而设的两相对侧面23,所述顶面21开设用于插置所述板卡100的插接部102的插槽22。所述连接器20的两侧面23邻近两端处分别凸设一卡持部24,每一卡持部24开设一卡槽26。
请继续参照图2,在本实施方式中,所述两卡固件30均由金属板材弯折而成。每一卡固件30包括一顶壁32及自所述顶壁32两侧向下弯折延伸的两相对的侧壁34,所述两侧壁34之间形成一可容置所述板卡100的固定部104的容置空间36,所述顶壁32于所述容置空间36内倾斜地设置一弹片38。每一侧壁34的下部纵向设有一开槽39而于所述开槽39的两侧分别形成一弹性部40,每一弹性部40的底端向远离对应侧壁34的方向垂直延伸形成一L形的扣持部41,每一扣持部41包括一水平的支撑段42及一竖直的卡脚44。每一卡脚44的外侧缘进一步向外延伸形成一与卡脚44共面的卡突46。每一支撑段42的外侧缘垂直向上延伸形成一扳动片48。在其他实施方式中,所述两卡固件30也可以由如塑料等具有一定弹性的其他板材制成;所述扳动片48还可以设在所述支撑段42的其他位置。
请同时参照图1至图3,组装时,将所述板卡100的插接部102插入所述连接器20的插槽22内。相向按压所述两卡固件30每一侧壁34的两相对弹性部40,使其发生弹性变形并将所述两卡固件30套设在所述板卡100的两固定部104,以使扣持部41伸入所述连接器20的对应卡持部24的卡槽26内;同时,所述两卡固件30的弹片38发生弹性变形,并分别抵靠于固定部104的顶面。松释所述两卡固件30,每两相对的弹性部40弹性恢复而让相应扣持部41上的卡突46挡止于对应卡持部24的底部;而所述两卡固件30的支撑段42及卡脚44分别贴靠在所述连接器20的顶面21及对应侧面23。
取出所述板卡100时,相向压靠所述两卡固件30每一侧壁34的两扳动片48,使对应的弹性部40及扣持部41发生弹性变形,从而其两卡脚44的卡突46脱离相应卡持部24。这时,对应弹片38弹性恢复而将卡固件30向上抬起,带动卡脚44脱出相应的卡槽26,即可自所述连接器20的插槽22内拔出所述板卡100。
在其他实施方式中,每一卡固件30的卡脚44可直接自相应侧壁34的弹性部40延伸形成,即省去了支撑段42,而扳动片48可弯折设置于弹性部40上。此时,与卡脚44对应的卡槽26开设于所述连接器20的顶面21两端,当每两相对的卡脚44穿入相应的卡槽26内时,卡脚44的卡突46卡置于卡槽26内部边缘即可固定所述连接器20。
由于所述两卡固件30由板材制成,且基本平行地固持于所述板卡100,占用空间小,使相邻两个板卡100之间的气流通道扩大,降低了对气流的阻力,从而可增加流经所述两板卡100的空气流量,十分利于板卡100散热。而且当这些卡脚44的卡突46分别脱离相应卡持部24时,这些卡脚44即可在相应弹片38的向上的弹性恢复力作用下自动脱出相应的卡槽26,方便了拆卸。

Claims (6)

1.一种板卡固定装置,用于将一板卡固定于主板的连接器,所述连接器设有若干个卡槽,所述板卡固定装置包括至少一个由板材弯折形成的卡固件,每一卡固件包括一顶壁及自所述顶壁两侧同向弯折延伸的两侧壁,所述顶壁内侧设有一可弹性抵置于板卡顶面的弹片,每一侧壁的下部设有开槽并形成两弹性部,每一弹性部的底端向远离对应侧壁的方向延伸形成一L形的扣持部,每一扣持部包括一支撑段及自所述支撑段弯折形成的具有卡突的卡脚,所述支撑段可贴靠在所述连接器的顶面,当板卡插接于主板的连接器时,将板卡夹持于所述卡固件的两侧壁间,每一侧壁的两卡脚穿设于对应的卡槽,所述两卡脚的卡突分别扣持于相应卡槽边缘而固定所述板卡。
2.如权利要求1所述的板卡固定装置,其特征在于:每一侧壁的两支撑段上分别设置一扳动片,当相向扳动所述两扳动片时可使相应的弹性部发生弹性变形,以便对应的卡脚穿入或脱出相应的卡槽。
3.如权利要求2所述的板卡固定装置,其特征在于:每一侧壁的两卡脚的卡突分别突设于所述两卡脚相互远离的外侧缘。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的板卡固定装置,其特征在于:所述连接器的两侧面分别凸设有至少一卡持部,每一卡持部开设有一个所述卡槽。
5.如权利要求4所述的板卡固定装置,其特征在于:所述连接器于其顶面开设用于插置板卡的插槽。
6.如权利要求1所述的板卡固定装置,其特征在于:所述卡槽开设于所述连接器的顶面。
