Abstract

本創作為有關一種免工具之板端卡固定裝置,係將板端卡先容置於一固定架中,再將該固定架插置於一電連接器中,於組裝流程中,板端卡與固定架之固定不需使用任何手工具,僅需將板端卡卡合於固定架中即可,再將固定架插置於電連接器中亦不需使用手工具,僅需利用固定架二側之卡掣彈片卡合於電連接器之二支臂中以完成固定,且於製造或運輸的過程中受到晃動或震動亦不會產生固定架與電連接器分離之情況,藉由固定架與電連接器之卡合結構,以實現無工具將板端卡固定於電連器之目的。

Description

免工具之板端卡固定裝置
本創作係提供一種免工具之板端卡固定裝置,尤指一種由固定架與電連接器之卡合結構,以實現無工具將板端卡固定於電連器之目的。
按,現今電腦科技以日新月異快速發展,而桌上型或筆記型電腦已普遍存在於社會上各個角落,其電腦之發展趨勢亦朝運算功能強、速度快及體積小方向邁進,使電腦內部之連接器也隨之大幅的縮小,以可因應現今電腦之發展趨勢,再者,為了配合電腦運作功能不斷的提升、進步,其電腦之主機板必須擴充記憶卡、介面卡或功能板卡等,以將整體應用功能、運作效率及操作能力升級,然而,為了於主機板上擴充記憶卡、介面卡或功能板卡等,其主機板上也要設置相對的連接器來供各式記憶卡、介面卡或功能板卡等電性插接,藉此作為傳輸電子訊號使用。
然而,目前主機板的連接器上皆會設置有鎖扣裝置,當擴充記憶卡、介面卡或功能板卡對接於連接器上後,即可透過鎖扣裝置來進行固定,但是,由於工業電腦、車載電腦或其它型式的電腦,在運作時會產生震動情形,所以鎖扣裝置容易發生鬆脫之情況,以致於記憶卡、介面卡或功能板卡等容易鬆脫、跳開或脫出於鎖扣裝置之外,導致無法與連接 器形成良好的電性導通。
一般的卡緣連接器(Edge Card Connector)需降低高度以符合製程上的限高,亦需符合最小使用面積的要求,故提出分件式的設計方案,其方案為連接器(Connector)可先進行表面貼裝技術(SMT)製程,後續再將已組配好的板端卡(Edge Card)固定架插入連接器。故有的業者將板端卡先固定於一底側兩端裝置有二螺孔之固定架,並使板端卡下方接點外露於固定架,再將板端卡插置於一電路板上之卡緣連接器後,再將固定架利用螺絲鎖合於螺孔與電路板,以完成將板端卡固定於卡緣連接器之固定結構,但是應用該等作業方式之缺點在於板端卡裝配人員必須手持鎖合工具(螺絲起子)進行組裝,以人工鎖合組裝顯得十分費時無效率,而有待從事此行業者加以改善組裝流程。
是以,要如何設法解決上述習用之缺失與不便,即為相關業者所亟欲研究改善之方向所在。
故,創作人有鑑於上述之問題與缺失,乃蒐集相關資料,經由多方評估及考量,並以從事於此行業累積之多年經驗,經由不斷試作及修改,始設計出此種免工具之板端卡固定裝置之新型誕生。
本創作之主要目的乃在於將板端卡先容置於一固定架中,再將該固定架插置於一電連接器中,於組裝流程中,板端卡與固定架之固定不需使用任何手工具,僅需將板端卡卡合於固定架中即可,再將固定架插置於電連接器中亦不需使用手工具,僅需利用固定架二側之卡掣彈片卡 合於電連接器之二支臂中以完成固定,且於製造或運輸的過程中受到晃動或震動亦不會產生固定架與電連接器分離之情況,藉由固定架與電連接器之卡合結構,以實現無工具將板端卡固定於電連器之目的。
本創作之次要目的乃在於固定架於架體上方設置有二調整彈片,對稱設置於架體上方,且該二調整件與該架體之間更係具有一調整間隙,該調整間隙用以提供該二調整件下壓之彈性空間,將固定架內板端卡下壓至下死點,以使板端卡底部二端確實抵持於固定架之二抵板,更使板端卡之接點與電連接器之端子接觸良好而無任何歪斜情況,確保板端卡於高頻信號時運作穩定。
本創作之另一目的在於該架體於設置該容置槽一側之一第一架框厚度小於該架體另一側之一第二架框厚度,且該電連接器之該基座一側設有一擋片,該擋片二端各設有一定位槽,該二定位槽之寬度僅能供該第一架框卡合定位,該第二架框則被限位於該檔片之上方,以形成該固定架插置於該電連接器之防反插結構。
本創作之再一目的在於該二調整彈片之相對外側更係設有一突出部,該二突出部做為該固定架自該電連接器拔出之施力支點。

為達成上述目的及功效,本創作所採用之技術手段及其構造,茲繪圖就本創作之較佳實施例詳加說明其特徵與功能如下,俾利完全瞭解。
請參閱第一、二、三、五圖所示,係為本創作將板端卡組裝於固定架之立體分解結構圖、將固定架組裝於電連接器之立體分解結構圖、將固定架組裝於電連接器之立體外觀結構圖及板端卡之接點與電連接器之端子做電性連接的結構圖,由圖中可清楚看出,本創作免工具之板端卡固定裝置係包括板端卡1、固定架2及電連接器3,其中:
固定架2具有架體21以供板端卡1做一容置,架體21二外側各係設置卡掣彈片26,卡掣彈片26係包括抵持部261、卡合部262及釋放部263,而架體21一側具有容置槽211,容置槽211提供板端卡1做一容置。容置槽211之二側更係設置有二擋止板22及二限位塊23,用於抵持板端卡1之二表面,限位塊23係為三角柱體所構成,當然熟悉本項技藝人仕設計限位塊23的結構不限於三角柱體,舉凡任何能將板端卡1限位於固定架2之幾何結構,皆為本創作之保護範圍。容置槽211之二側更係設置有二抵板24,用以抵持板端卡1底部之二端。
架體21上方更係設置有至少一調整件25,藉由壓下該調整件25使板端卡1頂部受壓力向下方移動,以使板端卡1底部之二端同時抵持於二抵板24。調整件25係為調整彈片所構成。調整件25之較佳實施結構為二個,對稱設置於架體21上方,且二調整件25與架體21之間更係具有調整間隙251,調整間隙251用以提供二調整件25下壓之彈性空間。二調整件25之相對外側更係設有一突出部252,該二突出部252做為該固定架2自該電連接器3拔出之施力支點。
電連接器3具有基座31,基座31內設有插槽311,插槽311中設有端子組312,端子組312提供板端卡1做一插置,於基座31兩端各設置有支臂32,二支臂32各具有空置空間321,二容置空間321提供二卡掣彈片26做一卡合定位,支臂32於對應容置空間321之內壁面更係設置卡槽322,卡槽322上更係設有擋止部3221,卡掣彈片26之抵持部261係穿置於支臂32之容置空間321中,且卡合部262係抵持卡槽322及擋止部3221以形成定位結構。
上述基座31於表面處為橫向設有供板端卡1插入之插槽311,而端子組312一側設有延伸至插槽311內且與板端卡1上的接點形成電性接觸之對接部3121,再於端子組312另側設有延伸出基座31外部並對應電路板4上之複數焊墊41形成連接之焊接部3122。
請參閱第四圖所示,係為本創作固定架與電連接器之間設置防反插之結構示意圖,其中架體21於設置容置槽211一側之第一架 框212厚度小於架體另一側之第二架框213厚度,且電連接器3之基座31一側設有擋片33,擋片33二端各設有定位槽34,二定位槽34之寬度僅能供第一架框212卡合定位,第二架框213則被限位於檔片33之上方,以形成固定架2插置於電連接器3之防反插結構。
請再參閱第五圖所示,當固定架2於架體21上方所設置二調整件25將固定架2內板端卡1下壓至下死點,以使板端卡1底部二端確實抵持於固定架2之二抵板24,更使板端卡1之接點11與電連接器之端子組312之對接部3121接觸良好而無任何歪斜情況,確保板端卡1於高頻信號時運作穩定。
請再參閱第六、七圖所示,係為本創作將固定架組裝於電連接器之前視動作示意圖及將固定架自電連接器拔出之前視動作示意圖,先將板端卡1容置於固定架2中,再將該固定架2插置於一電連接器3中,於組裝流程中,板端卡1與固定架2之固定不需使用任何手工具,僅需將板端卡1卡合於固定架2中即可,再將固定架2插置於電連接器3中亦不需使用手工具,僅需利用固定架2二側之卡掣彈片26卡合於電連接器3之二支臂32中以完成固定,且於製造或運輸的過程中受到晃動或震動亦不會產生固定架2與電連接器3分離之情況,藉由固定架2與電連接器3之卡合結構,以實現無工具將板端卡1固定於電連接器之目的。
承上述,欲將固定架2自該電連接器3拔出時,二調整件25之相對外側更係設有突出部252,二突出部252做為該固定架2自該電連接器3拔出之施力支點,再以雙指施力將二卡掣彈片26之釋放部263由向外傾斜角度回壓至垂直狀態,並使卡掣彈片26之卡合部2 62自支臂32之卡槽322處移出,此時便可將固定架2垂直向上拉出便可脫離電連接器3後,再將板端卡1自固定架2之容置槽211拉出,以完成拆卸板端卡1之動作。
上所述僅為本創作之較佳實施例而已,非因此即侷限本創作之專利範圍,故舉凡運用本創作說明書及圖式內容所為之簡易修飾及等效結構變化,均應同理包含於本創作之專利範圍內,合予陳明。
綜上所述,本創作上述免工具之板端卡固定裝置於使用時,為確實能達到其功效及目的,故本創作誠為一實用性優異之創作,為符合新型專利之申請要件,爰依法提出申請,盼 審委早日賜准本案,以保障創作人之辛苦創作,倘若 鈞局審委有任何稽疑,請不吝來函指示,創作人定當竭力配合,實感德便。

Claims (12)

  1. 一種免工具之板端卡固定裝置,係包括:一固定架,具有一架體以供一板端卡做一容置,該架體二外側各係設置一卡掣彈片;以及一電連接器,具有一基座,該基座內設有一插槽,該插槽中設有一端子組,該端子組提供該板端卡做一插置,於該基座兩端各設置有一支臂,該二支臂各具有一空置空間,該二容置空間提供該二卡掣彈片做一卡合定位。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之免工具之板端卡固定裝置,其中該架體一側具有一容置槽,該容置槽提供該板端卡做一容置。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之免工具之板端卡固定裝置,其中該容置槽之二側更係設置有二擋止板及二限位塊,用於抵持該板端卡之二表面。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之免工具之板端卡固定裝置,其中該容置槽之二側更係設置有二抵板,用以抵持該板端卡底部之二端。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之免工具之板端卡固定裝置,其中該架體上方更係設置有至少一調整件,藉由壓下該調整件使該板端卡頂部受壓力向下方移動,以使該板端卡底部之該二端同時抵持於二抵板。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之免工具之板端卡固定裝置,其中該調整件係為一調整彈片所構成。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之免工具之板端卡固定裝置,其中該調整件之較佳實施結構為二個,對稱設置於該架體上方,且該二調整件與該架體之間更係具有一調整間隙,該調整間隙用以提供該二調整件下壓之彈性空間。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之免工具之板端卡固定裝置,其中該二調整件之相對外側更係設有一突出部,該二突出部做為該固定架自該電連接器拔出之施力支點。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之免工具之板端卡固定裝置,其中該支臂於對應容置空間之內壁面更係設置一卡槽,該卡槽上更係設有一擋止部。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之免工具之板端卡固定裝置,其中該架體二外側各係設置一卡掣彈片,該卡掣彈片係包括一抵持部、一卡合部及一釋放部,該卡掣彈片之該抵持部係穿置於該支臂之容置空間中,且該卡合部係抵持卡槽及擋止部以形成定位結構。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之免工具之板端卡固定裝置,其中該基座於表面處為橫向設有供一板端卡插入之一插槽,而該端子組一側設有延伸至該插槽內且與該板端卡上的接點形成電性接觸之一對接部,再於該端子組另側設有延伸出該基座外部並對應一電路板上之複數焊墊形成連接之一焊接部。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之免工具之板端卡固定裝置,其中該架體於設置容置槽一側之一第一架框厚度小於該架體另一側之一第二架框厚度,且該電連接器之該基座一側設有一擋片,該擋片二端各設有一定位槽,該二定位槽之寬度僅能供該第一架框卡合定位,該第二架框則被限位於該檔片之上方,以形成該固定架插置於該電連接器之防反插結構。
