Abstract

一种扩充卡固定装置,用于将一扩充卡固定于一主板,该扩充卡固定装置包括一设置于该主板上的卡置该扩充卡的底部的连接器及一由该扩充卡上部卡置该扩充卡的弹性夹,该连接器两侧分别设有一卡扣部,该弹性夹设有两分别钩扣于所述卡扣部的弹性卡脚。

技术领域
本实用新型是关于一种扩充卡固定装置。
背景技术
现有计算机常需要与外部设备进行数据交换,其通常通过连接于计算机主板上的扩充卡与外界连接。现有技术中,扩充卡包括一与计算机主板相连的板体及一具有外接设备接口的挡片,该挡片大致呈L形,当扩充卡插入主板上的一连接器后,使用若干螺钉将该挡片锁固于电脑机箱后板,从而实现固定扩充卡的目的。然而,这种固定方式安装和拆卸繁琐,费时费力,当其中有个别螺钉未锁紧时,扩充卡容易出现松动或翘起,易对扩充卡及主板连接器造成损害。
发明内容
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种结构简单,拆装方便快捷的扩充卡固定装置。
一种扩充卡固定装置,用于将一扩充卡固定于一主板,该扩充卡固定装置包括一设置于该主板上的卡置该扩充卡的底部的连接器及一由该扩充卡上部卡置该扩充卡的弹性夹,该连接器两侧分别设有一卡扣部,该弹性夹设有两分别钩扣于所述卡扣部的弹性卡脚。
相较现有技术,上述扩充卡固定装置通过弹性夹将该扩充卡固定稳固固定于连接器上,结构简单,操作方便。

具体实施方式
请参照图1,为本实用新型扩充卡固定装置的较佳实施方式,用于将扩充卡10固定于一电脑机箱20内。该扩充卡固定装置包括一连接器30及一弹性夹40。
该扩充卡10的底部设有一排引脚16。该扩充卡10的一端设有一挡片12,该挡片12顶部形成一弯折部124,该弯折部124设有一通孔126。
该电脑机箱20包括一后板22,该后板22对应该扩充卡10的挡片12设有开槽223。该后板22向外弯折形成一承载部225,该后板22于开槽223的下方向内冲设形成一桥形折片227并形成一狭槽228。该承载部225对应扩充卡10的挡片12的通孔126设有穿孔226。
一主板26装设于该电脑机箱20内,该连接器30装设于该主板26上,与该电脑机箱20的后板22上的开槽223相对。该连接器30包括一主体部31,该主体部31顶部设有用于插拔该扩充卡10的引脚16的扩充槽32。该主体部31设有两侧壁33,每一侧壁33于远离该电脑机箱20的后板22的一端向外设有一卡扣部35,每一卡扣部35由上至下设有一穿槽353。
该弹性夹40大致呈倒“V”字形,其包括两弹性卡脚42。每一弹性卡脚42的外侧壁设有若干止滑条421。每一弹性卡脚42邻近末端向外延伸一钩扣部423。该弹性夹40于两弹性卡脚42的内侧壁的连接处向上设有一卡槽44,该卡槽44内装设有止滑软垫。
请参照图2,组装时,首先将该扩充卡10的引脚16插入该主板26上的连接器30的扩充槽32内,并该扩充卡10的挡片12底部穿过该电脑机箱20的后板22的狭槽228而卡固于该桥形折片227,使该挡片12挡止于该后板22的对应开槽223,该挡片12的弯折部124定位于该后板20的承载部225上。然后,将一螺钉50穿过该弯折部124的通孔126而锁入该承载部225上的穿孔226,从而将该扩充卡10一端锁固于该电脑机箱20内。
之后,请继续参照图3,按压该弹性夹40的两弹性卡脚42,将该弹性夹40由上部夹住该扩充卡10的另一端,使弹性卡脚42分别穿过该连接器30两侧的卡扣部35的穿槽353而抵顶于该主板26。同时,该扩充卡10顶部卡入该弹性夹40的卡槽44内,并紧贴于该卡槽44内的止滑软垫。该止滑软垫起止滑防震的作用。松开弹性卡脚42,弹性卡脚42弹性恢复,使弹性卡脚42末端的钩扣部423分别卡置于连接器30两侧的卡扣部35底部,从而将该扩充卡10的另一端卡固。

Claims (6)

1.一种扩充卡固定装置,用于将一扩充卡固定于一主板,所述扩充卡固定装置包括一设置于所述主板上的卡置所述扩充卡的底部的连接器,其特征在于:所述连接器两侧分别设有一卡扣部,所述扩充卡固定装置还包括一由所述扩充卡上部卡置所述扩充卡的弹性夹,所述弹性夹设有两分别钩扣于所述卡扣部的弹性卡脚。
2.如权利要求1所述的扩充卡固定装置,其特征在于:每一卡扣部设有一穿槽,每一弹性卡脚向外设有一钩扣部,所述钩扣部穿过对应穿槽卡置对应卡扣部。
3.如权利要求1所述的扩充卡固定装置,其特征在于:所述弹性夹呈倒“V”字形。
4.如权利要求1所述的扩充卡固定装置,其特征在于:所述弹性夹于所述弹性卡脚的连接处设有一卡置所述扩充卡的卡槽。
5.如权利要求4所述的扩充卡固定装置,其特征在于:所述卡槽内装设有止滑软垫。
6.如权利要求1所述的扩充卡固定装置,其特征在于:每一弹性卡脚外侧设有若干止滑条。
