Abstract

本发明公开一种导光板及应用该导光板的背光模组,该导光板包括一基体及一形成于基体上的网点结构,该网点结构上设置有荧光层;该背光模组包括一上述的导光板及一光源,该光源为紫外光源,该光源产生的紫外线用于激发荧光层产生可见光。本发明的背光模组,通过采用紫外光源,对涂有荧光层的导光板进行照射,使其发出可见光,减少了光源使用的数量,提高了空间利用率。

导光板及应用该导光板的背光模组
技术领域
本发明是关于一种导光板,尤其是关于一种提高背光模组空间利用率的导光板及应用该导光板的背光模组。
背景技术
由于液晶显示器面板中的液晶本身不发光,因而,为了达到显示效果,需要给液晶显示器面板提供一面光源,如背光模组,以实现其显示功能。随着液晶显示器应用领域的不断扩展,特别是大尺寸液晶显示器的应用,如笔记本电脑或者液晶电视等,对面光源的亮度和均匀性提出了更高的要求。
为解决满足上述面光源对光的亮度及均匀性的要求,现有一种背光模组,其包括一反射片及多个灯管,该反射片具有一反射表面,该多个灯管依次水平多行排列在反射表面上。
上述的背光模组,虽然能提高光的亮度及均匀性,然而,其通过设置了多行的灯管,增大了尺寸,空间利用率不高。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种提高背光模组空间利用率的导光板。
此外,还有必要提供一种具有上述导光板的背光模组。
一种导光板包括一基体一形成于基体上的网点结构,该网点结构上设置有荧光层。
一种背光模组,包括一导光板及一光源,该光源为紫外光源,该导光板包括一基体一形成于基体上的网点结构,该网点结构上设置有荧光层,该光源产生的紫外线用于激发荧光层产生可见光。
相较现有技术,本发明的背光模组,通过采用紫外光源,对设置有荧光层的导光板进行照射,使其发出可见光,减少了光源使用的数量,提高了空间利用率,减小了尺寸。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明的背光模组100包括一光源10、一导光板20及一壳体30。该光源10及导光板20安装在壳体30上。为了增强光的均匀性和强度,本发明的背光模组100还包括一扩散片40、一第一增光片50及一第二增光片60。
该光源10为紫外光源,其用于为导光板20提供紫外光。该光源10设置一反光罩11,该反光罩11安装于光源10的一侧并部分包围光源10,使得光源10发出的紫外光大部分入射到导光板20。
请结合参阅图2,该导光板20包括一基体21、一形成于基体21上的网点结构23及一设置于网点结构23上的荧光层25。该基体21由具有良好透光率的材料制成,如聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,聚碳酸酯,聚苯乙烯,聚丙烯,聚乙烯等,其还可以加入脱模剂,抗氧化剂等其他成分,使所形成的导光板20具有良好的光学效应。该基体21的一侧经蚀刻、切割或者网点印刷等工艺处理形成网点结构23。在本实施例中,该网点结构23由若干凸设于基体21表面的凸起组成。每一凸起的外表面通过静电喷涂形成一荧光层25。该荧光粉包括经紫外线照射后发红光、蓝光及绿光;其中,发红光的荧光粉可为三价铕激发的钇铝石榴石、磷钒酸钇、氧化钆镥中的一种或者几种,发蓝光的荧光粉可为二价铕激发的绿磷酸钙、二价铕激活的氯磷酸锶、铕活化钙取代钡六铝酸盐中的一种或几种,发绿光的荧光粉为铈激活的钇铝石榴石、硅铝酸盐、氯硅酸镁锌钙中的一种或几种。
该扩散片40包括一底层41及一扩散层43。该底层41的材料要求在高温高频下具有良好的电性能,如PET材料(Poly Ethylene Terephthalate,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)。该扩散层43形成于底层41上。该扩散层43采用有机透明粒子,如丙烯酸树脂,苯乙烯树脂等。由于底层41与扩散层43采用不同的材料,其透光率存在一定的差异,从而光穿过该扩散片40时,均匀性及利用率得到了提高。
该第一增光片50包括一基层51及一增光层53,该基层51及增光层53大致呈矩形。该第二增光片60包括一基础层61及一增光层63,该基础层61大致呈矩形,该增光层63的轮廓大致呈三角形。透过扩散片40的光线,经第一增光片50及第二增光片60后,光线的亮度增大。
使用时,打开光源10,其发出的紫外线照射到导光板20的荧光层25上,该荧光层25发出红、绿、蓝可见光,经基体21透出。该导光板20发出来的可见光经过扩散片40的作用形成均匀的光面,其经过第一增光片50及第二增光片60的增光作用,射向液晶面板(图未示)形成影像。
可以理解,本发明的导光板20的网点结构23不限于有凸设于基体21表面的凸起组成,其还可以为凹坑,或者同时具有凸起和凹坑。
可以理解,网点结构23上的荧光层25还可压力喷枪喷涂等方式形成。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明权利要求公开的范围和精神内做其它形式和细节上的各种修改、添加和替换。当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的各种修改、添加和替换等变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (9)

1.一种导光板,其包括一基体及一形成于基体上的网点结构,其特征在于:该导光板还包括一设置于网点结构的荧光层。
2.如权利要求1所述的导光板,其特征在于:该网点结构为凹坑或者凸起。
3.一种背光模组,包括一导光板及一光源,该导光板包括一基体及一形成于基体上的网点结构,其特征在于:该导光板还包括一设置于网点结构的荧光层,该光源为紫外光源,该光源产生的紫外线用于激发荧光层产生可见光。
4.如权利要求3所述的背光模组,其特征在于:该背光模组还包括一壳体及一扩散片,该扩散片安装于壳体上;该扩散片包括一底层及一形成于底层上的扩散层。
5.如权利要求4所述的背光模组,其特征在于:该背光模组还包括一第一增光片及一第二增光片,该第一增光片及第二增光片依次安装于壳体上。
6.如权利要求5所述的背光模组,其特征在于:该第二增光片包括一基础层及一形成于基础层上的增光层。
7.如权利要求3所述的背光模组,其特征在于:该光源还设置有一反光罩,该反光罩安装于光源的一侧。
8.如权利要求3所述的背光模组,其特征在于:该荧光层包括经紫外线照射后发红光、蓝光及绿光的荧光粉。
9.如权利要求8所述的背光模组,其特征在于:该发红光的荧光粉为三价铕激发的钇铝石榴石、磷钒酸钇、氧化钆镥中至少一种;该发蓝光的荧光粉为二价铕激发的绿磷酸钙、二价铕激活的氯磷酸锶、铕活化钙取代钡六铝酸盐中至少一种;该发绿光的荧光粉为铈激活的钇铝石榴石、硅铝酸盐、氯硅酸镁锌钙中至少一种。
