Abstract

本发明公开了聚酯生产装置领域内的一种高粘度自洁反应器,包括壳体,壳体上设有真空抽气口,壳体顶部一端设有进料口,壳体底部另一端设有出料口,壳体内腔中设有一个可转动的滚筒,滚筒从进料口下方延伸到出料口上方,滚筒外周设有与壳体内壁相适配的外推进叶片,滚筒中心同轴设置有中心轴,中心轴外固定设有与滚筒内壁相适配的内推进叶片,滚筒表面设有若干通孔。本发明在使用时,物料被内推进叶片和外推进叶片推进、搅动,自身蒸发面积极度增大,反应副产物迅速被从真空抽气口抽出,物料的缩聚反应能进一步深入进行。该装置体积小、处理量大、能耗低,可用于PET、PEN、PBT、PTT等聚酯的生产中,适合处理高粘度的物料。

Description

高粘度自洁反应器
技术领域
本发明涉及聚酯行业的一种生产设备,特别涉及缩聚反应中使用的一种反应装置。
背景技术
现有聚酯生产中,随着缩聚反应的进行,物料的粘度逐渐加大,高粘度的物料会阻碍反应副产物的快速逸出,延缓反应的进行,需要使物料在真空状态下形成较大表面积的膜,这样,反应副产物才能从物料中顺利逸出,反应才能更好地进行下去。为使反应能继续进行,目前,采用一种反应器,其结构主要包括有壳体,壳体顶部设有进料口和真空抽气口,壳体底部设有出料口,壳体内位于进料口下方设有一对或多对相对转动的压辊,压辊之间留间隙,物料从进料口进入,从转动的压辊隙缝之间经过形成膜状,并被不断蒸发,最后从出料口离开装置。其不足之处在于:压辊的成膜效率低,物料粘度大时,容易在壳体内堆积,堵塞,致使装置的工作效能降低;采用双压辊相对转动成膜,其功耗高,处理能力小。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种高粘度自洁反应器的技术方案,旨在解决现有技术中物料成膜效果差,工作效率低下的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案如下:高粘度自洁反应器,包括壳体,壳体上设有与其内腔相通的真空抽气口,壳体顶部设有进料口,壳体底部设有出料口,所述壳体为卧式设置且两端封闭的圆筒,进料口设置在壳体顶部的一端,出料口设置在壳体底部的另一端,壳体内腔中设有一个可转动的滚筒,滚筒从进料口下方一直延伸到出料口上方,滚筒外周设有与壳体内壁相适配的外推进叶片,滚筒中心同轴设置有中心轴,中心轴外固定设有与滚筒内壁相适配的内推进叶片,滚筒表面设有若干通孔。
本发明在使用时,真空抽气口接真空泵,可不断抽走物料反应过程中逸出的气体,中心轴和滚筒均转动,物料从进料口进入,部分物料在外推进叶片的推动下从进料口一端向出料口一端运动,部分物料穿过所述通孔进入滚筒内,在内推进叶片作用下,物料可以向出料口方向运动,也可以向进料口方向推进,视中心轴的转向而定;在上述过程中,物料被推进叶片推进、搅动,自身蒸发面积极度增大,反应副产物迅速被从真空抽气口抽出,物料的缩聚反应能进一步深入进行,反应后的物料最终会从出料口离开装置。该装置体积小、处理量大、能耗低,可用于PET、PEN、PBT、PTT等聚酯的生产中,本发明特别适合处理高粘度的物料。
所述外推进叶片为螺旋叶片,内推进叶片也可为螺旋叶片。上述螺旋叶片还可以是推进桨叶。其工作时,均能使物料充分搅动,蒸发迅速。
为保证该装置结构简单紧凑,所述滚筒两端设置的滚筒轴经外轴承支撑在壳体上,中心轴两端经内轴承支撑在滚筒轴内。为进一步保证其动力布置合理,滚筒轴的输入端和中心轴的输入端分设在壳体两端。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,为高粘度自洁反应器,其结构主要包括有壳体4,壳体4为圆筒,其卧式设置且两端封闭,壳体4上设有与其内腔相通的真空抽气口10,壳体4顶部设有进料口3,该进料口3设置在壳体4顶部的一端,壳体4底部设有出料口15,该出料口15设置在壳体4底部的另一端,壳体4内腔中设有一个可转动的滚筒8,滚筒8两端的滚筒轴2、11通过外轴承14支撑在壳体4上,滚筒8从进料口3下方一直延伸到出料口15上方,滚筒8外周设有与壳体4内壁相适配的外推进叶片6,外推进叶片6为螺旋叶片,滚筒8中心同轴设置有中心轴9,中心轴9两端经内轴承13支撑在滚筒轴2、11内,中心轴9外固定设有与滚筒8内壁相适配的内推进叶片7,内推进叶片7也为螺旋叶片,滚筒表面设有若干通孔5;滚筒轴2、11的输入端和中心轴9的输入端分设在壳体4两端,可通过两端设置的皮带轮1、12输入动力。
工作时,通过真空抽气口10抽真空,动力经皮带轮1、12输入,滚筒8和中心轴9转动,两者可以同向转动,也可以相逆向转动,可视物料的粘度,以及在反应器中需要反应的时间,来确定滚筒8和中心轴9的转动速差,从进料口3进入的物料会在滚筒8内外经通孔5不断相互流动,在外推进叶片6和内推进叶片7的共同作用下,换位、搅拌,自身表面积极度增大,反应副产物充分逸出,使聚合反应更加彻底。

1.一种高粘度自洁反应器,包括壳体,壳体上设有与其内腔相通的真空抽气口,壳体顶部设有进料口,壳体底部设有出料口,其特征在于:所述壳体为卧式设置且两端封闭的圆筒,进料口设置在壳体顶部的一端,出料口设置在壳体底部的另一端,壳体内腔中设有一个可转动的滚筒,滚筒从进料口下方一直延伸到出料口上方,滚筒外周设有与壳体内壁相适配的外推进叶片,滚筒中心同轴设置有中心轴,中心轴外固定设有与滚筒内壁相适配的内推进叶片,滚筒表面设有若干通孔,所述滚筒两端设置的滚筒轴经外轴承支撑在壳体上,中心轴两端经内轴承支撑在滚筒轴内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高粘度自洁反应器,其特征在于:所述外推进叶片为螺旋叶片。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高粘度自洁反应器,其特征在于:所述内推进叶片为螺旋叶片。
4.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的高粘度自洁反应器,其特征在于:所述滚筒轴的输入端和中心轴的输入端分设在壳体两端。
