Abstract

本发明公开了一种高耐化学性硼硅玻璃,组成按重量%基于氧化物计为:SiO2、71~75,AL2O3、3~6,B2O3、8~10,Na2O、4~10,K2O、0~2.5其中Na2O+K2O、7~10,CaO、0~1.2,MgO、0~1,其中CaO+MgO、0~1.2,BaO、1~3和CeO2、0~0.3。本发明的有益效果:1.组成成分中不使用As2O3、Sb2O3和BaSO4等有害成分,能作为药物包装材料;2.实验测得用上述成分的物质采用现有的生产设备生产得到的高耐化学性硼硅玻璃的热膨胀系数为5.0×10-6~6.0×10-6K-1,转换温度Tg为520~572℃,软化点为765~782℃,工作温度为920-1200℃,密度2.32~2.5g/cm3符合药物包装要求,且降低了生产成本。

高耐化学性硼硅玻璃及用途
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高耐化学性硼硅玻璃及用途。
背景技术
我国采用膨胀系数为7.0×10-6k-1低硼硅玻璃制作药物初级包装材料,该玻璃为我国自主研发的药用包装材料,医用玻璃的性质要求主要有化学稳定性,热稳定性和机械强度等方面,各国对医用玻璃的耐水性和耐碱性都制定了相关标准,我国药用玻璃的耐水性的国家标准为GB12416.1-90、GB12416.2-90和耐碱性国家标准GB4771-84,分别是医药用玻璃容器内表面以及玻璃材质耐水性和耐碱性的试验方法、分级标准。材料基本满足标准要求,但在二次加工后就超出标准要求。在开发之初,我国的药业生产对包装材料的要求不高,该材料能够满足需求,同时大大降低了生产难度和生产成本,符合当时的实际情况。
随着我国药业快速发展,对药品包装材料质量要求越来越高,相应开发之初的硼硅玻璃无法满足药用包装要求,国际上普遍采用的生产设备及方法要求工艺条件严格且投资较大。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题提供了一种高耐化学性硼硅玻璃,既能满足药业包装的要求,又可以采用现有的生产设备,生产成本相对较低。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下措施来实现的:
一种高耐化学性硼硅玻璃,其特征在于:其组成按重量%基于氧化物计为:
SiO2     71~75
AL2O3    3~6
B2O3     8~10
Na2O     4~10
K2O      0~2.5
其中Na2O+K2O    7~10
CaO             0~1.2
MgO             0~1
其中CaO+MgO     0~1.2
BaO             1~3和
CeO2            0~0.3。
进一步地,它还包括有(按重量%基于氧化物):Fe2O3  0~0.2。
本发明实施中,其组成按重量%基于氧化物计为:
SiO2    72.5
AL2O3   5
B2O3    8.5
Na2O    7
K2O     2.5
CaO     1
BaO     3
CeO2    0.3
Fe2O3   0.06。
本发明另一实施中,其组成按重量%基于氧化物计为:
SiO2     72
AL2O3    5.5
B2O3     9
Na2O     7
K2O      2.5
CaO      1
BaO      2.5
CeO2     0.3
Fe2O3    0.06。
为了澄清均化混合物,高耐化学性硼硅玻璃还包括有(按重量%基于氧化物):NaCl 0~1。
为了降低熔化物的粘度、提高精炼速度,高耐化学性硼硅玻璃还包括有(按重量%基于氧化物):CaF2 0~0.25。
本发明实施中,高耐化学性硼硅玻璃的热膨胀系数为5.0×10-6~6.0×10-6K-1,转换温度Tg为520~572℃,软化点为765~782℃,工作温度为920-1200℃,密度2.32~2.5g/cm3
本发明所述高耐化学性硼硅玻璃作为药物初级包装材料的用途。
本发明各个组分设计原则:
SiO2作为玻璃结构的主要成分含量过高会造成工作点过度增加,并使膨胀系数降低过多,含量过低将破坏其耐酸性;以B2O3代替一部分SiO2可以降低工作温度和熔解温度,同时提高水解稳定性,低了不能充分降低熔化点,会使玻璃更加容易结晶,高了会对耐酸性产生破坏性;Al2O3与B2O3一样,将碱金属离子更加牢固的结合到玻璃结构中,对抗玻璃结晶有积极作用,含量低了结晶的可能性增加,尤其是高B2O3的条件下会增加碱金属蒸发,含量高了会增加熔化点和工作点;
K2O最高2.5%,碱金属总量控制在10%以下,该成分的控制对产品的水解稳定性和膨胀系数影响明显;
其它的二价金属氧化物的含量控制:CaO用来调节玻璃可用来加工的温度范围,以满足生产和加工的需要,同时降低了工作点,并且被牢固的结合到玻璃结构中,MgO也起到同样的作用,但含量要很低,CaO+MgO控制总量不大于1.2%,BaO可能来增加玻璃的透光性;
此外最高0.3%氧化铈可以起到澄清均化的作用,同时改善玻璃的抗辐射性;最高0.5%的F-1可以有效的降低熔化温度,加速均化;
除了已经提到的氧化铈组分和氟化物组分(如氟化钙)外,还可以采用氯化钠起到澄清作用,用量为0.5%。
本发明的有益效果:
1.组成成分中不使用As2O3、Sb2O3和BaSO4等有害成分,能作为药物包装材料;
2.实验测得用上述成分的物质采用现有的生产设备生产得到的高耐化学性硼硅玻璃的热膨胀系数为5.0×10-6~6.0×10-6K-1,转换温度Tg为520~572℃,软化点为765~782℃,工作温度为920-1200℃,密度2.32~2.5g/cm3符合药物包装要求,且降低了生产成本。
具体实施方式
按下列方式制备高耐化学性硼硅玻璃:
1.按重量%基于氧化物计算原料重量,称出原料并混合均匀,在1560℃使之熔化,然后倒入钢模中;如下面表1列出了各组成(按重量%基于氧化物计),热膨胀系数α20/300[10-6K-1],转换温度Tg(℃),软化点E(℃),工作温度V(℃),密度ρ(g/cm3)
2.根据以下方式测定耐化学性:
耐酸实验方法:GB/T15728---1995每克玻璃消耗0.5ml 0.02mol/l的HCl溶液
耐碱实验方法:GB/T6580---1997消耗135mg/dm3
耐水实验方法:GB12416.2-90消耗0.85mg/dm3

表1本发明满足耐水1级,耐1级,耐碱至少为2级,完全满足国际对药用包装材料的要求。即使在二次加工后依然满足要求。比较适用于作为国内药用包装材料的替代材料。

1.一种高耐化学性硼硅玻璃,其特征在于:其组成按重量%基于氧化物计为:
SiO2           71~75
AL2O3          3~6
B2O3           8~10
Na2O           4~10
K2O            0~2.5
其中Na2O+K2O   7~10
CaO            0~1.2
MgO            0~1
其中CaO+MgO    0~1.2
BaO            1~3和
CeO2           0~0.3
2.根据权利要求1所述高耐化学性硼硅玻璃,其特征在于:它还包括有(按重量%基于氧化物):Fe2O3 0~0.06。
3.根据权利要求2所述高耐化学性硼硅玻璃,其特征在于:其组成按重量%基于氧化物计为:
SiO2    72.5
AL2O3   5
B2O3    8.5
Na2O    7
K2O     2.5
CaO     1
BaO     3
CeO2    0.3
Fe2O3   0.06。
4.根据权利要求2所述高耐化学性硼硅玻璃,其特征在于:其组成按重量%基于氧化物计为:
SiO2        72
AL2O3      5.5
B2O3       9
Na2O       7
K2O        2.5
CaO        1
BaO        2.5
CeO2       0.3
Fe2O3      0.06。
5.根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述高耐化学性硼硅玻璃,其特征在于:它还包括有(按重量%基于氧化物):NaCl 0~1。
6.根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述高耐化学性硼硅玻璃,其特征在于:它还包括有(按重量%基于氧化物):CaF2 0~0.25。
7.根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述高耐化学性硼硅玻璃,其特征在于:其热膨胀系数为5.0×10-6~6.0×10-6K-1,转换温度Tg为520~572℃,软化点为765~782℃,工作温度为920-1200℃,密度2.32~2.5g/cm3
8.一种权利要求1、2、3或4所述高耐化学性硼硅玻璃作为药物初级包装材料的用途。
