Abstract

本发明涉及一种自行车,特别涉及一种多级变速链轮,该多级变速链轮包括具有链条转换区的大链轮,该链条转换区有助于自行车链条在链轮间换档。
发明内容
本发明的一个实施方式提供一种用于接收自行车链条的多级变速链轮组件,所述自行车链条包括多个成对的内连接板、多个成对的外连接板以及连接所述成对的内连接板和所述成对的外连接板的多个滚柱。所述多级变速链轮组件总体上包括绕旋转轴线旋转的小直径链轮和大直径链轮。所述小直径链轮和所述大直径链轮分别包括绕其外周间隔开的第一组多个齿和第二组多个齿。所述大直径链轮具有内侧侧面,所述内侧侧面包括从其轴向延伸的第一凸起和第二凸起。所述第二凸起布置在所述第一凸起的与所述驱动方向相对的圆周向后侧、所述第一凸起的径向外侧。当所述自行车链条从所述小直径链轮换档到所述大直径链轮时,所述第一凸起和所述第二凸起同时支承一个外连接板。
所述第一凸起具有倾斜成与所述旋转轴线形成锐角的第一支承面。所述第二凸起具有与所述旋转轴线基本平行的第二支承面。所述第一凸起和所述第二凸起是铆钉。所述第二组多个齿包括第一链条接收齿和第二链条接收齿。所述第一链条接收齿布置成邻近于所述第二凸起并位于所述第二凸起的圆周向后侧。所述第二链条接收齿布置成位于所述第一链条接收齿的圆周向后侧。所述第一链条接收齿和所述第二链条接收齿具有位于邻近的齿的径向内侧的被修削的顶端。
本发明的一个实施方式提供了一种用于接合自行车链条的多级变速链轮组件。所述多级变速链轮组件包括小直径链轮和大直径链轮。所述小直径链轮和所述大直径链轮绕旋转轴线旋转。所述大直径链轮具有内侧侧面,所述内侧侧面包括脊部,所述脊部限定与所述旋转轴线垂直的脊部平面。当所述自行车链条从所述大直径链轮换档到所述小直径链轮时,所述脊部引导所述自行车链轮。所述大直径链轮的所述内侧侧面包括位于所述脊部的径向内侧、所述脊部平面的外侧的凹部。该凹部布置成邻近于与所述小直径链轮接合的所述自行车链条的一部分。所述凹部允许链条安静地运行。所述凹部绕所述旋转轴线在圆周方向上形成。所述脊部被构造成使与所述小直径链轮接合的所述自行车链条的一部分的径向最外周边位于所述脊部的径向内侧。所述内侧侧面可包括从齿根部径向延伸到所述脊部的凹状轮廓。所述凹状轮廓从所述脊部开始延伸并朝向所述齿根部平滑地渐近于与所述旋转轴线垂直的竖直平面。所述凹状轮廓绕所述旋转轴线在圆周方向上延伸。

具体实施方式
图1-9示出根据本发明一个实施方式的多级变速链轮组件10。该多级变速链轮组件10可以安装至曲柄组件(未示出)或轮毂(未示出)。多级变速链轮组件10大体包括小链轮12和与小直径链轮12相比具有更大直径和更多齿的大链轮14。小链轮12和大链轮14可绕旋转轴线X共轴地旋转。在其它的链轮组件中可使用多于两个的链轮。小链轮12和大链轮14分别包括绕它们的外周间隔开的第一组多个齿16和第二组多个齿18。大链轮14包括第一凸起20和第二凸起22,即本实施方式中的第一铆钉和第二铆钉,所述第一凸起20和第二凸起22从大链轮14的内侧(INBD)侧面23轴向延伸。第一凸起20和第二凸起22有助于自行车链条24从小链轮12提速换档到大链轮14。当链条24被变速齿轮传动机构(未示出)侧向推动以从小链轮12提速换档到大链轮14时,该第一凸起20和第二凸起22用于支承和提升链条24。自行车链条24包括多个成对的内连接板26、多个成对的外连接板28以及连接成对的内连接板26和成对的外连接板28的多个滚柱30。
参见图1-3,显示了自行车链条24在第一卡齿位置从小链轮12提速换档到大链轮14,其中小链轮12上的基准齿34接合在一对内连接板38之间,而大链轮14上的第一链条接收齿36接合在一对外连接板40之间。在链轮组件10绕旋转轴线X沿D方向转动过程中,当链条24被变速齿轮传动机构侧向推动时,外连接板42的前端54被第一凸起20支承和提升。参见图2,外连接板42的前端54由第一凸起20的第一支承面44支承。在本实施方式中,第一支承面44倾斜以与旋转轴线X形成锐角Y。进一步转动时,该对外连接板40被对准以在其间接合第一链条接收齿36,而完成提速换档。
参见图4-6,显示了自行车链条24在第二卡齿位置从小链轮12提速换档到大链轮14,其中小链轮12上的基准齿34接合在一对外连接板48之间,而大链轮14上的第二链条接收齿46接合在一对外连接板50之间。在链轮组件10绕旋转轴线X沿D方向转动过程中,当链条24被变速齿轮传动机构侧向推动时,外连接板42的后端52被第一凸起20支承和提升(与图2相似)。进一步转动时,外连接板42的前端54由第二凸起22支承,而第一凸起20继续支承外连接板42的后端52。参见图5,外连接板42的前端54由第二凸起22的第二支承面56支承。在本实施方式中,第二支承面56与旋转轴线X基本平行。再进一步转动时,该对外连接板50被对准以接合第二链条接收齿46,而完成提速换档。在可替换的实施方式中,第一支承面44和第二支承面56可呈现为倾斜的、直的或其它外形的任何组合。因此,第一凸起20被构造为在第一卡齿位置和第二卡齿位置均支承外连接板42。
参见图7,详细显示了第一链条接收齿36和第二链条接收齿46,齿36、46成形并形成为更容易接收和正向地接合成对的外连接板50。链条接收齿36、46可成形为多种构形,假想线58示出了齿36、46成形之前的轮廓。在所示的实施方式中,齿的顶端被修削得能更好地接收侧向移动的提速换档的链条24。第二凸起22布置在第一凸起20的与驱动方向D相对的圆周向后侧。第一链条接收齿36布置成邻近第二凸起22,并位于第二凸起22的圆周向后侧。第二链条接受轮46布置在第一链条接收齿36的圆周向后侧。在所示实施方式中,第二凸起22布置在第一凸起20的径向外侧。
参见图8,大链轮14包括位于大链轮14内侧侧面上的脊部62。该脊部62限定了与旋转轴线X垂直的平面W。另外,大链轮14包括形成于大链轮14的内侧侧面23的凹部60,该凹部60位于脊部62的径向内侧、平面W的外侧。链条24显示为与小链轮12接合。如此定位,链条24邻近于凹部60,该凹部60被构造成成允许链条24在接合在小链轮12上时安静地运行。在所示实施方式中,凹部60绕旋转轴线X在圆周方向上形成。另外,与小链轮12接合的链条24的部分的径向最外周边位于脊部62的径向内侧。
参见图8,在大链轮14的内侧侧面23上形成有凹状轮廓66,该凹状轮廓66径向地布置在齿根部64和脊部62之间。在所示实施方式中,轮廓66起始于脊部62,并随着其向齿根部64的延伸而平滑地渐近于与轴线X垂直的竖直平面Z中。如此设置,在链条24侧向向里且径向朝内地从大链轮14越过脊部62并减速换档到小链轮12上时,轮廓66就能平滑地引导链条24(见图9)。因此,轮廓66可呈现为许多的光滑变化的外形,包括从脊部62到平面Z的大的半径。在所示实施方式中,轮廓66绕轴X环形地延伸。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于接收自行车链条的多级变速链轮组件,所述链条包括多个成对的内连接板、多个成对的外连接板以及连接所述成对的内连接板和所述成对的外连接板的多个滚柱,所述多级变速链轮组件包括:
小直径链轮,所述小直径链轮具有绕其外周间隔开的第一组多个齿,所述小直径链轮绕旋转轴线沿驱动方向旋转;和
大直径链轮,所述大直径链轮具有绕其外周间隔开的第二组多个齿,所述大直径链轮绕所述旋转轴线沿所述驱动方向旋转,所述大直径链轮具有内侧侧面,所述内侧侧面包括从其轴向延伸的第一凸起和第二凸起,所述第二凸起布置在所述第一凸起的与所述驱动方向相对的圆周向后侧、所述第一凸起的径向外侧,当所述自行车链条从所述小直径链轮换档到所述大直径链轮时,所述第一凸起和所述第二凸起同时支承一个外连接板。
2.如权利要求1所述的多级变速链轮组件,其中,所述第一凸起具有第一支承面,所述第一支承面倾斜成与所述旋转轴线形成锐角。
3.如权利要求2所述的多级变速链轮组件,其中,所述第二凸起具有与所述旋转轴线基本平行的第二支承面。
4.如权利要求3所述的多级变速链轮组件,其中,所述第一凸起和所述第二凸起是铆钉。
5.如权利要求3所述的多级变速链轮组件,其中,所述第二组多个齿包括第一链条接收齿和第二链条接收齿,所述第一链条接收齿布置成邻近于所述第二凸起并位于所述第二凸起的圆周向后侧,所述第二链条接收齿布置成位于所述第一链条接收齿的圆周向后侧。
6.如权利要求5所述的多级变速链轮组件,其中,所述第一链条接收齿和所述第二链条接收齿具有位于邻近的齿的径向内侧的被修削的顶端。
