本发明涉及一种塑料复合片材的制作设备,特别是一种多层塑料复合片材的制作设备。本发明是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种多层塑料复合片材的制作设备,它包括多个基座、设于每个基座上的注塑机、分别与相应注塑机枪头密封相通连接的多个过渡腔、与所有过渡腔相通的集中室及压辊装置,注塑机上方设有与注塑机内腔相通的料桶,所述过渡腔靠近集中室的一端设有物料扩大出口,集中室中有若干分隔片,所述分隔片将集中室分为与物料扩大出口相对应的缓冲室,侧边的分隔片枢接在集中室上,所述集中室在缓冲室出口部设有卡口。本发明用于制作塑料复合片材。

一种多层塑料复合片材的制作设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料复合片材的制作设备,特别是一种多层塑料复合片材的制作设备。
背景技术
目前塑料复合片材应用广泛,特别是在脚垫、汽车垫以及装饰品的应用上。
然而目前在上述这些领域中的塑料复合片材多为双层塑料复合材料,其强度较弱,易拆弯、变形。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够将三层塑料拼合、且能控制两侧塑料厚度的塑料复合片材的制作设备。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种多层塑料复合片材的制作设备,它包括多个基座、设于每个基座上的注塑机、分别与相应注塑机枪头密封相通连接的多个过渡腔、与所有过渡腔相通的集中室及压辊装置,注塑机上方设有与注塑机内腔相通的料桶,所述过渡腔靠近集中室的一端设有物料扩大出口,集中室中有若干分隔片,所述分隔片将集中室分为与物料扩大出口相对应的缓冲室,侧边的分隔片枢接在集中室上,所述集中室在缓冲室出口部设有卡口。一般多层为三层,相应的分隔片具有四片,物料从料桶进入注塑机,经注塑机加工后被打入过渡腔,再经过渡腔将所有物料进入集中室,再将从集中室出来的物料送入压辊装置;由于侧边的分隔片与集中室枢接,可对两侧边的缓冲室出口大小进行调节,从而可以控制塑料复合片材两侧边塑料的厚度。
作为优选,所述注塑机内腔为设有螺杆的螺杆腔,螺杆腔四壁设有加热电极,注塑机的上端设有控制螺杆径向旋转的径向电机,注塑机的侧端设有控制螺杆轴向运动的轴向电机。物料从料桶进入注塑机的螺杆腔,经过加热处理,使得物料成为浆料状态,从而控制电机将物料从螺杆腔快速打入集中室。
作为优选,所述压辊装置包括底座、设于底座上的压辊组件,所述压辊组件由两个水平设置的辊轮组成。
作为优选,所述压辊装置后还设有输送装置。
作为优选,它包括设置在输送装置后的用于对片材表面进行处理的电火花机。
作为优选,它还包括设置于电火花机后的切割机。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、由于本发明的特殊设置,可以实现三层塑料的拼合;
2、由于两侧的分隔片与集中室枢接,使得两侧的塑料厚度可以随意调节。

一种多层塑料复合片材的制作设备,如图1所示,它包括三个基座1、设于每个基座1上的注塑机2、分别与相应注塑机2枪头密封相通连接的过渡腔3、与所有过渡腔3相通的集中室4及压辊装置5,注塑机上方设有与注塑机2内腔相通的料桶21,所述过渡腔3靠近集中室4的一端设有物料扩大出口6(见图2),集中室4中有四片分隔片,分为侧边分隔片41及是间分隔片42(见图2),所述分隔片将集中室4分为与物料扩大出口6相对应的缓冲室43(见图2),侧边分隔片41枢接在集中室4上,集中室4在缓冲室43出口部设有卡口44(见图2)。物料从料桶进入注塑机,经注塑机加工后被打入过渡腔,再经过渡腔将所有物料进入集中室,再将从集中室出来的物料送入压辊装置;由于侧边的分隔片与集中室枢接,可对两侧边的缓冲室出口大小进行调节,从而可以控制塑料复合片材两侧边塑料的厚度。
注塑机2内腔为设有螺杆的螺杆腔,螺杆腔四壁设有加热电极,注塑机2上设有控制螺杆径向旋转的径向电机212,注塑机2上亦设有控制螺杆轴向运动的轴向电机213。物料进入螺杆腔后,通过加热电极使腔内加温,使物料融化,同时径向电机212控制螺杆转动,不断搅拌物料,并将物料推向注塑机2枪头位置,再用轴向电机213控制螺杆轴向运动,将物料快速打入过渡腔3。
所述压辊装置5包括底座51、设于底座51上的压辊组件,所述压辊组件由两个水平设置的辊轮组成,分别为主动辊轮52及从动辊轮53。物料从集中室3进入压辊装置5,主动辊轮52通过链条连接有一个电机,从而带动物料向下一道工序前进,即输送装置(图中未示出),在输送装置后的用于对片材表面进行处理的电火花机(图中未示出),在电火花机后还设置有切割机(图中未示出)。

1.一种多层塑料复合片材的制作设备,它包括多个基座(1)、设于每个基座(1)上的注塑机(2)、分别与相应注塑机(2)枪头密封相通连接的多个过渡腔(3)、与所有过渡腔(3)相通的集中室(4)及压辊装置(5),注塑机上方设有与注塑机(2)内腔相通的料桶,其特征在于:所述过渡腔(3)靠近集中室(4)的一端设有物料扩大出口(6),集中室(4)中有若干分隔片,所述分隔片将集中室(4)分为与物料扩大出口(6)相对应的缓冲室(43),侧边分隔片(41)枢接在集中室(4)上,所述集中室(4)在缓冲室(43)出口部设有卡口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层塑料复合片材的制作设备,其特征在于:所述注塑机(2)内腔为设有螺杆的螺杆腔,螺杆腔四壁设有加热电极,注塑机(2)的上端设有控制螺杆径向旋转的径向电机(212),注塑机(2)的侧端设有控制螺杆轴向运动的轴向电机(213)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层塑料复合片材的制作设备,其特征在于:所述压辊装置(5)包括底座(51)、设于底座(51)上的压辊组件,所述压辊组件由两个水平设置的辊轮组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层塑料复合片材的制作设备,其特征在于:所述压辊装置(5)后还设有输送装置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种多层塑料复合片材的制作设备,其特征在于:它包括设置在输送装置后的用于对片材表面进行处理的电火花机。
