Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于自行车的变速器挂钩。特别地,本发明涉及一种用于自行车的变速器挂钩,该变速器挂钩具有用于将轮毂插入车叉或车架的钩爪之间的助插部。
背景技术
在使用通轴系统来固定车轮的情况下,在已安装状态下通轴所贯穿的轮毂在两侧容纳在向下敞开的U形凹槽内,U形凹槽设置在钩爪上。以这种方式实现了轮毂在安装所要求的位置上的简单布置。为了保证与轮毂的配合尽可能无间隙,根据轮毂的长度来调整钩爪的距离,其中,只将钩爪的距离设计得稍微大一点,以保证与轮毂的配合尽可能无间隙。
在将车轮插入车叉或车架时,常常会出现这样的困难,即在钩爪之间的轮毂可能发生倾斜并由此给车轮安装增加困难。此外,在通常条件下,插入自行车后轮需克服被设置在变速机构上的链条张紧装置的拉力,因为在将轮毂的两侧端部推入钩爪为这些端部设置的凹槽中之前,就必须将链条放置到齿轮组件上。特别是在通过通轴系统固定车轮的情况下,这也显著地给车轮安装增加困难。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种装置,该装置克服现有技术的缺点,并且特别是利用简单的装置就能够将车轮为了实现安装而放置到为该车轮规定的位置上(在必要时也要克服链条张紧装置的拉力)并为此优选地提供一种制造简单且重量减轻的解决方案。
该目的及其他目的是通过一种按照独立权利要求1的用于自行车的变速器挂钩得以解决。优选的实施方式是从属权利要求的主题。
据此,一种用于自行车的变速器挂钩在第一钩爪和/或第二钩爪上具有第一或第二凹槽,用于容纳轮毂的相应端部,该变速器挂钩具有第一导向面,该导向面是相应凹槽的侧面即边缘界面的基本上连续的延伸部分。
因此,本发明的变速器挂钩实现了轮毂的相应端部在安装车轮时紧贴地沿着变速器挂钩的第一导向面运动,从而轮毂自动地向前移动至它在两个钩爪的凹槽内为安装规定的位置。为此,通过在变速器挂钩上设置相应构造的第一导向面,提供了制造简单且特别是重量减轻的解决方案。
在本发明的一种特别优选的实施方式中,第一和/或第二凹槽还具有旁侧支撑面,轮毂的相应端部在已安装状态下通过两个钩爪的相对夹紧而支撑抵靠在该旁侧支撑面上。在这种情况下,变速器挂钩优选被构造成,钩爪凹槽的支撑面的走向沿着变速器挂钩的第二导向面基本上连续地延伸。
以这种方式,在将轮毂放置到变速器挂钩的第一和第二导向面上时,引导轮毂,从而避免轮毂卡住或者例如由因为链条张紧装置而单侧作用在轮毂上的拉力而引起的偏移。在这里,第一和第二导向面限制轮毂在两个空间方向上的运动路线,使得轮毂即使在恶化的条件下也可以可靠且快速地被放置到钩爪为此设置的凹槽中。
优选地,本发明的变速器挂钩具有第一孔,该孔用于容纳变速机构的第一紧固螺栓。该第一孔在此基本平行于轮毂的中轴线。
在本发明的一种特别优选的实施方式中,变速器挂钩被设计成与钩爪相独立的部件,该部件在已安装状态下借助至少一个第二紧固螺栓固定在钩爪上。通过拆卸紧固螺栓,变速器挂钩能够例如在损坏的情况下由同类的变速器挂钩替换。
特别优选地,第二紧固螺栓基本垂直于轮毂的中轴线,其中,第二紧固螺栓必要时能够同时用于将其他部件固定或夹紧在钩爪上。优选地,变速器挂钩具有螺纹孔,第二紧固螺栓可以直接旋入该螺纹孔中并由此能够将变速器挂钩牢固地固定在相应的钩爪上。
为了进一步改善变速器挂钩在钩爪上的固定,特别是为了避免变速器挂钩围绕第二紧固螺栓的轴线转动,不仅在安装过程中而且还在使用自行车的时候,在变速器挂钩上设有销钉形式的扭转止动件,该扭转止动件嵌入位于钩爪上的对应的孔中。

具体实施方式
在下面的附图描述的范围内,在不同附图中,相同的附图标记表示相同的元件或者具有同类功能的元件。
图1示出了借助于用于车轮固定的通轴系统来安装的轮毂,如在现有技术中所公知的那样。在这里,轮毂30的第一端部31容纳在第一钩爪1的第一凹槽3中,而与第一端部相对的第二端部32容纳在第二钩爪2的第二凹槽4中。
如图1所示,通过旋入和拧紧通轴,实现两个钩爪1,2的稍微拉紧,从而将位于两个钩爪之间的轮毂30夹紧在支撑面6和7之间。
为了使轮毂容易插入凹槽3,4中,本发明的变速器挂钩10,如图2所示,具有导向面12,该导向面的走向基本上连续地延伸到第二钩爪2的凹槽4的侧面5中。通过导向面12,限制轮毂在车轮表面所在平面内的运动自由度,从而轮毂30的端部32在导向面12上的紧贴引导自动地使该端部滑入凹槽4中。
设置在变速器钩爪10上的第二导向面13也是相同的情况,该第二导向面是钩爪2的支撑面7的基本上连续的延伸部分。但是,通过第二导向面13,限制轮毂沿着车轮轴线的运动自由度,由此也克服变速机构的链条张紧装置的部分显著的拉力,达到了将轮毂可靠且快速地插入钩爪为此设置的凹槽中的目的。
图2和3示出了本发明的变速器挂钩10被设计成与钩爪2相独立的结构形式,其中,第二紧固螺栓20被设置成基本垂直于轮毂的中轴线。
在根据图3的实施方式中,在变速器挂钩10上设有销钉16,该销钉嵌入钩爪2上的与之对应的孔中,并且在插入并拧紧紧固螺栓20之后改善变速器挂钩10与钩爪2之间的机械连接的稳固性。特别地,销钉16用于在拧紧紧固螺栓20的时候防止变速器挂钩10相对于钩爪2扭转,从而在任何情况下保证变速器挂钩的第一和第二导向面基本上连续地延伸到凹槽4的侧面5和支撑面7中。
Claims (11)
1.用于插入自行车的轮毂的装置,该装置包括变速器挂钩(10)以及包括第一钩爪(1)和/或第二钩爪(2),其中,在第一钩爪(1)上设有第一凹槽(3)和/或在第二钩爪(2)上设有第二凹槽(4),用于容纳所述轮毂(30)的相应端部(31,32),
其特征在于,
所述第一和/或第二凹槽(4)的侧面(5)的走向被所述变速器挂钩(10)的第一导向面(12)基本上连续地延伸;
所述第一和/或第二凹槽(3,4)具有支撑面(6,7),所述轮毂(30)的相应端部(31,32)在已安装状态下支撑抵靠在该支撑面上,以及
所述第一和/或第二凹槽(4)的支撑面(7)的走向被所述变速器挂钩(10)的第二导向面(13)基本上连续地延伸。
