本发明涉及具有空气再循环的冰箱。
背景技术
这种空气再循环的作用是将从冰箱的储存室出来的热空气输送至远离该储存室的蒸发器室,和将从蒸发器室返回的冷空气输送进入储存室,或仅仅是通过空气流动平衡储存室内的温差。在连续冷却和潮湿的储存室内,经过一定时间可能产生细菌,使得内部空气气味变坏。 为了防止产生这种臭味,已知有一种用于冷藏物品的具有储存室的冰箱,并且腔室中容纳的通风机与储存室联通,腔室内还容纳有空气过滤器,通过通风机再循环的空气流动通过空气过滤器,从而过滤出不良气味。这种过滤器的存在往往不被使用者察觉。然而当过滤器饱和且臭味不能被有效的抑制时,会导致使用者不满,且往往不知道臭味原因可以通过很少费用来消除。空气过滤器在腔室内的定位阻止了接近过滤器。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种上述类型的冰箱,其避免上述缺点。
该目的通过将空气过滤器布置在腔室和储存室之间的通道内从而可以通过储存室的侧面接近空气过滤器来实现。
冰箱的标准内部优选通过安装在其中的通风机罩盖分隔成储存室和腔室。
为防止使用者接近过滤器时意外接触通风机,防护格栅有利地在过滤器和通风机之间延展。防护格栅有利地是通风机罩盖的一部分。
防护格栅可有利的同时作为过滤器的支撑。
尤其优选地,过滤器被容纳在防护格栅的凹部内。
过滤器优选地通过可移去的、开放作业的盖固定在凹部内,因此,空气可以顺次流过防护格栅,过滤器和盖(或反过来)。
如果盖的杆是防护格栅的杆的连续延伸,则这对于审美原因和稳定性原因来说都有利。
为了将过滤器容纳在紧凑的结构内,则如果防护格栅突出进入储存室内会有利。
空气过滤器优选不完全填充通风机的流动横断面,以便仅仅有部分由通风机再循环的空气一直流动经过滤器。因此将保持所需空气流量所要求的通风机输出保持在低水平是可能的。
空气过滤器优选布置在通风机的流动横断面的中央,以便它对从通风机腔室排出的空气在储存室内的分布仅有很小程度的影响。

具体实施方式
图1显示了风扇罩盖1的正视图,其被提供安装在冰箱内部容器特别是瓶体储存柜的后壁上边缘上。中心开口2被形成在沿后壁的整个宽度上延伸的板中,在开口2后面布置已知的轴流风扇3。水平肋4在板的整个宽度上延伸,从中心开口2上左侧闭合壁区5延伸到右侧的第二闭合壁区5。在中心开口2前方,肋4突出进入冰箱的储存室并与垂直肋6一起形成刚性格栅。
如附图2的分解透视图所示,具有面对风扇3的开放作业的基面的凹部7形成在格栅的中心,位于风扇3的轴毂前面。凹部7用于容纳催化活性碳过滤器8。该过滤器8通过罩盖9被保持在凹部中,所述罩盖同样是格栅的形式,具有作为水平肋和竖直肋4,6的连续延伸的肋10,11。
罩盖9的两侧的竖直肋11都同样支撑啮合在凹部7内的锁紧舌部12。锁紧舌部12分别经过两水平腹板(web)14之间的凹部7的侧壁13上,其同时防止过滤器8占据用于锁紧舌部12插入的所需空间。
特别如附图3的俯视图所示,轴流风扇3的前面几乎与两个侧边区域5齐平。因为肋4在区域5之间以弧形方式突出进入冰箱的储存室,因此在它们与风扇3之间产生了容纳过滤器8的空间。
风扇3背面和冰箱后壁15之间有中间空间,其下方通过风扇罩盖1的基板16封闭。形成在基板中的栅格17允许空气从储存室进入风扇3。
通过风扇3排出的大部分空气围绕过滤器8流动;仅有一小部分流过过滤器8。然而这足以吸收不良气味。
为替换过滤器8,使用者必须拆下盖9,例如借助插入在它们和凹部7的侧壁13之间的螺丝刀,通过解锁所述锁紧舌部12来实现。由肋4,6形成的格栅本身不必在任意点打开,从而当更换过滤器8时,避免了意外接触风扇。
Claims (11)
1.一种冰箱,具有用于冷藏物品的储存室、容纳在与储存室连通的腔室中的通风机(3)和空气过滤器(8),其特征在于,空气过滤器(8)被布置在腔室和储存室之间的通道(2)中,在通风机后部气流中,且防护格栅(4,6)在过滤器(8)和通风机(3)之间延伸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,可从储存室的侧面接近空气过滤器(8)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的冰箱,其特征在于,冰箱的内部通过安装在其中的通风机罩盖(1)被分为储存室和腔室。
4.根据权利要求3所述的冰箱,其特征在于,防护格栅(4,6)是通风机罩盖(1)的一部分。
5.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,过滤器(8)安装在防护格栅(4,6)上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的冰箱,其特征在于,过滤器(8)保持在防护格栅(4,6)的凹部(7)中。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的冰箱,其特征在于,过滤器(8)通过可拆卸的、开放作业的罩盖(9)固定在凹部(7)中。
8.根据权利要求7所述的冰箱,其特征在于,罩盖(9)具有杆(10;11),所述杆是防护格栅(4,6)的杆(4,6)的连续延伸。
9.如权利要求4-6和8之一所述的冰箱,其特征在于,防护格栅(4,6)突出进入储存室内。
10.如权利要求1、2、4-6和8之一所述的冰箱,其特征在于,空气过滤器(8)不完全填充通风机(3)的流动横截面。
11.根据权利要求10所述的冰箱,其特征在于,空气过滤器(8)布置在通风机(3)流动横截面的中央。
