Abstract

本发明涉及一种具有底部托架(1)和上部结构(2)的汽车起重机。汽车起重机包含底部托架(1)和上部结构(2),其中上部结构功能的驱动通过在底部托架中的液压泵(7)实现,并且液压泵(7)经由分动传动机构(6)驱动,该分动传动机构设置在底部托架中并且连接在行驶传动机构(3,4)的输出轴上。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有底部托架(Unterwagen)和上部结构(Oberwagen)的汽车起重机。
背景技术
在起重机、挖掘机或其它的建筑机械和载货车中,已知液压泵驱动装置。不同的工作功能所需的泵设置在马达或行驶传动机构(Fahrgetriebe)的辅助传动机构上。
此外也已知经由传动机构或分动传动机构的辅助驱动机构驱动的应急转向泵,其确保相应的车辆在转向故障时的可转向性。
就液压泵的功率源的提供而言,在汽车起重机范围内区分为单马达起重机和双马达起重机。
在单马达起重机中,上部结构运行所需要的泵的驱动通过底部托架马达实现,该底部托架马达也用于所有的底部托架操作。
在双马达起重机中,底部托架马达对底部托架操作负责,并且上部结构马达对上部结构操作负责。
至今所应用的辅助输出装置由构造类型决定地在最大可移除的转矩和传动比级方面受限。此外需要多种的附加构件以实现辅助输出功能。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是提供一种汽车起重机,其构造成单马达起重机,其中上部结构-液压泵驱动机构不仅应当利用驱动马达的全部力矩,而且应当利用底部托架-行驶传动机构的传动比。
上述目的根据本发明通过一个具有上部结构和底部托架的汽车起重机实现,其中上部结构功能的驱动机构通过在底部托架中的液压泵实现,并且所述液压泵经由分动传动机构驱动,该分动传动机构设置在底部托架中并且连接在行驶传动机构(Fahrantrieb)的输出轴上。
分动传动机构不仅具有朝向分动传动机构-输出端的中性位置和行驶位置,而且具有离合器用于接通或断开泵驱动装置。
用于上部结构运行的液压泵的驱动在底部托架分动-传动机构的输出端上实现。
分动传动机构或者经由万向轴通过行驶传动机构驱动,或者直接法兰连接在行驶传动机构上。
通过使用不同的传动机构变速比级,实现在转速和转矩方面可变的泵驱动装置。
本发明的另外的改善措施在于利用安装在泵驱动装置上的液压泵作为附加的汽车制动器(减速器)。这经由相应构造的液压回路实现,其具有集成的节流阀。为此在起重机的行驶运行中两个辅助输出端必须是激活的或者泵驱动装置在汽车制动时必须是接通的。
通过本发明的方案相对于已知的辅助输出方案具有如下的优点:应用较小数量的构件;减轻重量;节省费用;泵驱动装置的转速和转矩的可变性;可安装高的泵功率;利用安装的液压泵作为附加的汽车制动器(减速器)。

具体实施方式
底部托架利用附图标记1表示,上部结构利用附图标记2表示,底部托架马达利用附图标记3表示,并且底部托架传动机构利用4表示。
底部托架-传动机构4经由万向轴5与分动传动机构6连接。
底部托架-马达3经由底部托架-传动机构4和分动传动机构6驱动用于上部结构运行的液压泵7。
分动传动机构6不仅具有朝向分动传动机构-输出端6a的中性位置,而且具有离合器用于接通或断开泵驱动装置6b。在行驶状态下轴8经由万向轴5被分动传动机构-输出端6a驱动。
行驶传动机构或底部托架-传动机构4在上部结构运行时接入第12挡,马达3在转速方面受到限制,从而它可应用在对于消耗有利的且转矩优化的范围内。

Claims (5)

1.具有底部托架(1)和上部结构(2)的汽车起重机,该汽车起重机构造成单马达起重机,其中上部结构功能的驱动通过在底部托架中的液压泵(7)实现,并且液压泵(7)经由分动传动机构(6)驱动,该分动传动机构设置在底部托架中并且连接在行驶传动机构(4)的输出轴上,并且所述分动传动机构(6)不仅具有朝向分动传动机构-输出端(6a)的中性位置,而且具有离合器用于接通或断开泵驱动装置(6b),其特征在于,通过利用行驶传动机构(4)的一个或多个变速比,在上部结构工作时马达(3)的转速受到限制,从而该马达能够在对于消耗有利的且转矩优化的范围内应用。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽车起重机,其特征在于,传动机构变速比在负载下可变换。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的汽车起重机,其特征在于,安装在分动传动机构(6)上的液压泵(7)能够用作附加的汽车制动器。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的汽车起重机,其特征在于,分动传动机构(6)能够经由万向轴(5)通过行驶传动机构(4)驱动,或者直接法兰连接在行驶传动机构上。
5.如权利要求3所述的汽车起重机,其特征在于,分动传动机构(6)能够经由万向轴(5)通过行驶传动机构(4)驱动,或者直接法兰连接在行驶传动机构上。
