Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种按照权利要求1的前序部分所述的击球用具,特别是网球拍、壁球拍或羽毛球拍。
背景技术
常见的由塑料制成的击球用具包括具有空心轮廓的顶部框架,在顶部框架中钻有穿通孔。穿过的网线穿过穿通孔以十字交错的方式在回线中夹紧。已知的是,穿通孔一方面机械地减弱顶部框架以及另一方面磨损网线或网线段,由此在较大的应力下会在这里发生扯断。因此穿通孔设置有由柔软的热塑性塑料制成的单个吊环或吊环带。
具有由热塑性塑料制成的中间带的球拍也是已知的,中间带的硬度小于或等于网线的硬度。在中间带上在两侧模制出由纤维增强的塑料制成的空心轮廓。此外,在中间带中钻上或预制穿通孔,比如利用在注塑方法中制成或压制的沟槽。
为了避免这些缺点从EP-A-0142286中公开了一种网球拍,其在注塑方法中制成并且成型了具有长方形吊环的金属线,网线十字交错地夹紧到所述吊环中。此外,长方形吊环设置在击打面的平面中。因为顶部框架被设计成梨形并且长方形吊环用上边缘大致平行于顶部框架的内侧面地设置,故网线在制成网面时被拉入各个吊环的左棱角或右棱角中。因此如果可以这样做的话,难以制成网球拍的均匀的网面。此外,各个网线段不是都位于同一个平面中,这是因为其被围绕吊环四周牵拉且因此几乎无法实现刚好平面地平行于顶部框架的网面或撞击面。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的在于,改进前述类型的击球用具,以获得顶部框架的均匀的网面,由此使得无论球撞击在球拍中部或端部都无关紧要。
该目的通过具有权利要求1的特征的击球用具实现。
本发明的其它的优点从从属权利要求以及下文的描述中产生。

具体实施方式
在图1中纯示意性示出了已知的网球拍的顶部框架1的剖面图,该顶部框架具有四个被设计成吊环的保持件2以及分别在两个相邻的吊环中夹紧的网线3和3′。如图中可见,吊环2固定在顶部框架1上,使得吊环2的环形面基本上垂直于网球拍的网面所处的框架平面4。
图2展示了顶部框架1根据图1中的直线A-A的截面图。如图中清晰可见,顶部框架1被设计成空心的且具有环围在内侧面上的扇形的浅的凹槽5,该凹槽具有垂直于其嵌入的孔6,该孔用作容纳吊环2。
图3展示了在网球拍的所谓核心部分的区域中的顶部框架1,其中两个框架部分7具有更小的直径并且所述框架部分7将H形的中间部分8夹住,该中间部分同样具有类似的扇形的浅的凹槽5′以及用于容纳吊环2的孔6′。
图4展示了椭圆形吊环2A,图5展示了椭球形吊环2B以及图6展示了圆形吊环2C。吊环2A至2C的柄部9分别设置有螺纹10和前面的尖部11,用以更容易地嵌入到孔6中。
图7展示了顶部框架13的第二种变型,其同样也被设计成空心的且具有扇形的浅的凹槽14。在该顶部框架中同样设置有保持件,这里被设计成弧形的部件或弓形夹15,其具有扇形的中间部分16以及两个弯曲的支架17,该支架与在上面的内边缘以及下面的内边缘的区域中的顶部框架13的弯曲度一致。因此弓形夹15与浅的凹槽14形成椭圆开孔18,通过该开孔引导网面的网线19。弓形夹15完全整合在顶部框架13中,顶部框架通过利用所谓的预浸处理或在注塑方法中以薄板的形式制成。
在图8中展示了常见的网球拍的框架剖面图20,具有穿过设置在顶部框架中的穿通孔(未示出)的网线网面。网线21的端部22固定在顶部框架20上,由此撞击在网面上的球使顶部框架偏转,从而球不是垂直于球拍平面(静止状态)弹开,而是以大约80°的角度弹开。职业的网球选手可以用腕关节平衡顶部框架20的这种偏转。为了精准地确定球的方向和速度,需要每天的训练以及良好的目测力,这只有顶级网球选手才能做到。
在图9中展示了根据本发明的网球拍的顶部框架1,其中,网线26的夹紧的端部25在弓形夹15中做侧面移动,该移动由网球的反弹所造成。由此网球的能量现在被网面接纳并且不再通过如图8中所示的顶部框架的偏转来接纳。因此整个网面或网线床侧面偏转,由此实现了非常精确的控球,这是因为反弹方向始终垂直于球拍平面且因此网球选手可以用极小的分散宽度来掌控球的方向。其实现了任何级别的网球选手在不需要耗费很大的力气之下精准地引导球。这种网面的其它的优点在于,通过网线的侧面偏转极大减小了顶部框架的震动。
这里描述的网球拍的顶部框架1或13是在注塑中由适当的纤维增强塑料制成。吊环2或弓形夹15可选地由纤维增强的塑料、金属比如钛、钢、有色金属、轻金属、如铝或铝合金,或由这些材料相结合制成。由此也可以设计出更加符合空气动力学的顶部框架。

Claims (7)

1.一种击球用具,特别是网球拍、壁球拍或羽毛球拍,具有包括击打面的顶部框架(1、13)以及在顶部框架上模制的具有手柄的球杆,其中,击打面通过至少一个经十字交错张紧的网线(3、19)确定,所述网线基本上相互平行地形成固定在顶部框架上的网线段,其特征在于,网线段如此在顶部框架的内侧的保持件(2、15)中引导,使得网线段处于唯一的、形成击打面的平面上。
2.按照权利要求1所述的击球用具,其特征在于,所述保持件(2)被设计成具有柄部(9)和环形部的部件,其以环形部表面基本上垂直于击打面地固定在顶部框架(1)上。
3.按照权利要求2所述的击球用具,其特征在于,所述环形部被设计成圆形、椭圆形或椭球形。
4.按照权利要求2或3所述的击球用具,其特征在于,所述顶部框架(1)由塑料制成并且被设计成空心的且具有在内侧环围的凹槽(5),在所述凹槽中嵌入用于容纳保持件(2)的柄部(9)的穿通孔。
5.按照权利要求2所述的击球用具,其特征在于,所述顶部框架(1)在核心部位的区域中由两个椭圆形管体(7)构成,所述管体包围出H形的中间部分(8),所述中间部分(8)具有用于容纳保持件(2)的柄部(9)的盲孔(6′)。
6.按照权利要求1所述的击球用具,其特征在于,至少所述顶部框架(13)由塑料制成并且保持件(15)作为弧形部件如此嵌入顶部框架中,使得弧形面基本上垂直于撞击面。
7.按照权利要求6所述的击球用具,其特征在于,在顶部框架(13)中具有内部的椭圆形的凹槽(14),其与弧形的保持件(15)一起形成用于容纳网面的网线(19)的椭圆形开口。
