Abstract
The invention provides an efficient metal scavenger, comprising: 5% by weight of OP-101, 1-5% by weight of 6501, 1.5-5% by weight of JFC, 1-5% by weight of polyether 2020, 5-10% by weight of sodium nitrite, 5-10% by weight of triethanolamine, and the balance water. The efficient metal scavenger has advantages of low foam, highly efficiency (more than 90% of washing rate), no- corrosivity to the metallic surface (0grade of rust-preventing characteristics), good stability, no pollution (with out phosphate and aluminium ).
Description
The invention relates to a detergent, in particular to a detergent for cleaning a metal surface.
The metal cleaning agent produced and used in China at present mostly contains chemical components such as strong acid, strong base, phosphate, aluminum salt and the like, and the products are toxic to human bodies, have poor microbial degradation performance, seriously damage animals and plants, have more foams, pollute river water and underground water resources and can damage the metal surface to be cleaned to different degrees.
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides a high-efficiency, low-foam, antirust and pollution-free metal cleaning agent.
The invention relates to a composition, which consists of the following components in percentage by weight:
1-5% of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene (10) ether
1-5% of dodecyl diethanolamide
1.5-5% of polyoxyethylene fatty alcohol ether
20201 to 5 percent of polyether
5 to 10 percent of sodium nitrite
5 to 10 percent of triethanolamine
The balance of water.
The preferred formula (weight percentage) of the invention is as follows:
2-5% of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene (10) ether
1-3% of dodecyl diethanolamide
1.5-3% of polyoxyethylene fatty alcohol ether
20202-5% of polyether
5 to 8 percent of sodium nitrite
7 to 10 percent of triethanolamine
The balance of water.
In order to achieve the purpose of corrosion prevention, 1-10% (weight percentage) of sodium benzoate can be added into the formula.
The composition of the invention is prepared by mixing the components in the formula and stirring the mixture evenly.
The invention has the advantages of low foam, high efficiency (the cleaning rate is more than 90%), no corrosion to the metal surface (the rust resistance reaches 0 level), good stability and no pollution (no phosphorus and aluminum).
The present invention is further illustrated by the following examples.
Examples 1 to 2:
the metal cleaning agent was obtained by mixing the components in different proportions as shown in table 1, and the cleaning rate, pH value, rust prevention and stability were measured respectively. Wherein,
cleaning rate: the cleaning rate is the oil stain weight cleaned off/the original oil stain weight.
pH value: the mixed composition was measured directly using an extensive pH paper.
Antirust property: rating standard: the grade 0 surface is free of rust and has no obvious change.
Grade 1 surfaces are rust free, slightly discolored or dull.
Grade 2 surface rust or uneven discoloration.
Large-area corrosion on the surface of the level 3.
Stability: the mixed composition was allowed to stand for 4 hours, and then was observed for delamination, stable without delamination and cloudiness, and unstable as delamination or cloudiness.
Comparative examples 1 to 2:
the traditional triethanolamine oleate is added in the formula, polyether 2020 or triethanolamine is not used, and the performance indexes are shown in table 1 according to the same method, so that the result effect is poor.

4. The metal cleaner as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the formulation further comprises 1-10% by weight of sodium benzoate.
