Abstract

A high efficiency metal scavenger is composed of (wt.%): peregal 0.5-2%, 6501 1-10%, triethanol amin oleate 1-5%, sodium nitrite 1-10%, triethanol amine 1-10%, the rest is water. Advantages include: low foam, high efficiency (cleaning rate higher than 90%), no corrosion to metal surface, stable, no pollution (no phosphosus and aluminium) etc.

High-efficiency metal cleaning agent
The invention relates to a detergent, in particular to a detergent for cleaning a metal surface.
The metal cleaning agent produced and used in China at present mostly contains chemical components such as strong acid, strong base, phosphate, aluminum salt and the like, and the products are toxic to human bodies, have poor microbial degradation performance, seriously damage animals and plants, have more foams, pollute river water and underground water resources and can damage the metal surface to be cleaned to different degrees.
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides a high-efficiency, low-foam, antirust and pollution-free metal cleaning agent.
The invention relates to a composition, which consists of the following components in percentage by weight:

1-5% of triethanolamine oleate
1 to 10 percent of sodium nitrite
1 to 10 percent of triethanolamine
