Abstract

The invention discloses a phosphorus-free alkaline water-based spray cleaning antirust agent and a preparation method thereof, wherein a stable system is formed by compounding carbon-6-isozyme alkyl glycoside, tallow-based hydroxyethyl-modified fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether (R is C14-16, and n is 7) and other reagents, so that the phosphorus-free alkaline water-based spray cleaning antirust agent has good cleaning power in the aspect of cleaning, can clean various oil stains under different working conditions, has a wide application range, and can effectively reduce the type selection and the storage amount of the cleaning agent. The antirust effect is realized by depending on organic polybasic carboxylic acid ammonium salt, and compared with other products, the system does not contain sodium nitrite, thereby avoiding legal and moral risks brought by using the substances; the alkaline requirement is not high, the pH value is low, so the influence on a human body is very small, the sensitization phenomenon cannot occur in the using process, the device and the human body are safer, and the corrosion is not easy to cause.

Description

Phosphorus-free alkaline water-based spray cleaning antirust agent and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of antirust agents, relates to technical innovation of alkaline water-based antirust agents, and particularly relates to a phosphorus-free alkaline water-based spray cleaning antirust agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Since 2013, the degree of environmental protection and treatment is increased in the center, particularly after the five-season society in 2015, green development becomes one of five ideas of future development in China, and accordingly, environmental protection departments all over the country have relevant regulations and standards for treatment of atmospheric environment and protection of water resources. Under such a large environment, industrial wastewater treatment becomes an important factor. The industrial sewage mainly refers to waste water and waste liquid generated in the industrial production process, such as production waste water, production sewage, cooling water and the like, and contains industrial production materials, intermediate products, byproducts and pollutants generated in the production process, which are lost along with water.
According to the latest edition of integrated wastewater discharge standard in 2020, specific requirements are mainly provided for oily wastewater discharge standard, wastewater COD discharge standard, heavy metal wastewater discharge standard, total nitrogen and total phosphorus discharge standard, chromaticity turbidity discharge standard, ammonia nitrogen discharge standard of a sewage treatment plant and the like. Taking the requirement of the total phosphorus emission standard as an example: the third-level discharge standard of the industrial wastewater is less than or equal to 5 mg/L. The sewage treatment plant executes according to the standard, meanwhile, the environmental protection requirement is increased for upstream enterprises producing wastewater, the upstream wastewater enters the sewage treatment plant and is required to monitor each pollutant for 24 hours, and once the upstream wastewater exceeds the standard, the upstream enterprises are subjected to corresponding punishment.
Industrial cleaning agents are commonly used in the machine manufacturing industry for the purpose of cleaning surfaces of machined steel parts, iron casting parts, etc. to remove various residual impurities such as metal working fluids, rust preventive oils, press oils, drawing oils, quenching oils, etc. At present, common cleaning agents in the market contain phosphorus, the cleaning agents also have the defects of environmental pollution and emission after treatment, and some manufacturers develop cleaning agents without phosphorus, but the cleaning effect can be further enhanced and the functions are single.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention overcomes the defects of the prior art and provides a phosphorus-free alkaline water-based spray cleaning antirust agent. The novel raw materials are added on the basis of the cleaning function, the cleaning function and the rust prevention function are combined together, and the cleaning agent has the advantages of low foam, bubbling inhibition, no sodium nitrite, little influence on a human body and high cleaning and rust prevention efficiency.
In order to solve the problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a phosphorus-free alkaline water-based spray cleaning antirust agent is characterized in that: comprises the following components mixed according to the weight percentage:

furthermore, the cleaning auxiliary agent comprises any one, any two or any three of sodium metasilicate pentahydrate, sodium carbonate, sodium silicate, 4A zeolite, sodium chloride and anhydrous sodium sulphate.
And the dispersing agent comprises any one, any two or any three of sodium dodecyl sulfate, methyl amyl alcohol, cellulose derivatives, polyacrylamide, guar gum, fatty acid polyglycol ester, sodium gluconate and tallow bis-hydroxyethyl modified fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether.
And the chelating agent comprises any one, any two or any three of an ammonia-carboxyl complexing agent, dithizone, 8-hydroxyquinoline, phenanthroline, potassium sodium tartrate and ammonium citrate.
And the water-based antirust agent is any one, any two or any three of dodecenylsuccinic acid, tricarboxylic acid, undecanedioic acid, dodecanedioic acid, boric acid, sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate, potassium hydroxide, monoethanolamine, triethanolamine and monoisopropanolamine.
And the emulsifier is any one, any two or any three of isomeric fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, isomeric sorbitan oleate, alkyl glucoside, castor oil polyoxyethylene ether, trans-block polyether and alkyl glucoside.
And the solubilizer is any one, any two or any three of polyoxyethylene hardened castor oil, polyoxyethylene castor oil, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene ether, polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester, polyglycerol fatty acid ester and C6-isomerase alkyl glycoside.
Furthermore, the additive is any one or both of a defoaming agent and a bacteriostatic agent.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the phosphorus-free alkaline water-based spray cleaning antirust agent, which comprises the following steps:
injecting a proper amount of water into the reaction kettle;

Table 1: phosphorus-free alkaline water-based spray cleaning antirust agent and traditional cleaning solution performance pair
The invention uses water to dilute the stock solution, is widely suitable for spray cleaning and rust prevention of manufactured parts such as steel, cast iron and the like, and the specific concentration of the prepared solution needs to be verified and determined according to the requirements of customers.
When the invention is used:
injecting a proper amount of water into the liquid storage tank, starting a tank liquid circulating system of the cleaning equipment, gradually adding the device into the liquid storage tank, preliminarily judging whether the device is completely diluted or not according to the tank liquid circulating capacity of the cleaning equipment, and detecting whether the concentration of the diluent reaches the standard or not by using a handheld refractometer;
if the manufacturing part is sprayed and cleaned by the invention with a certain concentration (3-8%), additional cleaning and rust prevention processes are not needed in the process;
if the invention with higher concentration (10-20%) is used for drying the manufactured part after spraying and cleaning, the general middle-term rust prevention requirement can be met;
if the manufacturing piece is dried after being sprayed and cleaned by the invention, the manufacturing piece can be directly dipped and coated with the anti-rust oil without being cleaned when the manufacturing piece needs to be anti-rust for a medium or long time;
the refraction and pH value detection of the working solution are carried out every day to ensure the service performance of the working solution.
On the basis that the design of cleaning equipment reaches the standard, the oil stain floating on the surface of the working solution needs to be separated from the system regularly, so that the service life of the working solution can be prolonged, and the cleanliness of cleaned manufactured parts is guaranteed.
The relevant performance indexes of the invention are shown in table 2:
