From table 1, it can be seen: compared with the similar silicone grease cleaning products, the basic degree of the stock solution and the working solution is lower, the stock solution and the working solution are closer to neutrality, and the use is safer and more environment-friendly.
(2) Corrosiveness of
Diluting the cleaning agent by 20 times, preparing 5% working solution, respectively carrying out corrosivity experiments on aluminum, carbon steel, copper, iron and the like, raising the temperature of the test solution to 40 +/-2 ℃, standing a capped wide-mouth bottle with a test piece in a constant-temperature water bath for 4 hours, taking out, and observing after treatment, wherein the experimental time is shown in table 2;

From table 2, it can be seen: the invention has no corrosive action on metals such as aluminum, copper, cast iron and the like, and is suitable for cleaning the metals.

Claims (10)
1. The water-based silicone grease cleaning agent for the polymetallic is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 6-12% of surfactant, 2-5% of penetrating agent, 2-4% of corrosion inhibitor, 2-8% of emulsifier, 5-10% of inorganic salt, 3-5% of organic amine, 2-5% of solubilizer and the balance of deionized water.
2. The water based silicone grease cleaning agent for polymetallic materials as claimed in claim 1, wherein: 9% of surfactant, 2% of penetrating agent, 2% of corrosion inhibitor, 3% of emulsifier, 6% of inorganic salt, 3% of organic amine, 2% of solubilizer and the balance of deionized water.
3. The water based silicone grease cleaning agent for polymetallic materials as claimed in claim 1, wherein: 11% of surfactant, 1% of penetrating agent, 3% of corrosion inhibitor, 2% of emulsifier, 6% of inorganic salt, 2% of organic amine, 2% of solubilizer and the balance of deionized water.

The water-based silicone grease cleaning agent for polymetallic materials according to claim 1, wherein: the surfactant comprises one or a mixture of more than two of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene, ethoxylated isomeric tridecanol, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, isomeric C13 fatty alcohol ether and ethoxylated alcohol.
5. The water-based silicone grease cleaning agent for polymetallic materials according to claim 1, wherein: the penetrating agent comprises one or a mixture of more than two of modified polycarboxylate, polyoxyethylene compound and penetrating agent AEP.
6. The water-based silicone grease cleaning agent for polymetallic materials according to claim 1, wherein: the corrosion inhibitor comprises one or a mixture of more than two of phosphate, thiourea, sodium nitrite, benzotriazole and urotropine.
7. The water-based silicone grease cleaning agent for polymetallic materials according to claim 1, wherein: the emulsifier comprises one or a mixture of more than two of polyoxyethylene octyl phenol ether, sodium stearate, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate and polyoxyethylene sorbitan stearate.
8. The water-based silicone grease cleaning agent for polymetallic materials according to claim 1, wherein: the inorganic salt comprises one or a mixture of more than two of sodium bicarbonate, sodium tripolyphosphate, ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid tetrasodium, sodium metasilicate pentahydrate, sodium pyrophosphate and sodium borate.
9. The water-based silicone grease cleaning agent for polymetallic materials according to claim 1, wherein: the organic amine comprises one or a mixture of more than two of monoethanolamine, diethanolamine and triethanolamine; the solubilizer comprises one or a mixture of more than two of phenyl polyethylene oxide phosphate and polyoxyethylene fatty acid ester.
10. A method for preparing the multi-metal water-based silicone grease cleaning agent as defined in any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
step S1: adding water into a first reaction kettle, adding inorganic salt, organic amine, a corrosion inhibitor and a rapid penetrating agent, continuously stirring until the inorganic salt, the organic amine, the corrosion inhibitor and the rapid penetrating agent are completely dissolved, and uniformly mixing without precipitation;
step S2: adding the surfactant and the emulsifier into a second reaction kettle, and continuously stirring for 15-30min until the mixture is uniformly mixed;
step S3: and adding the mixed solution in the second reaction kettle into the first reaction kettle, uniformly stirring for 10-20min, adding the solubilizer, and continuously stirring until the solution is transparent, thus obtaining the low-alkalinity water-based silicone grease cleaning agent.
