Abstract
The invention relates to a neutral silicone oil silicone grease cleaning agent which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.5-2.0 parts of a builder; 0.5-2.0 parts of complexing agent; 0.2-0.8 part of penetrant; 0.2-1.0 part of copper corrosion inhibitor; 0.2-2.0 parts of aluminum corrosion inhibitor; 0.2-6.0 parts of steel antirust agent; 0.2-2.0 parts of solubilizer; 1.0-20.0 parts of nonionic surfactant; 0.0-20.0 parts of mixed surfactant; and the balance is added with water to 100 parts. The cleaning agent has simple and scientific action mechanism, generates permeation, emulsification and stripping effects on silicone grease dirt through the synergistic effect of all cleaning components, generates a protection effect on the metal surface cleaned by the cleaning agent through the mutual synergy of all metal corrosion inhibitors or protective agents, and has the characteristic of optimal effect on cleaning and protection.

The invention has the advantages and positive effects that:

The nonionic surfactant and the mixed surfactant have the functions of penetrating, emulsifying and stripping silicone grease; the penetrating agent can assist the surfactant to quickly penetrate through the silicone oil silicone grease layer and penetrate to the surface of the workpiece, so that the cleaning efficiency is obviously improved; the copper corrosion inhibitor, the aluminum corrosion inhibitor and the steel rust inhibitor have very strong adsorption on the metal surface, and can form a uniform and firm hydrophobic protective film on the metal surface; the solubilizer is very suitable for the system, the solubilization effect is obvious, and the cleaning agent system is stable and does not delaminate under the condition of normal temperature to 60 ℃.

⑵ adding di-sec-octyl maleate sodium sulfonate, methyl benzotriazole, 2-thiol phenyl benzothiazole, anycomat TM-3, monoethanolamine borate and amido carboxylic acid antirust agent into the production kettle in sequence, keeping the temperature of the production kettle at 20-40 ℃, and fully stirring for 30-60 minutes to form a uniform transparent solution;
⑶ adding ethoquad c/25, polyether L61 (Haian petrochemical plant), and Berol Amc-1 (Nuo Li On) into the production kettle, keeping the temperature of the production kettle at 20-40 deg.C, and stirring for 30-60 min until it is uniform and transparent, to obtain the neutral silicone oil silicone grease cleaning agent.
The action mechanism of the cleaning agent of the invention is as follows:
the cleaning agent is compounded by a builder, a complexing agent, a penetrating agent, a nonionic surfactant and a mixed surfactant according to a certain proportion, so that the cleaning agent has very strong penetrating, emulsifying and stripping effects on silicone oil and silicone grease; the builder can not only obviously improve the cleaning capability, but also assist the corrosion inhibitor and enhance the protection of steel, copper alloy and aluminum alloy; the solubilizer suitable for the product system is added, the turbidity point of the product is as high as more than 60 ℃, the layering phenomenon can not occur in the environment with higher temperature, the stability of the product system is obviously improved, and the use is more convenient.
The application example of the neutral silicone oil silicone grease cleaning agent of the invention is as follows:
the neutral silicone oil silicone grease cleaning agent in the embodiment 1 and the embodiment 2 is diluted into an aqueous solution with the mass concentration of 5%, three-groove ultrasonic waves are used at 50 ℃, each groove is cleaned for 2 minutes, and the cleaning time is 6 minutes, so that the silicone oil silicone grease on the brake valve can be cleaned (the qualification rate is more than 98%), no corrosion is caused to cast iron, aluminum alloy and copper alloy materials, and the corrosion phenomenon does not occur after the neutral silicone oil silicone grease cleaning agent is placed in a warehouse for 3 days.
The quality standard of the neutral silicone oil silicone grease cleaning agent is as follows:
appearance: a colorless to yellow transparent liquid;
density: 1.030-1.050 (g/cm)3);
pH (3% aqueous solution): 7.5-8.5;
antirust property (3% water solution, test piece material: No. 45 steel, 2A12 aluminum alloy, H62 brass, humidity of 90% at 35 ℃, 24H): level 0 (test method: 5.10 in GB/T35759-2017);
corrosivity (3% water solution, specimen material: 45# steel, Z30 cast iron, 2A12 aluminum alloy, H62 brass, soaking at 80 ℃ for 2H): appearance is 0 grade, and the corrosion amount is less than or equal to 3mg (test method: 5.9 in GB/T35759-;
the use concentration is as follows: 5 to 10 percent;
the use temperature is as follows: normal temperature-80 ℃;
storage temperature: 5 ℃ to 60 ℃ below zero.

the product can completely remove silicone oil and silicone grease on the surface of a workpiece under the conditions of 50-60 ℃, 5-10% and ultrasonic waves for 4-6 minutes.
The product of the invention is a water-based product, has no flash point, is non-combustible, is non-explosive, and is safe and reliable.
The product of the invention does not contain toxic and harmful substances such as heavy metal, sodium nitrite and the like, is a non-toxic product, and has good environmental protection and health.

or the complexing agent is one or a mixture of more than two of methylglycine diacetic acid, polyaspartic acid and sodium polyepoxysuccinate.
3. The neutral silicone oil silicone grease cleaning agent as set forth in claim 1, characterized in that: the penetrating agent is one or a mixture of two of branched alkyl glucoside and di-sec-octyl maleate sodium sulfonate;
or the copper corrosion inhibitor is one or a mixture of methylbenzotriazole and 2-thiol benzothiazole.
4. The neutral silicone oil silicone grease cleaning agent as set forth in claim 1, characterized in that: the aluminum material corrosion inhibitor is one or a mixture of more than two of siloxane, DK-80 and anycoat TM-3.

The neutral silicone oil silicone grease cleaning agent as set forth in claim 1, characterized in that: the steel antirust agent is one or a mixture of more than two of an amido carboxylic acid antirust agent, monoethanolamine borate, diethanolamine borate, triethanolamine borate and triethanolamine oleate soap;
wherein, the carboxylic acid in the amido carboxylic acid antirust agent is one or a mixture of more of mono-element, binary or ternary organic carboxylic acid, and the carbon atom number of the carboxylic acid is between 9 and 12.
6. The neutral silicone oil silicone grease cleaning agent as set forth in claim 1, characterized in that: the solubilizer is one or a mixture of more than two of PI-LQ-AP, cocoalkyl dihydroxyethyl methyl quaternary ammonium chloride salt ethoxylate and alkyl glycoside.
7. The neutral silicone oil silicone grease cleaning agent as set forth in claim 1, characterized in that: the nonionic surfactant is one or a mixture of more than two of isooctanol polyoxypropylene polyoxyethylene ether, isomeric dodecyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and polyether L61;
wherein the EO number of the isomeric dodecyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether is 7;
or the mixed surfactant is one or the mixture of more than two of RQ-129B, CrodaAQUAT DGR and Berolamc-1.
8. Neutral silicone grease cleaner as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein: when the neutral silicone oil silicone grease cleaning agent is used, the neutral silicone oil silicone grease cleaning agent is diluted to be used when the mass concentration is 5-10%.
9. The method for preparing neutral silicone oil silicone grease cleaning agent as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
⑴ adding water into the production kettle, heating to 20-40 deg.C, adding builder and complexing agent, keeping the temperature at 20-40 deg.C, stirring for 20-30 min to ensure complete dissolution of builder and complexing agent;
⑵ sequentially adding penetrant, copper corrosion inhibitor, aluminum corrosion inhibitor and steel rust inhibitor into the production kettle, keeping the temperature of the production kettle at 20-40 ℃, and fully stirring for 30-60 minutes to form uniform transparent solution;
⑶ adding solubilizer, nonionic surfactant and mixed surfactant into the production kettle, maintaining the temperature of the production kettle at 20-40 deg.C, and stirring for 30-60 min until it is uniform and transparent, to obtain neutral silicone oil silicone grease cleaning agent.
10. Use of a neutral silicone grease cleaner as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9 in cleaning silicone grease.
