技术领域
本发明涉及一种可锁止在凹槽内的、可下沉式手杆操作件,用于对开关柜等的锁进行驱动,其中,将手杆铰接在支承于凹槽内的驱动轴上。
背景技术
这种手杆操作件已经由DE 3243029C3以及同样由WO 99/01632有所公开。
在两种情况下,手杆操作件由可用手握住的翻转把手组成,该翻转把手在向外折出时倾斜而置并由此,与杆的可握住的部分平行于门板时相比,也许更难于操作。此外,相对于凹槽的把手间距保留得相当小,这进一步增加了操作的难度。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,完成一种开头所述类型的手杆操作件,其中,杆的可握住部分在手杆操作件向外折出时,保持平行于门板,并且在向内的结构高度不变或者甚至更小的情况下,实现距凹槽足够大的间距。
该任务依据本发明由此得以实现,即手杆操作件包括如下的把手,诸如T形把手或者L形把手,这些把手具有两个彼此平行四边形状设置的连接杆,这两个连接杆以如下方式利用其一个端部铰接在驱动轴上并利用其另一端部以类似方式铰接在能握住的部分或把手上,即,这两个连接杆一方面在把手从凹槽向外折出时将把手保持在把手的平行于凹槽延伸的方向上,而另一方面在把手向外折出位置上,可以将把手的转动运动传递到驱动轴上。
上述任务以如下方式来解决,方法是:使用相对于倾斜而置的翻转把手更容易操作的T形把手或者L形把手或者其它把手,这些把手具有在向外折出位置上平行于凹槽延伸的、可握住的区域,此外由于其形状与传统类型的翻转把手相比更容易握在手里,但尽管如此仍可在凹槽内下沉并在该下沉位置上仅少量高出门的表面
依据本发明的改进方案设置为,在两个连接杆之间是弹簧,该弹簧将把手挤入向外折出的位置上。这样使把手的向外折出变得容易。
依据本发明的又一另外的实施方式,凹槽在驱动轴的支承区域内形成引导面,该引导面仅在把手以其可握住的区域平行于凹槽延伸地取向的情况下才允许把手向内折入。
依据本发明的又一另外的实施方式,凹槽在向内折入位置上的把手放置的区域内包括至少一个可活动的钩,该钩将把手紧固在其向内折入位置上。
依据本发明的又一另外的实施方式,把手优选具有T字形状,两个可共同推移地支承在凹槽内的钩直接地或者通过铰接于其上的部件在后面嵌接T形把手的两端部。
一个或者多个钩适当地由滑块保持,该滑块由圆柱锁等的凸轮对抗弹簧力地从在后面嵌接把手(如T形把手)的位置运动离开并由此使把手(如T形把手)向外折出。
凹槽远离支承的端部上可以设置圆柱锁等。
凹槽可以具有用于圆柱锁等的可推移的或者可掀起的盖件。该盖件可以具有通孔,该通孔在盖件的向内折入位置上由从凹槽端部凸起的孔眼部以如下方式穿过,使得其借助插穿该孔眼部的挂锁防止(盖件)掀起进而防止触及圆柱锁。
可以考虑的是,卡子式(Klipsartig)的固定件从凹槽出来,该固定件将凹槽紧固在穿过薄壁(如铁皮门板)的通孔内。
适当地,卡子式的保持件在后面嵌接薄壁。另一方面可以采取这种设置,使卡子式的固定件在后面嵌接盖,盖的边缘靠在薄壁的后面上并且将薄壁夹紧在自身与凹槽之间。
盖可以是锁(如连杆锁(Stangenverschluss))的一部分。
构成(连杆)锁的盖能够与凹槽以螺钉连接。此外,可以设置有配合件,该配合件能够以如下方式设置在凹槽与构成(连杆)锁的盖之间,即,使薄壁可选地处于凹槽与配合件之间或者处于配合件与(构成连杆锁的)盖之间。

具体实施方式

手杆18在其可握住的部分上为槽形,特别是参见图4B,其中,铰接20、32在槽边缘上实现,其中,槽可以使两个杆24、26容纳在向内折入位置上,如图4A所示。另一方面,在向内折入位置上凹槽10容纳手杆18连同杆24、26,从而这种结构在向内折入位置上仅具有很小的结构高度,参见图1。从图4B也可以看出,在两个连接杆24、26之间设置有弹簧34,弹簧34将T形把手18挤入向外折出位置内,方法是向外将杆24、26从其向内折入位置挤出。

凹槽在驱动轴20的支承22的区域内形成引导面38、40,引导面38、40仅在T形把手18利用其可握住的区域平行于凹槽延伸地取向的情况下,才允许T形把手18向内折入,如图3的第二分图所示那样,相对地,在已扭转位置上则不允许向内折入,例如像在T形把手的在图3中在最后的部位上所示的位置上可以看到的那样。
为将T形把手紧固在其向内折入位置上,凹槽10在向内折入位置上的T形把手18放置的区域内具有至少一个可活动的钩42、44,参见图4B,其中,两个钩由一个共用的滑块46承载,滑块46由圆柱锁50等的凸轮48对抗弹簧力52从将T形把手紧固在凹槽内的位置运动离开并由此释放和掀起T形把手18。
在图4B所示的实施方式中,钩44用的后嵌接处由T形把手18内的回弹部52形成,而钩42用的另一后嵌接处54则由杆26在向内折入位置上形成。
纵向伸展的凹槽10的一端部形成驱动轴20的支承22,而在凹槽10的对置端部上则设置圆柱锁50。此外,凹槽10可以具有圆柱锁50用的可推移的或者可掀起的盖件56。因此一方面使圆柱体防尘,另一方面对未经允许的打开实现附加的保险,方法是盖件56具有通孔58,通孔58在盖件56的向内折入位置上由从凹槽端部凸起的孔眼部60以如下方式穿过,即,借助插穿孔眼部60的挂锁,防止盖件56掀起并因此防止触及圆柱锁50。可选地,孔眼状的凸起部160、260(参见图1)也是可更换单元的一部分,该可更换单元可以从前面插入凹槽10内并然后能借助螺钉连接件78等固定。
从凹槽10可以伸出卡子式固定件62、64,卡子式固定件62、64将凹槽10紧固在穿过薄壁(如铁皮门板16)的通孔内。为此,卡子式的固定件62、64要么直接地在后面嵌接薄壁16,要么卡子式的固定件贯穿或在后面嵌接盖66,盖66的边缘68靠在薄壁16的后部面78上并将该薄壁16夹紧在自身与凹槽10之间,如图7B所示。盖66可以是锁的一部分或者承载该锁,例如连杆锁匣72或者还有杆驱动装置172,参见图7A、7B,图6A和6B。取代所述部件地,盖和凹槽通过卡子装置相互连接,也可以使用螺钉,如图1所示。在两种情况下可行的是,设置有配合件74、174,配合件74、174以如下方式设置在凹槽10与构成(连杆)锁的盖66之间,即,薄壁16可选地处于凹槽10与配合件74之间或者处于配合件74与构成连杆锁的盖14之间。这种可选方案在图6A和6B中示出,另外的可选方案在图7A、7B中示出。
圆柱锁50、150、250等可以是可更换单元90、190的一部分,可更换的单元90、190可以从前面插入凹槽10内,参加图1和图7A、7B。这种可更换的单元可以具有从后面穿过(连杆)锁和/或者盖166引导的固定螺钉78用的螺纹孔,该凹槽还具有在图1中可看出的、螺钉76、80用的其它螺钉固定点。
商业上的可应用性
本发明商业上可以应用于开关柜结构中。

Claims (19)
1.能锁止在凹槽(10)内的、能下沉式手杆操作件(12),用于对开关柜(16)等的锁(14)进行驱动,其中,所述手杆(18)铰接在支承于所述凹槽(10)内的驱动轴(20)上,其特征在于,所述手杆操作件(12)包括把手,诸如T形把手(18)或者L形把手,所述把手具有两个彼此平行四边形状设置的连接杆(24、26),所述连接杆(24、26)以如下方式以其一端部铰接(28、30、32、22)在所述驱动轴(20)上并以其另一端部以类似方式铰接(28、30、32、22)在所述把手(18)上,即,所述连接杆(24、26)一方面在所述把手(18)从所述凹槽(10)向外折出时能够将所述把手(18)保持在所述把手(18)平行于凹槽延伸的方向上,而另一方面在向外折出位置上能够将所述把手(18)的转动运动传递到所述驱动轴(20)上。
2.按权利要求1所述的手杆操作件,其特征在于,在两个所述连接杆(24、26)之间设置有弹簧(34),所述弹簧(34)将所述把手(18)挤入所述向外折出位置内。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的手杆操作件,其特征在于,所述凹槽(10)在所述驱动轴(20)的支承区域内形成引导面(38、40),所述引导面(38、40)仅在所述把手(18)以其能握住的区域平行于所述凹槽(10)的延伸取向的情况下,才允许所述把手(18)向内折入。
4.按权利要求1、2或3所述的手杆操作件,其特征在于,所述凹槽(10)在向内折入位置上的所述把手(18)支承的区域内包括至少一个能活动的钩(42、44),所述钩(42、44)将所述把手(18)紧固在所述把手(18)向内折入位置上。
5.按权利要求4所述的手杆操作件,其特征在于,所述把手(18)优选为T形把手,并且两个能共同推移地支承在所述凹槽(10)内的所述钩(42、44)直接地或者通过铰接于其上的部件来在后面嵌接所述把手(18)的两个所述端部。
6.按权利要求4或5所述的手杆操作件,其特征在于,一个/多个所述钩(42、44)由滑块(46)来保持,所述滑块(46)由圆柱锁等(50)的凸轮(48)对抗弹簧力(34)地从在后面嵌接所述T形把手(18)的位置运动离开并由此使所述T形把手(18)向外折出。
7.按权利要求6所述的手杆操作件,其特征在于,将所述圆柱锁等(50)设置在所述凹槽(10)的远离支承的端部上。
8.按权利要求7所述的手杆操作件,其特征在于,所述凹槽(10)具有所述圆柱锁等(50)用的、能推移的或者能掀起的盖件(56)。
9.按权利要求8所述的手杆操作件,其特征在于,所述盖件(56)具有通孔(58),所述通孔(58)在所述盖件(54)的向内折入位置上由从所述凹槽端部凸起的孔眼部(60、160、260)以如下方式穿过,即,借助插穿所述孔眼部(60、160、260)的挂锁来防止所述盖件(56)掀起,进而防止触及所述圆柱锁(50)。
10.按权利要求1至9之一所述的手杆操作件,其特征在于,从所述凹槽(10)伸出卡子式的固定件(62、64),所述固定件(62、64)将所述凹槽紧固在穿过诸如门板(16)的薄壁的通孔内。
11.按权利要求10所述的手杆操作件,其特征在于,所述卡子式的保持件(62、64)在后面嵌接所述薄壁(16)。
12.按权利要求10所述的手杆操作件,其特征在于,所述卡子式的固定件(62、64)在后面嵌接盖(66),所述盖(66)的边缘靠在所述薄壁(16)的后部面(70)上并将所述薄壁(16)夹紧在自身与所述凹槽(10)之间。
13.按权利要求1至9之一所述的手杆操作件,其特征在于,所述盖(66)是诸如连杆锁(14)的锁的一部分。
14.按权利要求13所述的手杆操作件,其特征在于,构成所述(连杆)锁(14)的所述盖与所述凹槽(10)以螺钉连接。
15.按权利要求14所述的手杆操作件,其特征在于,设置有配合件(74、174),所述配合件(74、174)处于所述凹槽(10)与构成所述(连杆)锁的所述盖(66)之间。
16.按权利要求6至15之一所述的手杆操作件,其特征在于,所述圆柱锁等(50、150、250)是能更换单元(90、190)的一部分,所述能更换单元(90、190)能够从前面插入所述凹槽(10)内。
17.按权利要求16所述的手杆操作件,其特征在于,所述能更换单元具有螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔用于从后面穿过所述(连杆)锁和/或者所述盖(14;66)引导的固定螺钉(76)。
18.按权利要求17所述的手杆操作件,其特征在于,所述凹槽(10)具有至少一个螺纹孔,所述至少一个螺纹孔用于至少另一个从后面穿过所述(连杆)锁(14)和/或者所述盖(66)引导的固定螺钉(76、78、80)。
19.按权利要求1至18之一所述的手杆操作件,其特征在于,所述配合件(74)实现了所述手杆操作件的部件用的空间,其中选择性地,能够将所述空间设置在门板的前面或门板的后面,并由此选择性地将所述空间移到门后面或者门前面。
