Abstract

背景技术
加热元件在家用电器中、对于建筑目的、或者在工业方法中具有许多应用。它们的物理特性,例如厚度、形状、大小、强度、柔韧性以及其他特性在大量应用领域中影响它们的可使用性。
由EP 0274970 B1公开了一种由碳纤维制造纱线的方法。采用通过拉伸和受控断裂的分裂方法加工由碳的复丝构成的缆索,以便获得纤维,且其在传统的精纺机上转化成纱线。
由DE 29924210 U1公开了电加热元件,其具有柔软且坚固的、包含金属或者碳的导电核和丝/纤维。波纹形的加热元件由给定形状的碳纤维织物、电接触件和铺设在两个表面上的电绝缘膜构成,所述碳纤维织物用柔软的材料、例如淀粉填充。
在DE 4233118 A1中描述了加热垫,其由基于碳的导电的柔韧性电阻丝构成。在此,该柔韧性的电阻丝由由碳纤维形成的织物构成,且柔韧性的接触线被加入到所述织物中,所述接触线为电极。该织物具有相对高的电阻,并且在电流流过时由于该电阻而发热。
在DE102005050459 B3中描述了一种尤其用于座椅加热装置的柔韧性的平面加热元件,其具有由具传导能力的纤维构成的加热区域,所述具传导能力的纤维与至少一个接触板导电地连接,其特征在于,该至少一个接触板含有以钢丝形式的导体部分和以比钢丝的导电性更高的丝的形式的导体部分。
在WO9855340A1中描述了一种座椅空调装置,其具有一种设置在座椅平面下的透气基体和在基体内或者在座椅平面和该基体之间设置的加热元件。该加热元件由碳复丝或者由碳纤维-混纱构成。
尤其是在用于汽车座椅的加热装置方面,使用1K和3K的CF粗纱,该粗纱很贵并且不能以充足的量提供。相反,在粗纱>3K时电阻太小。在此,CF表示碳纤维;粗纱是连续的(endlosen)、无捻的、经拉伸的纤维的束,且K表示1000根丝。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,提供一种基于由碳纤维制成的、导电且柔韧性的电阻材料的替代性的加热装置,其能够克服现有技术的缺点,且其中电阻材料设置在用于电接触的至少两个电极之间。
该任务通过根据权利要求1的加热装置得到解决。
本发明的主题是基于由碳纤维制成的、导电且柔韧性的电阻材料的加热装置。该加热装置设置在用于电接触的两个电极之间。本发明的碳纤维是具有30tex至800tex的纤度和100至600Ω/m的电阻率的经拉裂的(streckgerissene)碳纤维纱线。
特别优选将该经拉伸取向的碳纤维用浆料处理。该浆料是由淀粉或者纤维素组成的浸剂。使用本发明的浆料使该经拉伸取向的碳纤维的光滑度、抗断强度和滑动能力提高。
根据本发明,例如可由低成本的45K或者50K的粗纱通过拉伸-撕裂-纺丝方法制得短切纤维纱线(Stapelfasergarn),其在纤度方面相当于1K或者3K的连续粗纱。该经拉裂的碳纤维纱线有利地表现出很小的电阻波动。
令人惊异的是该经拉裂的碳纤维纱线具有特别高的断裂伸长率,这例如提高了机动车中座椅的舒适性。
该经拉裂的纱线也可以以“中间纤度(Zwischentitern)”生产,其中可以通过纱线纤度特别优选地个别地调整电阻(参见图1)。例如在图1中在120tex(1.8K)时可以看出,以纤度生产的经拉裂的纱线的电阻可以调整到170Ω/m。本发明的经拉裂的碳纤维纱线相对于常规的1K或者3K的连续粗纱提供显著的成本优势。该经拉裂的碳纤维纱线例如在纤度方面相当于约1K或者3K的连续粗纱。
该经拉裂的碳纤维纱线特别优选与纺织载体材料相结合。该载体材料为纺织的合成纤维载体材料或者同类材料,例如棉花,且其带有织入到该载体材料中的接触带和加热导体。
合理地可以是,该加热层具有碳纤维网或者带有缝上的碳丝的织物,其中在每种情况下使用经拉裂的碳纤维纱线。这些材料易于操作并且具有均匀的电阻分布。
可以形成衬垫(Polster-)元件,其例如包括具有弹性或者相对形状刚性的结构的成型泡沫元件。在此,加热平面的形状是可变的。该形状在外观上可以例如是多边形的(eckig)、圆形的或者拱形的。功能以及面加热功率密度由于加热元件的纺织结构在任何情况下都不受损害。它不仅在多边形的情况下而且在圆形的情况下并同样在拱形或弯折的状态下均是具有功能的。当通过剪切、撕裂或者折断使接触导体完全分开时,损害才可能在考虑之内。
所述衬垫元件原则上可以是在运输工具中的每个可考虑的内部部件,且能够以所描述的方式对其配备加热装置。所述加热装置特别优选是运输工具座椅的坐垫或靠垫或侧垫的构件。该加热装置也有利地适于加热运输工具内部装备,例如车门内衬的其他衬垫部件。
优选所述加热装置具有控制设备和调节设备。属于此类的还有光学设备,例如一个或者多个LED或者OLED。
另外优选所述加热装置具有温度传感器。或者,也可以提供温度自限性能(Temperatur-Selbstbegrenzungseigenschaften)。
优选所述加热装置在20至35℃的温度范围内用作运输工具的座椅加热装置,特别优选用作机动车的座椅加热装置。
另外,优选所述座椅加热装置在5至45℃的温度范围内用作医疗绷带。
此外,所述座椅加热装置在45至400℃的温度范围内优选用作用于聚合物-纤维-复合组件的模型加热装置。
此外,可以如下使用所述加热装置(不应将其作为限制):
(a)以用于所有类型的液体,例如用于水族箱的温度调节的加热缆线的形式,其中可以补加恒温控制器;
(b)用于电加热的盖、衬垫、床褥、床单和地毯;
(c)用于墙壁、办公室分隔壁在百叶窗的叶片、通风设备桨叶、家具中,在电气罩或者底部加热装置中;
(d)用于在汽车、轻骑车、摩托车、小船和飞机的座椅中的加热装置;
(e)用于电加热的救生衣、服装、靴子、手套、帽子和潜水服;
(f)用于运输食品的容器和睡袋;
(g)用于冰箱、街道、屋顶、和飞机或者直升机的螺旋桨的除冰系统;
(h)用于管道、滚筒、槽的电加热装置;
(i)用在电燃烧器的点火装置中,以及在管式加热器、天线和电过滤器中的各种其他的应用以及用作直通式加热器的加热软管。
局部降低加热层的导电能力可以是合乎目的的。这允许了有区别的温度调节。
作为用于加热层的材料,例如考虑导电的或者导电涂覆的薄膜、针织物、纺织品或者纤维网。作为电子导体,在此,经拉裂的碳纤维纱线是尤其适合的。
加热装置出于安全原因和生理方面考虑设计为用于直流电压或者低电压。但是也可以考虑用交流电压驱动。
Claims (9)
1.基于由碳纤维构成的、导电的且柔韧性的电阻材料的加热装置,该加热装置设置在用于电接触的至少两个电极之间,其特征在于,所述碳纤维是具有30tex至800tex的纤度和100至600Ω/m的电阻率的经拉裂的碳纤维纱线。
2.根据权利要求1的加热装置,其特征在于,将该经拉裂的碳纤维纱线用浆料处理。
3.根据权利要求1的加热装置,其特征在于,所述经拉裂的碳纤维纱线与纺织载体材料相结合。
4.根据权利要求1的加热装置,其特征在于,所述加热装置具有控制设备和调节设备。
5.根据权利要求1的加热装置,其特征在于,所述加热装置具有温度传感器。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项的加热装置对于20至35℃的温度范围作为用于运输工具的座椅加热装置的用途。
7.根据权利要求6的用途,其中所述运输工具是机动车。
8.根据权利要求1-5中任一项的加热装置对于5至45℃的温度范围作为医疗绷带的用途。
9.根据权利要求1-5中任一项的加热装置对于45到400℃的温度范围作为用于聚合物-纤维-复合组件的模型加热装置的用途。
