一种CO2工质联产碳酸盐热能低温发电装置。以氢氧化钾水溶液为电解质的燃料,导电离子为OH,在碱性介质中,因吸收CO2生成碳酸盐,CO2+2OH→CO3+H2O,工作时,排出电极反应产生的水和热量,用其热能加温CO2工质联产发电。工作温度50-80℃,压力常压,用余热加温CO2工质,五十度以上超临界,膨胀作功推动汽轮机发电,CO2系统压力高,气化温度低,蒸发潜力大,容积流量小,不腐不燃,无毒无味,具有其它工质无法比拟的优点,联产发电产生环保节能的良好效果。

背景技术
世界上最大的热点是资源紧缺和环境污染问题,全球最大的创新是在能源领域的突破,人类最大的希望是不再依赖石油和煤。开发新能源是可持续发展的必经之路。
发明内容
本发明解决问题所采取的技术方案:以氢氧化钾水溶液为电解质的燃料,导电离子为OH,在碱性介质中,因吸收CO2生成碳酸盐,CO2+2OH→CO3+H2O,工作时,排出电极反应产生的水和热量,用其热能加温CO2工质联产发电。参阅附图解释:氢气进入口(1)、阳性电极(2)连接氢氧根离子(3)连接阴极(4),氧气入口(5)、排出热水(6)、CO2工质管道(7)连接换热器(8),通过CO2增压器(9)进入汽轮机(10),带动发电机(11)CO2冷凝器(12)连接CO2循环泵(13),工质进入再循环,由碱性氢氧燃料电池产生的热能加温CO2发电的联产结构装置。
本发明的技术效果是:工艺技术简便,操作生产安全,充分利用余热,废气成为资源。工作温度50-80℃,压力常压,用余热加温CO2工质,五十度以上超临界,膨胀作功推动汽轮机发电,CO2系统压力高,气化温度低,蒸发潜力大,容积流量小,不腐不燃,无毒无味,具有其它工质无法比拟的优点,联产发电产生环保节能的良好效果。

1、一种CO2工质联产碳酸盐热能低温发电装置,其特征是:氢气进入口(1)、阳性电极(2)连接氢氧根离子(3)连接阴极(4),氧气入口(5)、排出热水(6)、CO2工质管道(7)连接换热器(8),通过CO2增压器(9)进入汽轮机(10),带动发电机(11)CO2冷凝器(12)连接CO2循环泵(13),工质进入再循环,由碱性氢氧燃料电池产生的热能加温CO2发电的联产结构装置。
2、权利要求1所述的一种CO2工质联产碳酸盐热能低温发电装置,其特征是:以氢氧化钾水溶液为电解质的燃料电池产生的热能加温CO2,五十度以上就膨胀作功,进入汽轮机,带动发电机,由热能转化为机械能,再产生电能。
