技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于液压压下构件的装置,特别是用于压下连铸机的连铸坯导辊扇形段的辊,具有液压缸,这些液压缸分别通过一个带有活塞杆的活塞分成一个缸腔和一个环形缸腔,其中,各缸腔通过控制机构与一个压力源可连接。
背景技术
本发明从一个如由EP 1 105 235 B1已知的装置出发。
在连铸机上,连铸过程在结晶器中开始。表面固化的连铸坯从该结晶器出来,并且接着通过一些连铸坯导辊扇形段导向一个水平配置的矫直传动装置。连铸坯的导向装置通过一些导辊实现,这些导辊通过液压缸可压向连铸坯。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于实现减少液压连接管路或减少所使用的部件例如压力传感器的目的。
按照本发明,这一任务在开始所述的具有液压缸的装置中解决,所述液压缸分别通过一个带有活塞杆的活塞分成一个缸腔和一个环形缸腔,其中,各缸腔通过控制机构与一个压力源可连接,其方式是,环形缸腔以一个可调的、但此后保持恒定的压力可进行加载,而活塞在缸腔中的压力加载以位置调节或压力调节方式进行。
按照一种优选的构型,活塞在环形缸腔中的加载通过一个单边控制的调节阀进行。
在这种情况下,在调节阀和缸之间设置一个压力传感器,或为了位置调节,在缸上有一个位置传感器。
因此,本发明描述了一种用于连铸机的连铸坯导向装置的新型的液压调节方案。在这种调节方案中,不是采用已知的调节阀技术或分配阀技术(为了调整或调节所希望的缸位置或缸力,两种技术都要求调节两个缸室压力),而是采用一种用于连铸坯导辊扇形段的定位或力调节的单边调节技术(用于一种LCR-法的调整连铸坯导辊扇形段的开口宽度,轻压下技术(Softreduction)硬压下技术(Hardreduction),厚度调整或调整一个所需的压下力)。
用这一新型方案,相对于已知的技术实现了液压连接管路和液压联结器的减少。特别是在调节扇形段时(在一个扇形段中大多4个或更多个缸),所指出的单边调节的应用具有相应的优点。在此,此后处在相同压力之下的管路(缸室)联合在一起。这一方案可实现液压压力管路的减少(也许还要求大数量的液压联结器)。在为进行力确定或力调节而需要进行压力检测的情况下,还附加地省去了为达到一个压力水平而联合在一起的缸环形室所需的压力传感器。在此,压力检测在一个联合在一起的压力范围内仅需一次。

具体实施方式
在所有附图中仅描述了一个由两个液压缸1加载的导辊2代表连铸坯导向装置。活塞3位于缸中,该活塞将整个缸腔分成一个环形缸腔4和一个缸腔5。
两个用于缸的调节阀用6和7表示。在按照图1的总图中还示出了两个压力传感器8和位置传感器9。
在所示实施例中,待调节的缸腔5(活塞杆侧或活塞侧或者在同步缸中使用的活塞杆侧)按照过程要求(或安全方案)是可自由确定的。一个用于环形缸腔4的可预调的固定的压力按照过程要求同样是可确定的。在调节一个液压缸的位置或调节一个缸力时,通过所用的调节阀6或7只改变一个压力。作用在相对置的(互补的)腔4上的恒定的(但可变化地调节的)压力产生用于缸活塞3的复位(调节方向变化)所需要的力。按照本发明,所用的调节阀6或7只在一个控制边上被加载。调节阀的第二控制边保持不用。
在图2的图示中,与图1不同,环形缸腔4以一个通过调节阀6和7可变化的压力被加载。在这时激活压力传感器8。恒定的压力P1作用到缸腔5上。
在按照图3的位置调节情况下,在带有缸活塞的各缸上分别设置配合工作的位置传感器9。这些位置传感器在按照图4的压力调节情况中被省去了,就是说,在那里在阀和液压缸之间的管路中装入了压力传感器8。
作用到环形缸腔4上的恒定的、但事先确定调整的压力在按照图3和4的实施形式中又用P1表示。
为确定一个缸单元的作用力,仅仅被调节的缸室配备有压力传感器。恒定作用的第二压力已知为预调值,并且可被相应地用于计算所产生的总力(考虑到有效的活塞面积)。
用于位置或/和压力调节的单边调节还可用一些分配阀完成。

Claims (4)

1.用于液压压下构件的装置,特别是用于压下连铸机的连铸坯导辊扇形段的辊,具有液压缸,这些液压缸分别通过一个带有活塞杆的活塞被分成一个缸腔(5)和一个环形缸腔(4),其中,各缸腔通过控制机构与一个压力源可连接,其特征在于,要么环形缸腔(4)以一个可调的、但此后保持恒定的压力可进行加载,而活塞在缸腔(5)中的压力加载以位置调节或压力调节方式进行,要么缸腔(5)以一个可调的、但此后保持恒定的压力可进行加载,而活塞在环形缸腔(4)中的压力加载以位置调节或压力调节方式进行。
2.按照权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,活塞在环形缸腔中的加载通过一个单边控制的调节阀(6;7)进行。
3.按照权利要求1和2所述的装置,其特征在于,在调节阀(6、7)和缸(1)之间设置一个压力传感器(8)。
4.按照权利要求1和2所述的装置,其特征在于,位置调节通过一个在缸(1)上的与缸活塞(3)配合工作的位置传感器(9)进行。
