Abstract
本发明涉及包括预先存在的定向撕裂区(11、7)的塑料薄膜(3),其特征在于,区(11、7)包括将塑料薄膜的一端(9)和塑料薄膜的另一端(10)组装起来的对接焊缝(7)。所述焊缝布置在塑料薄膜(3)的一个或多个焊接层的厚度上。本发明还涉及生成所述塑料薄膜的方法和设备。
Description
技术领域
本发明本发明涉及塑料薄膜,该塑料薄膜至少具有一个预先存在的、用于形成定向撕裂区的脆弱区。这种塑料薄膜尤其用于当容器的一部分被撕裂时可以移出其中的容留物的包装领域。
背景技术
在此文本中,术语“焊接”应该被理解为指通过使两个部分的边缘熔化将它们接合到一起的操作(使用或不使用填充材料),从而得到均匀的、光滑的、强度高的连接部。
目前,塑料薄膜被用于许多应用中,尤其是包装领域。塑料薄膜可以是单层或多层的,并且可以通过如下方法得到:浇铸挤压、挤压吹塑成型、镀膜、热层压或粘合。这些薄膜可以被印刷或者可以是无色的。
现有技术中的薄膜所遇到的问题之一是难以撕裂它们(这通常需要较大的力),至少难以沿预定方向撕裂它们。
为了克服这些缺陷,已经开发出了各种方法:
1、关于塑料薄膜的方法
-可剥性
可剥性是一种克服撕裂问题的方式,这种方式通过利用位于包装边缘的接合部的可剥性来打开袋。这种方案的缺点是需要特定的焊接薄膜,这使得这种方案比常规方案更加昂贵。同时,由此生产的产品比在真正焊接的情况下生产的产品的强度弱,这使其更加脆弱(例如,当遇到压力阻力时)。
-定向塑料薄膜
这种薄膜需要专门的制造方法,这显著地增加了薄膜的价格。当涉及撕裂的定向时,对于大多数薄膜来说,其效力仍然是相对的。另一个缺点在于薄膜的力学性能由于这种定向而被极大的改变了:一般来说会观察到对于冲击的更大的脆弱性(例如,跌落试验)。
总而言之,这些改变在影响了如下两个方面:首先,薄膜的价格;其次,薄膜的一般性能(弹性、接合部的强度、冲击阻力等)。这两个方面极大的限制这些方案的发展。
2-关于塑料薄膜的制造方法
-通过激光预切脆化(例如,参见专利申请WO9829312和EP0540184)。
激光预切用于部分切割多层塑料薄膜。这种方法的主要限制是该方法需要特定的和昂贵的装置。很少利用这种已存在了很长时间的技术。
-通过机械预切脆化(例如,参见专利申请EP1094013)。
通常是对塑料薄膜的整个厚度进行预切。在这种情况下,塑料薄膜被贯穿。在切割厚度的一部分的情况下(例如,仅切割一层),如果焊接塑料薄膜被完全切割,那么就难以实现焊缝的密封性。如果双向拉伸薄膜被完全切割,则可能造成机械强度的显著下降。
-通过引导撕裂定向(例如,参见专利申请WO03045816)。
这种方案仅用于易于撕裂从而引导撕裂的薄膜。
然而,这些方法引起了主要与投资、方法中的额外步骤或生产力损失有关的工业开支。
因此,存在解决上文中所述的现有技术中的问题的需求。
发明内容
本发明的主题是包括预先存在的定向撕裂区的塑料薄膜。根据本发明的所述塑料薄膜的特征在于,所述区至少包括一条连接所述薄膜的两部分的对接焊缝。
术语“部分”应该被理解为意味着所述薄膜的任意表面部分,一般来说是位于所述薄膜的厚度上的表面部分,与所述薄膜的表面垂直的方向。“部分”也是与焊缝接触的表面部分。
这种定义意味着:如果所述焊缝延伸到比薄膜的厚度小的或与其相等的深度F,所述部分也延伸到深度F。
在本发明中,所述焊缝有利地通过对接所述薄膜的两部分生成。
措辞“对接焊缝”应该被理解为意味着未被覆盖的两片薄膜在其端部连接的区域,后者可能被覆盖的,但其最大距离是1mm。
根据本发明的实施方式,所述塑料薄膜由数个覆盖层组成。在这种情况下,所述焊缝可连接所有的覆盖层或一些覆盖层,甚至仅连接一层覆盖层。
在本发明的一种变体中,所述焊缝位于通过将所述塑料薄膜的两端相接触(例如,通过卷绕)所确定的区域。
在本发明的另一种变体中,在塑料薄膜中生成槽,所述槽的深度与所述塑料薄膜的厚度一样或比塑料薄膜的厚度小。一旦生成了槽,槽就通过焊接被完全地或部分的密封。
无论使用何种方法,焊接可在能够被用于这种目的的表面的全部或部分完成。
焊缝的深度可比所述槽的深度小,无论是否后者的厚度是否与所述塑料薄膜的厚度一样。
本发明还涉及在塑料薄膜中制造预先存在的定向撕裂区的方法,其特征在于,通过如下方法得到所述区:借助于焊缝将所述塑料薄膜(3)的两部分附着在一起。
有利的是,根据本发明的方法包括沿一个方向移动塑料薄膜,并沿与所述塑料薄膜移动的方向一致的方向切割所述塑料薄膜,然后焊接由此生成的槽的边缘。
最后,本发明还涉及实施上述方法的设备。

具体实施方式
附图1的图示示出了首次切割(由切割工具1概略地示出)的塑料薄膜3的线性位移(箭头),在首次切割后,预先创建的槽11的边缘被焊接,由焊接设备2概略地示出焊接。
在焊接步骤完成后,塑料薄膜3能够经历另一个转化步骤,例如粘合或镀膜。塑料薄膜3还可在袋生产机器或FFS机器上形成。此外,可以按切割/焊接方法来执行所述步骤。
有利地是,焊接之后可以进行在焊缝覆盖胶带的步骤(未示出)。
这个步骤可根据不同的方法和/或在不同的点上执行,具体地:
-在卷绕机上
-在挤出时
-在层压时
-在切割时
-当包装制成后,不论这是在制造预制袋的机器上或制造所述袋并在线填充所述袋的FFS机。
在本发明的情况下使用的设备可包括用于当塑料薄膜不断的移动时切割塑料薄膜的刀片。优选地,在刀片后紧接着焊接工具,理想的是紧接着旋转工具以防止摩擦。
还可以改编根据本发明的方法以使其适应逐步拉动所述塑料薄膜的情况。
焊接处可以通过加热、接触、热空气、高频率、超声波或市场上存在的任何其他技术。
根据本发明的方法尤其允许能够使用市售的标准薄膜。然后,技术人员利用工业化世界广泛可知和掌握的步骤(切割、焊接等)。
此外,本发明还可以以各种方式被分解,这如下列实例所示。
图2示出了具有焊接层6和非焊接层5的的双层薄膜3。在这个实例中,槽11通过两层5、6形成,但只有焊接层6被焊接。因此,由此生成的焊缝7的高度比双层塑料薄膜3的高度低。焊接区7将薄膜的一端9与第二端10连接。可以通过激光切割形成根据图2的结构。
图3示出了与图2中相同的双层结构,但与后者不同,这是由于非焊接层5先前未被切割。
在这种情况下,塑料薄膜具有不带有槽或焊缝的一面,这能够提供美观上和机械上的优点。
图2和图3的变体都具有潜在利益。第一个结构比第二个结构更加脆弱,但可能对于机械要求应用来说太脆弱了。第二个结构使得可以保持包装完好的力学性能。
类似地,各种组合可以与市售的标准薄膜一起使用。如果塑料薄膜包括一个铝层,不应该切割该铝层以保持铝的阻隔性能。图4示出了具有非切割铝层8的结构。
图5示出了具有铝层8的结构,但该铝层8已经被切割。在这种情况下,相比于铝层8的阻隔性能,已经优先考虑了撕裂的易度。
焊接材料的选择、被切割的层的选择和焊接参数(压力、时间、温度)的设置使得可能调节撕裂的易度。
塑料薄膜的定向撕裂可具有理想的形式(直线的或弯曲的)。这种切割可以是连续的或不连续的(虚线),从而不过于脆化包装。
如果需要,该区可以由胶带强化。可以在使用塑料薄膜的撕裂功能时移去粘胶。粘胶还可被用于重新密封包装。
正如上文所指出的那样,根据本发明的塑料薄膜可以是众所周知的薄膜。薄膜可以是:
-PE
-PP
-共挤塑料薄膜,例如是PA/PE型的共挤塑料薄膜
-层状塑料薄膜
-PET/PE,OPP/PE,OPA/PE,PET/alu/PE,PE/alu/PE,PP/alu/PP,PET/alu/PP型或任何其他标准组成的层压塑料薄膜。
涉及根据本发明的塑料薄膜的包装可以用于任何需要预先存在的撕裂区的领域。
本发明尤其可与下列包装一起使用:
-在FFS机器上预制或制造的直立的袋(例如doypackTM);
-具有三个或四个焊缝的扁平袋
-具有重密封ZIP的袋,对于重密封ZIP来说,开口的准确性对于开启/关闭功能来说是重要的;
-“充气包装”、书包或任何其他基于薄膜的包装也可以以这种方式有利地处理。
Claims (11)
1、一种塑料薄膜(3),包括预先存在的定向撕裂区(4),其特征在于,所述定向撕裂区(4)至少包括一条连接所述塑料薄膜(3)的两部分的对接焊缝(7)。
2、如权利要求1所述的塑料薄膜(3),所述塑料薄膜(3)由数个覆盖层(5、6、8)组成。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的塑料薄膜,其中,所述焊缝(7)延伸到所述塑料薄膜(3)的整个厚度。
4、如权利要求1或2所述的塑料薄膜,其中,所述焊缝(7)延伸的高度比所述塑料薄膜(3)的厚度低。
5、如权利要求3或4所述的塑料薄膜,其特征在于,所述焊缝(7)位于塑料薄膜(3)的由预先存在的槽(11)所确定的区域,槽(11)的厚度比塑料薄膜(3)的厚度小。
6、一种在塑料薄膜(3)中制造预先存在的定向撕裂区(4)的方法,其特征在于,通过如下方法得到所述区:借助于焊缝(7)将所述塑料薄膜(3)的两部分附着在一起。
7、如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,首先在塑料薄膜(3)中生成槽(11),然后在接下来的步骤中通过焊接密封槽(11)。
8、如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,生成的槽(11)的厚度比塑料薄膜(3)的厚度小。
9、如权利要求6到8之中的任一权利要求所述的方法,其中,所述焊缝(7)仅出现在塑料薄膜(3)的厚度的一部分上。
10、如权利要求6到9之中任一权利要求所述的方法,包括:
沿一个方向移动塑料薄膜(3),并沿同一方向切割塑料薄膜(3),然后焊接由此生成的槽(11)的边缘。
11、实施在权利要求6-10之中任一权利要求所定义的方法的设备,所述设备包括下列元件:
用于沿一个方向移动塑料薄膜(3)的装置;
用于在塑料薄膜(3)中生成槽(11)的切割装置(1);
用于焊接所述槽(11)的边缘的装置;
可选择地,用于将粘胶放置在形成在所述槽(11)的焊缝(7)上的装置;所述切割装置(1)、所述焊接装置(2)和可选择的放置粘胶的装置一个接一个地连续地布置在移动塑料薄膜的方向上。
