Abstract

本发明涉及一种V形传动带和带轮及其复合传动方式。本发明需要解决的技术问题是,提供一种V形传动带和带轮,该V形传动带和带轮平时靠V面的摩擦传动,打滑时辅以啮合传动,以实现一种全新的传动形式。本发明V形传动带,其内径面上有按啮合传动原理设计的凹凸齿。本发明的有V形槽的带轮,V形槽底有按啮合传动原理设计的凹凸齿。

Description

V形传动带和带轮及其复合传动方式
技术领域
本发明涉及动力传动领域,具体是V型传动带和带V形槽的带轮及其复合传动方式。
背景技术
现有技术中,V形传动带和带轮之间全靠V面摩擦传动。当小带轮为主动轮,大带轮为从动轮时,为了减速,大小两个带轮直径比相当大,大带轮的包角远远大于小带轮的包角,从而造成小带轮打滑现象很普遍,雨雪天气尤为严重。例如油田抽油机,打滑不但造成皮带磨损加剧,也造成生产作业断续和长时间空转,生产效率大大降低甚至停产。加大小带轮和增加V面面积等可以提高摩擦能力,但成本很高,且对于不经常发生滑动来说,非常不经济。
同步带传动是一种精密的运动,两带轮之间的转速比是恒定的,不允许发生变化。采用同步带可以有效解决打滑问题,但同步带传动的两个轮都是有齿的,带轮成本很高,且有“啃齿”问题使用寿命低的缺点,因此用来解决不经常发生的滑动问题,也不很经济。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是,克服了现有技术中存在的不足之处,提供一种带齿的V形传动带和V形轮槽底带齿的带轮,其传递的力和力矩显著增加,成本低廉。
本发明需要解决的另一技术问题是,提供一种V面摩擦传动为主,啮合传动为辅的全新的传动方式。
本发明的目的是通过下述技术方案实现的:
一条V形传动带,与有V形轮槽的带轮配合使用,其内径面上有按啮合传动原理设计的凹凸齿。根据啮合传动原理设计,使V形传动带的凹凸齿与有V形轮槽的带轮中的凹凸齿相啮合。
作为优选,所述的传动带的凹凸齿是凹凸间隔且连续均匀分布的。传动带的凹凸齿为凹齿和凸齿组成,传动带上的凹凸齿相互连接且均匀分布。
所述的传动带的凹凸齿是圆弧齿,作为优选,也可以是渐开线齿、椭圆线齿、双曲线齿、抛物线齿、摆线齿中的一种。传动带的凹凸齿最优选择是圆弧齿,圆弧齿的啮合传动效果最好。
作为优选,所述的传动带的带层结构包括线绳层,线绳层的上部依次由缓冲胶层、帘子布层、缓冲胶层、广角布层、缓冲胶层和广角布层相互粘合而成,所述的线绳层的下部依次由缓冲胶层、纤维胶层、缓冲胶层、帘子布层、纤维胶层和缓冲胶层相互粘合而成,所述的传动带的凹凸齿的表面设有弹性布层。这样的设计能增加传动带的刚性,同时防止传动带开裂。
作为优选,所述的传动带是多排联组的。传动带上的多排联组的数量根据使用的需要或是形状的大小发生多排联组数量的改变。
本发明的一种带轮,一个有V形轮槽的带轮,与V形传动带配合使用,V形轮槽底有按啮合传动原理设计的凹凸齿。根据啮合传动原理设计出的带有V形带槽的带轮,与V形传动带相啮合使用。
作为优选,所述的带轮的凹凸齿是连续均布。
所述的凹凸齿可以是渐开线齿、椭圆线齿、双曲线齿、抛物线齿、摆线齿中的一种,优选为圆弧齿。
作为优选,所述的带轮是多排联组的。
本发明的V形传动带和带轮的复合传动方式,
一条V形传动带,其内径面上有按啮合传动原理设计的凹凸齿,
一个有V形轮槽的带轮,V形轮槽底有按啮合传动原理设计的凹凸齿,
V形传动带和带轮配合,V形传动带的V面与带轮的V形轮槽配合,实现摩擦传动;V形传动带内径面的凹凸齿与带轮V形轮槽底的凹凸齿啮合,实现啮合传动。
本发明的V形传动带及带轮,既有V面的摩擦传动,又有凹凸齿的啮合传动,传递的力和力矩显著增加,成本低廉;它能使设备正常、平稳的运转,同时也提高了传动带的使用寿命。它们的配合使用实现了一种全新的传动方式,将带来一系列新的技术效果。

具体实施方式
下面给出本发明的具体实施例并结合附图对本发明进行详细说明,但这些实施例不得理解为任何意义上对本发明的限制。
实施例:油田抽油机传动带。为了解决滑动问题,本例将小带轮设计为有齿,而大带轮仍然保持原样。小带轮所要传递的力及力矩主要由V面摩擦传递,而小带轮所设计的齿起辅助作用,特别在防滑时。这仅为本发明的应用之一。
如图1、图2、图3所示,本例V形传动带为五联排V形传动带1,与五联排V形带槽的带轮2配合使用。其内径面上有按啮合传动原理设计的凹凸齿4-1;传动带1的凹凸齿4-1采用圆弧齿,圆弧凹凸齿连续均匀分布的。本例传动带1的带层结构包括线绳层11,线绳层11的上部依次由缓冲胶层10、帘子布层9、缓冲胶层8、广角布层7、缓冲胶层6和广角布层5相互粘合而成,所述的线绳层11的下部依次由缓冲胶层12、纤维胶层13、缓冲胶层14、帘子布层15、缓冲胶层16、纤维胶层17和缓冲胶层18相互粘合而成,传动带1的凹凸齿4-1的表面设有弹性布层19。
如图1、图4所示,本例带轮2是有五联排V形轮槽的带轮,与五联排V形传动带1配合使用。带轮的V形轮槽3上有按啮合传动原理设计的凹凸齿4-2,本例的凹凸齿4-2是圆弧齿。
将本例V形传动带1和带轮2配合,V形传动带的V面与带轮的V形轮槽配合,实现摩擦传动;V形传动带1内径面的凹凸齿4-1与带轮V形带槽3底的凹凸齿4-2啮合,实现啮合传动。正常作业时,仍以V面摩擦传动为主;打滑时辅以啮合传动,从而在V形传动带和带轮上实现了一种全新的复合传动新模式。

Claims (4)

1.一种V形传动带,其特征在于:
一条V形传动带(1),与有V形带槽的带轮(2)配合使用,其内径面上有按啮合传动原理设计的凹凸齿(4-1);
所述的传动带(1)的带层结构包括线绳层(11),线绳层(11)的上部依次由缓冲胶层(10)、帘子布层(9)、缓冲胶层(8)、广角布层(7)、缓冲胶层(6)和广角布层(5)相互粘合而成,所述的线绳层(11)的下部依次由缓冲胶层(12)、纤维胶层(13)、缓冲胶层(14)、帘子布层(15)、缓冲胶层(16)、纤维胶层(17)和缓冲胶层(18)相互粘合而成,所述的传动带(1)的凹凸齿(4-1)的表面设有弹性布层(19);
V形传动带的V面与带轮的V形带槽配合,实现摩擦传动;V形传动带内径面的凹凸齿与带轮V形带槽底的凹凸齿啮合,实现啮合传动,正常作业时,仍以V面摩擦传动为主;打滑时辅以啮合传动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的V形传动带,其特征在于:所述的传动带(1)的凹凸齿(4-1)是凹凸间隔且连续均匀分布的。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的V形传动带,其特征在于:所述的传动带(1)的凹凸齿(4-1)是圆弧齿,或渐开线齿、椭圆线齿、双曲线齿、抛物线齿、摆线齿中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的V形传动带,其特征在于:所述的传动带(1)是多排联组。
