从消费者的角度出发,毛发调理剂应该是内容丰富和奶油状的,护理毛发,使毛发在湿的和干燥的状态下柔软、有弹性、可易于梳理、有光泽并且所述调理剂必须快速起效。
毛发调理剂通常是增稠的凝胶或霜剂,其保证了在毛发上可易于分配性和可应用性。特别重要的是,产品的粘度随时间保持恒定。配方粘度的升高对从瓶中取出的产品具有不利作用。除此之外,控制吨级规模(Tonnenmaβstab)产品的粘度也很重要。已经确定,包含酰胺基胺的毛发调理剂的粘度经过180天明显升高。
发明内容
因此,令人惊奇地发现,一种预定在使用之后冲洗的化妆用毛发处理制剂,其含有酰胺基胺和0.0001至1%有效含量的两性表面活性剂,它克服了现有技术中的缺陷。

根据本发明的制剂可以额外包含UV过滤剂、多元醇、防腐剂、水解蛋白、植物提取物、香精油和抗氧化剂以及还可以包含两性表面活性剂。
特别优选的根据本发明的制剂的特征在于,其作为护理物质以其重量计包含0.0001至1重量%,优选0.001至0.5重量%和特别优选0.005至0.1重量%的至少一种泛醌和/或至少一种泛醌醇和/或至少一种这些物质的衍生物,其中优选的制剂包含辅酶Q10。
作为特别优选的泛醌的替代或者除其以外,根据本发明的制剂还可以包含叶绿醌。在这种情况下,优选的根据本发明的制剂的特征在于,其包含0.0002至4重量%,优选0.0005至3重量%,特别优选0.001至2重量%,进一步优选0.0015至1重量%和特别是0.002至0.5重量%的至少一种叶绿醌,特别优选的制剂包含叶绿醌PQ-9。
公知的是,特别是叔胺与脂肪醇鲸蜡醇和硬脂醇结合产生内容丰富的、奶油状的调理剂基底,例如在EP 0859587B1、EP617953B1、WO2002102334A2和EP1586298B1中描述的。
具体实施方式
从表1看出,配方1的粘度在180天内升高了4500mPas。包含0.85重量%椰油基甜菜碱的配方2的粘度升高了1300mPas,包含0.74重量%椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱的配方3的粘度升高了2500mPas。因此,为了保证包含酰胺基胺的调理剂配方的恒定粘度,椰油基甜菜碱更有效。所述配方在实验室规模(1至2.5kg)通过Kitchen制备。

Claims (9)
1.一种预定在使用之后冲洗的化妆用毛发处理制剂,其含有酰胺基胺和0.0001至1%有效含量的两性表面活性剂,所述两性表面活性剂为椰油基甜菜碱,所述酰胺基胺为1.5-2.5重量%的硬脂酰胺丙基二甲基胺。
2.根据权利要求1的制剂,其特征在于,所述制剂额外包含0.1至1重量%的谷维素。
3.根据权利要求1的制剂,其特征在于,所述制剂包含含量为0.4至0.7重量%的存在于粒度为10至50微米的高分子聚硅氧烷乳液中的阳离子聚合物。
4.根据权利要求3的制剂,其特征在于,使用瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵作为阳离子聚合物,其以平均负载密度为0.2至1meq/克存在。
5.根据权利要求3的制剂,其特征在于,所述聚硅氧烷乳液的粘度为6000至12000mPas。
6.根据权利要求1的制剂,其特征在于,所述制剂不含纤维素衍生物。
7.根据权利要求1的制剂,其特征在于,所述制剂不是清洗有效的。
8.根据权利要求1的制剂,其特征在于,所述制剂不含阴离子表面活性剂。
9.根据权利要求3的制剂,其特征在于,所述制剂除了阳离子聚合物之外不含其它聚合物。
