Abstract

本发明公开了一种静电屏蔽多层结构膜的制造方法,包括下述步骤:1)共同挤压得到聚烯烃基层和最内表层复合层,其中在最内表层内加入有永久非迁移性防静电化学添加剂;2)将聚烯烃基层与最内表层的相对面附着至粘合层;3)接着将粘合层附着到由金属层和聚酯层组合成的金属化聚酯层,其中金属层与粘合层相接触;从而可以得到具有较薄最内层且可以永久非迁移性防静电的静电屏蔽多层结构膜,可以减少生产成本,具有商业推广性。

Description

一种静电屏蔽多层结构膜的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种静电屏蔽多层结构膜的制造方法,尤其涉及一种带有永久防静电最内表层的静电屏蔽多层结构膜的制造方法。 
背景技术
根据现有技术知识,首先将吸湿性迁移化学添加剂添加到颗粒状的散装聚烯烃中,接着,在标准吹膜机中挤压这些混合组份,以形成聚烯烃层或膜,这被称为防静电(或更精确地说静电耗散)浸渍的方法。所述添加剂将缓慢地迁移到膜的表面,且吸收空气中的水分,以形成水分子层,该水分子层可以将所述膜的表面上的静电电荷传导走,因此,迁移性静电电荷特性再现。然而,重要的是要注意添加剂会迁移到中间粘合层,随着时间的过去,这将使邻近的中间粘合层逐渐软化,会导致严重的分裂脱层问题,从而使得产品产生缺陷、给用户带来较重的财产损失。这种变性通常可能在一至六个月内发生,视所使用的添加剂和聚烯烃的类型而定。 
为解决上述问题,有人提出了改进方式。如公开号为20050037217美国专利案(第10/500740号申请案)中所揭示,最内层1a为可密封的聚烯烃材料,如图1a中所示。其暴露的一侧涂上有防静电(或更精确地说,静电耗散)化学物,从而形成非带电层,此涂层的处理本质上是由单分子层的表面涂层组成,其通过OH-和H+离子的产生而变得导电,当然还可以有粘合层2a,以及金属层3a,粘合层将金属层与最内层粘接,并在金属层之上还设置有聚酯层4a,以及在聚酯 层上还设置有与非带电层一致的防静电涂层5a。通过此方法消除了前述防静电浸渍方法的分裂脱层问题。然而,此防静电涂层5a本质上不是永久的,可用正常的湿布容易地擦掉或洗掉此涂层。其防静电(或静电耗散)特性也会随着膜的重复使用而恶化。此外,此涂层为非挥发性残余物和挥发性离子污染物的来源,会引起交叉污染,在磁盘驱动器或晶片制造产业中,此涂层尤其不合乎需要。 
为了消除上述迁移性问题和交叉污染问题,所述的聚烯烃层可由非迁移性的永久防静电或静电耗散材料替代。根据公开号为CN101045804A的中国专利所公开的技术内容(第200610067408.6号申请案),如图1b中所示,将本质上为防静电聚烯烃的100%容积层用作可密封的基底层1b,永久性的防静电添加剂通过共混的方式添加在该基底层中。此基底层可在技术上克服与防静电特性的非永久性、分裂脱层和由于迁移性添加剂而导致的污染等等相关联的问题。但是,使用该技术方案,作为最内层或基底层的可密封聚烯烃层1b的成本太昂贵,而且此新材料的商业化更困难,其可销售性受到限制。 
另外图2中为现在由防静电膜制成的防静电包装袋,包括有三层,最外层是具有静电耗散局部涂层以使其变成防静电的聚酯层4c,中间静电屏蔽层是通常被称为法拉第笼的金属层3c,最内层是防静电聚烯烃基底层1c,最外聚酯层对静电放电损害保护的重要性最小,即使存在着静电电荷囊,所述的静电电荷也不会穿透法拉第笼即金属层而对所述的袋子内所运载的组件和装置导致静电放电损害。最内层防静电聚烯烃其底层与静电放电敏感组件和装置接触,最内防静电聚烯烃基底层对静电电荷积聚的重要性较大。因此,在具有静电屏蔽和静电耗散特性的防静电膜的制造中,多层构造是已知的。 
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术的不足而提供一种既成本低、方便大量使用商业推广且不造成污染可以重复使用、环保且可永远性屏蔽静电的多层构造膜的制造方法。 
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了下述技术方案: 
这种静电屏蔽多层结构膜的制造方法,其特征在于: 
包括下述步骤: 
1)共同挤压得到聚烯烃基层和最内表层,其中在最内表层内加入有永久非迁移性防静电化学添加剂,所述的永久非迁移性防静电化学添加剂为基于聚酰胺/聚醚嵌段材料的聚合材料,或者聚醚酰胺,或者聚苯胺,或者聚醚共聚酰胺; 
2)将块聚烯烃基层与最内表层复合层的最内表面附着至粘合层; 
3)接着将粘合层附着到包括金属层和聚酯层的金属化聚酯层的集合组,其中金属层与粘合层相接触; 
或者还包括下一步骤: 
4)在聚酯层相对金属层的最外层涂上静电耗散化学物。 
其中第1步骤中,共同挤压是在单个吹膜挤压机中从聚烯烃基层出料口和最内表层出料口出料吹膜,共同挤压而得的聚烯烃基层和最内表层复合层,最内表层厚度为5微米至25微米之间。 
或者,其中第1步骤中,是从共挤串联流延挤出复合机重复施加单个挤出层,得到聚烯烃基层,再在聚烯烃基层上挤出具有永久非迁移性防静电化学添加剂的最内表层得到复合层,最内表层厚度为5微米至25微米之间,整个复合层总厚度在20微米到120微米之间。 
其中第3步骤中,金属层与聚酯层形成的金属化聚酯层是通过在真空控制的条件下,将金属层气相沉积到聚脂层上形成。 
所述的聚烯烃基层可以有两个或者两个以上的子层。 
或者在步骤1之后,将至少一个聚合层添加到聚烯烃基层之上,该聚合层远离最内表层。 
所述的聚烯烃材料选自线性低密度聚乙烯、低密度聚乙烯、中等密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯、乙烯-乙烯醇和聚丙烯的聚烯烃群组。 
所述的粘合层粘合物为基于聚亚氨酯的粘合物,或者聚乙烯的热熔性聚合物。 
所述的金属层材料选自铝、钛、镁、铜、镍、铬或锌组成的群组,优选铝。 
所述的聚酯层的材料选自聚乙烯对苯二酸盐、聚酯、聚丙烯、聚亚乙烯基氟化物和聚碳酸酯组成的群组,优先聚酯。 
通过上述技术方案,从而使得该发明具有下述有益效果: 
可以得到具有较薄最内层且可以永久非迁移性防静电的静电屏蔽多层结构膜,可以减少生产成本,具有商业推广性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作出进一步的说明。 
如图1所示,为实现发明第一实施例的静电屏蔽多层结构膜,具体制造方法如下: 
在单个吹膜挤压机中从两个不同材料的子层共同挤压得到聚烯烃层1和最内表层6,最内表层厚度为5微米至25微米之间共同挤压得到聚烯烃基层和最内表层,其中在最内表层内加入有永久非迁移性防静电化学添加剂,所述的永久性防静电化学添加剂为基于聚酰胺/聚醚嵌段材料的聚合材料,该化学添加剂浓度为5%到20%,如三洋公司制造的pelestat,将给出107到1011ohm的永久防静电特性,优选浓度为8%-12%,以给出109到1010ohm的(按照ANSI/ESD S11.11测得)的永久防静电特性;所述的聚烯烃材料选自由线性低密度聚乙烯、低密度聚乙烯、中等密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯、聚烯烃群组; 
在块树酯基层与最内表层相对面附着至粘合层2,所述的粘合层粘合物为基于聚亚氨酯的粘合物,或者聚乙烯的热熔性聚合物; 
接着将粘合层附着到包括金属层3和聚酯层4的金属化聚酯层的集合组,其中金属层与粘合层相接触,所述的金属层与聚酯层形成的金属化聚酯层是通过在真空控制的条件下,将金属层气相沉积到聚酯层上形成;所述的金属层材料选自铝、钛、镁、铜、镍、铬或锌组成的群组,优选铝;所述的聚酯层的材料先自由聚乙烯对苯二酸盐、聚 酯、聚丙烯、聚亚乙烯基氟化物和聚碳酸酯组成的群组,优先聚酯; 
最后在聚酯层相对金属层的最外层涂上静电耗散化学物得到最外层涂层5。 
图2为本发明第二种具体实施方式 
相对第一种具体实施方式来说,不同之处在于:在单个吹膜挤压机中从三个不同材料的子层共同挤压得到聚烯烃层的两个子层1A和1B以及最内表层6A。 
图3为本发明第三种具体实施方式 
相对于第二种具体实施方式来说,不同之处在于:重复了下述步骤,将第二粘合层2B附着到包括金属层3B和聚酯层4B的金属化聚酯层的第二集合组,其中金属层与粘合层相接触。同样也具有最内表层6B。 
图4为本发明第四种具体实施方式 
相对于第二种具体实施方式来说,不同之处在于:在具有最内表层6C的情况下在聚烯烃层的两个子层1C与1D与粘合层2C之间还夹有一个聚合层7,同样可以通过与聚烯烃层以及最内表层共同挤压得到。 
图5为本发明第五种具体实施方式 
相对于第四种具体实施方式来说,不同之处在于:在同样具有同最内表层6D以及在聚烯烃层与粘合层2D之间同样夹有一个聚合层7A的情况下,类似于第三种实施例,还具有着第二金属层3D与聚酯层4D。 
在第二聚酯层和金属层上增加防静电涂层5D。如果需要的话,可添加更多层的聚酯层与金属层,当然聚合层还可以是一个或者一个以上。 
本发明的技术方案,如上述五个实施例中所述的防静电膜可以是透明的、不透明的或半透明的,视层的数目和所选的材料而定。尽管已参考本创新的一些优选实施例而这样描述了本创新,但所属领域的技术人员将明白,本发明不特定局限于此,而是可在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下以各种方式改变或修改。不管改变如何,本创新的一个本质是维持本质上永久的静电耗散最内表层,其将以较低的成本提供极好的静电耗散保护。 
因此,从本发明产生的本质上永久的防静电膜可用作医学封装膜、药物封条撕拉(易撕)膜,或电子、医学、药物和其它高技术产业中的超无尘室膜等等。 
当然所述的永久非迁移性防静电化学添加剂还可以是ElfAtochem公司生产的Pebax 1074或1657型号的产品,主要成份为聚醚共聚酰胺;或者是B.F.Goodrich生产的SRX5023型号产品,主要成份是嵌段聚醚聚氨酯;还可以是Panipol OY公司生产的7B2165型号产品,主要成份是聚苯胺。聚烯烃层和最内表层的挤压还可以是在共挤串联流涎挤出复合机中共挤压成型。 

Claims (10)

1.一种静电屏蔽多层结构膜的制造方法,其特征在于:
包括下述步骤:
1)共同挤压得到聚烯烃基层和最内表层复合层,其中在最内表层内加入有永久非迁移性防静电化学添加剂,该永久非迁移性防静电化学添加剂为基于聚酰胺/聚醚嵌段材料的聚合材料,或者聚醚酰胺,或者聚苯胺,或者聚醚共聚酰胺;
2)将聚烯烃基层与最内表层复合层的最内表层附着至粘合层;
3)接着将粘合层附着到由金属层和聚酯层组合成的金属化聚酯层,其中金属层与粘合层相接触;
2.根据权利要求1所述的静电屏蔽多层结构膜的制造方法,其特征在于:还包括有第4步骤,
4)在聚酯层相对金属层的最外层涂上静电耗散化学物。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的静电屏蔽多层结构膜的制造方法,其特征在于:
其中第1步骤中,是从共挤串联流延挤出复合机重复施加单个挤出层,得到聚烯烃基层,再在聚烯烃基层上挤出具有永久非迁移性防静电化学添加剂的最内表层得到复合层,最内表层厚度为5微米至25微米之间,整个复合层总厚度在20微米到120微米之间。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的静电屏蔽多层结构膜的制造方法,其特征在于:其中在第1步骤中,共同挤压是在单个吹膜挤压机中从聚烯烃基层出料口和最内表层出料口出料吹膜,共同挤压而得的聚烯烃基层和最内表层复合层,最内表层厚度为5微米至25微米之间。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的静电屏蔽多层结构膜的制造方法,其特征在于:金属层与聚酯层形成的金属化聚酯层是通过在真空控制的条件下,将金属层气相沉积到聚酯层上形成。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的静电屏蔽多层结构膜的制造方法,其特征在于:所述的聚烯烃基层可以有两个或者两个以上的子层。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的静电屏蔽多层结构膜的制造方法,其特征在于:在步骤1之后,再将至少一个聚合层添加到聚烯烃基层之上,该聚合层远离最内表层。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的静电屏蔽多层结构膜的制造方法,其特征在于:所述的聚烯烃材料选自线性低密度聚乙烯、低密度聚乙烯、中等密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯、聚烯烃;所述的粘合层粘合物为基于聚亚氨酯的粘合物,或者聚乙烯的热熔性聚合物。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的静电屏蔽多层结构膜的制造方法,其特征在于:所述的金属层材料选自铝、钛、镁、铜、镍、铬或锌组成的群组;所述的聚酯层的材料选自聚乙烯对苯二酸盐、聚酯、聚丙烯、聚亚乙烯基氟化物和聚碳酸酯组成的群组。
10.根据要求9所述的静电屏蔽多层结构膜的制造方法,其特征在于:所述的金属层材料为铝,所述的聚酯层为聚酯。
