一种印刷电路板,包括一布线区及若干差分对,所述差分对并排布设在所述布线区内,每一差分对具有两条差分传输线,所述差分传输线包括若干折线段,每一折线段的长度相等,每一差分传输线的每相邻两个折线段形成一折角,所有折角均相等,所述折线段的长度为:所述差分对的两条差分传输线的对应两个折角之间的距离除以所述折角的一半的余弦值。所述印刷电路板提高了差分信号的传输品质。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种印刷电路板,特别涉及一种可提升差分信号传输品质的印刷电路板。
背景技术
玻璃纤维是制造印刷电路板的主要材料,而网格状编织的玻璃纤维是印刷电路板基板以及胶片等的主要组成材料。网格状的玻璃纤维存在空隙,这些空隙会使布设在其正上方的差分对产生传输媒介不连续及不对称的问题,进而影响差分信号的传输品质。
发明内容
鉴于上述内容,有必要提供一种可提升差分信号传输品质的印刷电路板。
一种印刷电路板,包括一布线区及若干差分对,所述差分对并排布设在所述布线区内,每一差分对具有两条差分传输线,所述差分传输线包括若干折线段,每一折线段的长度相等,每一差分传输线的每相邻两个折线段形成一折角,所有折角均相等,所述折线段的长度为:所述差分对的两条差分传输线的对应两个折角之间的距离除以所述折角的一半的余弦值。
所述印刷电路板采用折线布线的方式以及确定所述折角线的长度,在降低玻璃纤维的空隙对差分信号传输品质的影响的同时,使每一差分对在所述布线区内所占的空间较小,有效利用了布线空间。

具体实施方式
请参照图1,本发明印刷电路板包括两限制区10和20,所述限制区10和20为非布线区,所述限制区10和20之间具有一距离h,所述距离h为与布线方向平行的第一、第二直线之间的垂直距离,第一直线与限制区10的内侧有且只有一个交点,第二直线与限制区20内侧的边界完全重合,所述距离h为第一和第二直线之间的垂直距离。当所述限制区10或20的形状改变时,所述第一直线也可为与限制区10内侧的边界完全重合的直线,所述第二直线也可为与限制区20的内侧有且只有一个交点的直线。
构成所述距离h的两条直线之间的区域为一布线区30,本实施方式中,所述布线区30用以并排布设若干差分对40,每一差分对40具有两条差分传输线,本实施方式中,每一差分传输线的布线方向为图1中箭头标示的方向。每一差分传输线包括若干长度相等的折线段,每一差分传输线的每相邻两条折线段形成一夹角θ,该夹角θ为所述差分传输线的折角。本实施方式中,所有差分传输线的折线段的长度均相等,所有差分传输线的折角均相等,且不等于0度或180度。
请参考图2,本实施方式中,每一差分对40的两条差分传输线的对应两个折角之间的距离为d1;每相邻两个差分对40之间的距离为d2,即该两个差分对40中相邻的两条差分传输线的对应两个折角θ之间的距离为d2;每一折线段的长度为x;每一差分传输线的相邻两个折角θ之间的垂直距离为y;所述差分传输线在垂直于布线方向的线宽为w,在所述布线区30内布设的差分对对数n为:
n=[(h-y-w+d2)/(d1+d2)]
y的值为:y=x*cos(θ/2),y的值随x的值的变化而变化,x的值越小,y的值也越小。上式中,d2-w-y为相邻两个差分对40各自所占空间之间的垂直距离,该距离的个数比差分对40的对数n小1,因此计算时,要用h加上该距离的值。布线时,可在不改变所述差分传输线的折角θ,每一差分对40的两条差分传输线的对应两个折角之间的距离d1,以及每相邻两个差分对40之间的距离d2的情况下,调整所述折线段的长度x,以使所述差分对40的两条差分传输线均可以分布在玻璃纤维的上方,而不会出现其中一条传输线布设在玻璃纤维上方,另一条却完全落在玻璃纤维的空隙上方的情况。
通常,布设在印刷电路板上的差分对的两条差分传输线之间的距离与一条差分传输线的线宽之和为11.5-12mil,差分传输线的线宽一般为4-5mil,常见的玻璃纤维,如1080材质的玻璃纤维,其空隙宽一般为10-20mil,则使用本实施方式中的折角布线方式时,所述差分对的两条差分传输线的对应两个折角之间的距离d1为11.5-12mil,调整该差分传输线的折线段的长度x,使该差分传输线的相邻两个折角之间的垂直距离y的值满足:y=d1,则所述差分对在所述布线区30内所占空间的总宽度W为:W=2d1+w,为27-29mil,此时玻璃纤维的空隙宽小于该差分对的总宽度,且因为y等于d1,在所述布线区30内,始终有一区域,沿布线方向同时布设有所述差分对的两条差分传输线,因此当所述差分对的一条差分传输线布设在一条玻璃纤维的上方,另一条传输线不会完全落在玻璃纤维空隙的上方,避免了所述差分对的传输媒介不连续或不对称的问题,如果y大于d1,虽然也可避免上述问题,但是会造成空间的浪费。
具体实施时,可以根据实际情况,比如差分传输线的线宽,差分对的两条差分传输线之间的距离以及玻璃纤维的空隙宽,调整传输线的折线段长度x的值,使在保证每一差分对信号传输品质的前提下,尽量节省布线空间。
本发明印刷电路板采用了折角布线的方式,以及确定差分传输线折角线长度,避免了两条差分传输线以直线方式布线时,一条位于玻璃纤维的上方,而另一条全部位于玻璃纤维的空隙的上方所造成的差分对传输媒介不连续及不对称的问题,减小了印刷电路板中玻璃纤维的空隙对差分信号传输品质的影响,提升了差分对的信号传输品质。

Claims (4)

1.一种印刷电路板,包括一布线区及若干差分对,所述差分对并排布设在所述布线区内,每一差分对具有两条差分传输线,所述差分传输线包括若干折线段,每一折线段的长度相等,每一差分传输线的每相邻两个折线段形成一折角,所有折角均相等,所述折线段的长度为:所述差分对的两条差分传输线的对应两个折角之间的距离除以所述折角的一半的余弦值。
2.如权利要求1所述的印刷电路板,其特征在于:所述印刷电路板还包括第一和第二限制区,所述第一、第二限制区为非布线区。
3.如权利要求2所述的印刷电路板,其特征在于:所述布线区具有一最小宽度,所述布线区的最小宽度为与布线方向平行的第一、第二直线之间的垂直距离,且第一直线与第一限制区的内侧有且只有一个交点,或与第一限制区内侧的边界完全重合,第二直线与第二限制区的内侧有且只有一个交点,或与第二限制区内侧的边界完全重合。
4.如权利要求3所述的印刷电路板,所述印刷电路板为材质为1080的玻璃纤维。
