技术领域
本发明涉及一种按权利要求1前序部分所述的雨刷片。
背景技术
由DE 102005062462A1公开了具有由合成材料制成的支架的雨刷片,该支架朝雨刷条方向具有两个相互面对的、沿雨刷片纵向延伸的、横截面中成角度的保持轨道。所述两个保持轨道形成了横截面几乎为矩形的具有纵向缝隙的中间空间,并且用于容纳雨刷条的背部板条。在所述支架上设置了由合成材料制成的导流板以及至少一个弹簧条。该弹簧条布置在所述支架的或者说所述导流板的纵向通道中。由比导流板更硬的材料制成的支架通过指向内的成角度的保持轨道与该导流板进行形状配合连接,或者以多材料挤压法在一道工序中与支架一体地制造。所述支架与弹簧条一起突出超过导流板型材的端部一段距离。所述支架在纵向通道的高度上具有侧向的支撑条,该支撑条具有侧向的凹处,端部套的定位横档定位到该凹处中。该端部套在支撑条上进行导向。
发明内容
根据本发明,由一个唯一的弹簧条构成的支承元件在中间区域中具有两个用于固定连接元件的冲孔,并且在其端部上分别具有用于固定端部套的冲孔。所述冲孔能够在支承元件的制造过程中不用很大成本花费地进行制造。其是将端部套和连接元件沿纵向进行精确固定的简单的方案。所述支架本身能够制成简单的连续挤压型材。该支架包括两个成角度的保持轨道,所述保持轨道以其自由的支臂相互面对并且嵌入雨刷条的顶部板条的纵向槽中,而另外的支臂在顶部板条的外侧延伸,并且通过盖壁相互连接,该盖壁向外突出超过所述支臂一段距离。
所述支承元件叠合地靠在所述盖壁的远离雨刷条的一侧上,并且与盖壁一起被导流板部件和端部套在侧向进行包围。由此,在支承元件和支架之间获得廉价的、简单的并且精确的连接,由此获得雨刷片的良好的侧向稳定性。在需要时还可以通过以下方法增强所述支承元件和支架之间的连接,即将支承元件与盖壁进行粘贴或焊接。
所述连接元件以有利的方式构造成板材卡爪,该板材卡爪的卡爪侧向包围所述支承元件和盖壁,其中在连接元件上的突起嵌入所述支承元件的冲孔中,所述冲孔成对地横向于纵向进行布置。
按本发明的设计方案,在支架上将双拱形的型材模制在盖壁的侧向突出的侧向部分上,该型材的向内敞开的第一拱形包围所述支承元件,而向外敞开的第二拱形嵌入导流板部件的相应的导向型材中并且保持该导流板部件。所述双拱形的型材能够以相同的挤压法模制在所述支架上。这是导流板部件和支架之间的廉价的外形美观的连接,特别是在所述导向型材用双拱形的型材的侧向边界大致平齐地进行封闭时。
按本发明的另一种设计方案,连接元件能够在双拱形的型材之间通过铆钉固定在支承元件上,其中该连接元件的中间部件垂直于支承元件并且沿雨刷片的纵向延伸。其支脚与中间部件由板材冲压并且无切削地成形,该支脚沿纵向连接在中间部件的两侧,并且大致平行于支承元件延伸,使得其能够扁平地靠在支承元件上并且与该支承元件铆接。为此,该支承元件具有两个沿纵向相应错开布置的冲孔。在中间部件上具有轴承销形式或必要时轮毂形式的轴承元件的连接元件与该支承元件廉价地并且持久地连接。在导流板部件之间的连续的导向型材上能够安置盖板,该盖板和谐地连接到导流板部件上。

具体实施方式
雨刷片10具有雨刷条12,该雨刷条的雨刷唇14通过翻转接片16与顶部板条18连接。该顶部板条由支架22进行保持,该支架具有两个平行延伸的成角度的保持轨道24。每个保持轨道24的一条支臂在所述顶部板条18的外侧上延伸,而另一条向内折弯的支臂嵌入所述顶部板条18的纵向槽中。该保持轨道24的指向内的支臂包围位于其之间的顶部板条18的接片20,而在外侧延伸的支臂通过盖壁26相互连接,该盖壁在侧面突出超过所述保持轨道24。
支承元件28以弹簧条的形式靠在所述盖壁26的远离保持轨道24的一侧上。所述支承元件28在其端部上具有用于固定端部套42的冲孔30,该端部套以没有详细示出的凸块嵌入该冲孔30中。该端部套42包围所述盖壁26的侧向突出的部分以及支承元件28。此外,该支承元件28在中间区域中具有其它冲孔46,所述冲孔成对地横向于纵向进行定向,并且用于固定连接元件32。该连接元件以尤其在其卡爪36上的没有详细示出的突起嵌入所述支承元件28的冲孔46中,其中所述卡爪36侧向包围支承元件28以及盖壁26的侧向突出的部分,并且由此将连接元件32固定在支承元件28上。以底部34靠在支承元件28上的连接元件32具有两个沿纵向延伸的侧壁38,所述侧壁与卡爪36反向地大致垂直于底部34弯曲,并且在其之间具有例如轴承销40形式的轴承元件。所述轴承元件40用于铰接地连接雨刷片10和没有示出的雨刷臂,该雨刷臂在连接元件32的侧壁38之间得到侧向导引。
导流板部件44位于端部套42和连接元件32之间。该导流板部件能够在装配端部套42之前从端侧推到所述支架22和支承元件28上,或者大致垂直于支承元件28夹到所述支架22和支承元件28上,其中所述导流板部件44围卡支承元件28以及盖壁26的侧向突出的部分,并且将其相互连接。为了增强所述支架22和支承元件28之间的连接,有利的是所述部件22,28能够额外地通过粘贴或焊接相互粘焊在一起。
在按图4到图6的实施例中,所述雨刷片10的支架48具有两个平行延伸的相互面对的保持轨道50,所述保持轨道如在前面描述的实施例中一样保持所述雨刷条12。所述保持轨道50的在顶部板条的外侧延伸的支臂通过盖壁52相互连接,该盖壁同样具有向外突出的侧向部分54。该侧向部分相对于盖壁52的中间部分朝导流板部件80错开一段距离,并且在其之间形成槽56。支承元件64以弹簧条的形式靠在盖壁52上尤其靠在盖壁的侧向部分54上,该支承元件在其端部上具有用于固定端部套42的冲孔66。所述支承元件64在中间的区域内具有两个沿纵向70错开布置的不能看见的用于铆钉78的冲孔,用该铆钉将连接元件68固定在支承元件64上。在支承元件64的远离连接元件68的一侧上的铆钉头位于所述支架48的槽56中。

Claims (8)

1.雨刷片(10),具有雨刷条(12)和导流板部件(44、80),该雨刷条的顶部板条(18)由支架(22、48)进行保持,该支架具有相互面对的成角度的保持轨道(24、50),所述导流板部件布置在连接元件(32、68)的两侧并且与支架(22、48)连接,其中构造成弹性的弹簧条的支承元件(28、64)与支架(22、48)连接并且在支承元件(28、64)的端部上设置端部套(42),其特征在于,所述支承元件(28、64)在中间区域中具有两个用于固定连接元件(32、68)的冲孔(46),并且在其端部上分别具有用于固定端部套(42)的冲孔(30、66)。
2.按权利要求1所述的雨刷片(10),其特征在于,所述支架(22)由保持轨道(24)和盖壁(26)构成,该盖壁在于顶部板条(18)的外侧延伸的支臂上将保持轨道(24)相互连接并且向外突出超过该支臂一段距离,其中所述支承元件(28)叠合地靠在所述盖壁(26)的远离雨刷条(12)的一侧上,并且与盖壁(26)一起被导流板部件(44)和端部套(42)在侧向进行包围。
3.按权利要求2所述的雨刷片(10),其特征在于,所述支承元件(28)与盖壁(26)粘贴或者焊接。
4.按权利要求2或3所述的雨刷片(10),其特征在于,所述连接元件(32)构造成板材卡爪,该板材卡爪的卡爪(36)侧向包围所述支承元件(28)和盖壁(26),其中在连接元件(32)上的突起嵌入所述支承元件(28)的孔(46)中,所述孔成对地横向于支承元件(28)的纵向进行布置。
5.按权利要求1所述的雨刷片(10),其特征在于,在支架(48)上将双拱形的型材(58)模制在盖壁(52)的侧向突出的侧向部分(54)上,该型材的向内敞开的第一拱形(60)包围所述支承元件(64),而向外敞开的第二拱形(62)嵌入导流板部件(80)的相应的导向型材(82)中并且保持该导流板部件。
6.按权利要求5所述的雨刷片(10),其特征在于,所述盖壁(52)的侧向突出的侧向部分(54)相对于该盖壁(52)的中间部分朝导流板部件(80)错开,并且在其之间形成槽(56)。
7.按权利要求5或6所述的雨刷片(10),其特征在于,在所述支承元件(64)上将连接元件(68)固定在双拱形的型材(58)之间,该连接元件的中间部件(72)垂直于支承元件(64)延伸,并且该连接元件的支脚(76)平行于支承元件(64)沿纵向(70)在该中间部件(72)的两侧延伸,其中该中间部件(72)与支脚(76)由板材冲压并且无切削地成形。
