Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种按权利要求1前序部分所述的雨刷片。
背景技术
由US 2006/0026786A1公开了一种雨刷片,其中两个弹簧条在其端部上通过桥件相互连接,该桥件位于和弹簧条相同的平面内。为了装配雨刷条,弹簧条之间的缝隙在一个端部上扩大为装配开口,从而通过装配开口可以穿入雨刷条的背部板条并且可以将背部板条下面的接片推入纵向缝隙中。所述弹簧条在中间区域内具有四个用于连接元件的固定孔,该连接元件用来将雨刷片和雨刷臂进行铰接连接。所述连接元件在其底部具有四个卡爪,它们穿入固定孔并且在装配时如此弯曲,使得连接元件固定地坐落在弹簧条上。导流板部件在连接元件的两侧套装在弹簧条上,导流板部件的自由端部由端部套封闭。

发明内容
根据本发明,至少一个桥件在雨刷条的背部板条的区域中在雨刷片的垂直的横向平面内在背对雨刷条的一侧上与纵向缝隙错开地延伸。由此,所述雨刷条的背部板条可以在桥件和纵向缝隙的端部之间推过纵向缝隙,使得位于背部板条下面的在两个纵向槽之间的接片可以推入纵向缝隙中。相对于现有技术,容易将雨刷条装配到支承构件中,并且雨刷条在其一直到紧邻桥件之前的整个长度上在纵向缝隙中导引。由此在雨刷片的整个长度上获得良好的刮水性能。此外,所述支承构件可以以经济的制造方法进行制造。
按本发明的实施例提出,支承构件的至少一个桥件以桥拱跨过弹簧条之间的中间空间。在此,将背部板条在桥拱下推过纵向缝隙,使得弹簧条嵌入雨刷条的纵向槽中。所述支承构件可以以简单的方式由弹簧钢板冲压而成,其中至少在纵向缝隙的一个端部上设置横向延伸的切口,该切口将桥拱与弹簧条的部分分开。所述切口的长度由背部板条的宽度确定,从而在桥拱的例如通过挤压或冲压引起的最终变形后获得足够的装配间隙空间。

按本发明的另一种设计方案,在弹簧条的中间区域内设置开口,用于与雨刷臂铰接连接的连接元件借助于弹簧钩嵌入该开口中。由此,可以快速地并且不用专门工具地装配和拆卸所述连接元件。所述连接元件可以是由合成材料制成的压注件或者由板材制成,其中弹簧钩从连接元件的底部冲出并且弯到大致垂直于底部的平面内。为了在弹簧钩较短的情况下获得足够的用于可靠定位的弹簧行程,有利的是为每个开口设置两个弹簧钩,弹簧钩的凸块布置在弹簧钩的相互背对的侧面上并且指向弹簧条的纵向方向。
如果所述支承构件以压注方法由合成材料制成,那么有利的是所述连接元件同样以压注方法与支承构件连接成一体。在此,为了获得连接元件更大的强度和刚度,可以由板材制成插入件并且以压注方法将该插入件与支承构件进行连接。
为了提高由行驶风引起的作用到雨刷片上的压紧力,有利地设置两件式的导流板,该导流板的两部分套装到支承构件上。该导流板的两部分一直伸到连接元件并且在其自由端部上利用端部套封闭。所述端部套有利地集成在导流板的两部分中,该导流板的两部分同样以压注方法进行制造。在此,可以预先给定标准长度,该标准长度根据应用情况切成合适的长度。

具体实施方式

按图2的实施例示出了具有纵向缝隙56的支承构件52,纵向缝隙56的纵侧布置了弹簧条54。该弹簧条通过桥件58相互连接。该桥件58通过横向于纵向缝隙56延伸的切口32部分地与弹簧条54分开。该切口32限制了凸耳62,凸耳62通过切口60平行于纵向缝隙56从弹簧条54中冲出。所述凸耳62在对置于切口32的端部上与弹簧条54连接,并且在对置的端部上朝着雨刷条14的方向从桥件58弯出。由此,在桥件58和凸耳62之间形成了中间空间,通过该中间空间,所述背部板条24可以推过凸耳62和弹簧条54,使得凸耳62和弹簧条54嵌入顶部板条20的纵向槽22中。
