Abstract

一种电子设备,包括底壳,该底壳包括底板及设于底板的支撑结构和收容槽,该支撑结构包括倾斜穿过收容槽的导轨、沿导轨滑动与静止的滑动件以及与滑动件连接的垫脚,所述导轨具有第一表面和第二表面,且沿其倾斜方向开设有贯穿所述第一表面和所述第二表面的滑槽,所述滑动件包括滑动板以及和所述滑动板基本垂直的滑动壁,所述滑动板及所述垫脚分别设置于导轨两侧,所述滑动壁穿过所述导轨的滑槽与垫脚相连。当滑动件滑动至导轨的不同位置时,电子设备的倾斜角度也随之变化,使用者在使用时可根据实际情况来随意调节倾斜角度。因为支撑结构固定于电子设备上,解决了携带不方便的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子设备,特别涉及一种带支撑结构的电子设备。
背景技术
便携的电子设备,如笔记本电脑因为内置空间较小,各元件在工作时所产生的热量不能较快排出,长时间使用则会造成机体温度升高,对机体本身及使用者均会有影响。此外,通常情况下笔记本电脑的键盘为水平设置,不利于使用者的操作。
常见方法是附加一个支架,笔记本电脑可倾斜放置其上,但是支架作为附加物品,不便于随身携带。将可使笔记本倾斜的装置设在电子设备上的方法解决了不方便携带的问题。此种电子设备上开设有长方形容置槽,在容置槽内设置有支撑架和扣合结构,通过旋转支撑架使笔记本电脑倾斜,但是支撑架因为需要通过扣合结构固定其支撑的位置,笔记本电脑的倾斜角度为一定值,不便于使用者随意调节角度。
发明内容
鉴于上述状况,有必要提供一种可方便携带且可随意调节倾斜角度的电子设备。
一种电子设备,包括底壳,底壳包括底板及设于底板的支撑结构和收容槽,该支撑结构包括倾斜穿过收容槽的导轨、沿导轨滑动与静止的滑动件以及与滑动件连接的垫脚,所述导轨具有第一表面和第二表面,且沿其倾斜方向开设有贯穿所述第一表面和所述第二表面的滑槽,所述滑动件包括滑动板以及和所述滑动板基本垂直的滑动壁,所述滑动板及所述垫脚分别设置于导轨两侧,所述滑动壁穿过所述导轨的滑槽与垫脚相连。
上述的电子设备通过滑动件在倾斜设置的导轨内滑动来实现电子设备的角度倾斜。当滑动件滑动至导轨内不同位置时,垫脚使电子设备的倾斜角度也随之变化,使用者在使用时可根据实际情况来调节倾斜角度。同时,因为支撑结构作为电子设备的一部分固定于电子设备上,解决了携带不方便的问题。

具体实施方式
本发明的电子设备可以是笔记本电脑、便携式DVD(DigitalVideo Disc)播放器等。下面结合附图对本发明实施例提供的电子设备作进一步详细说明。
请参阅图1和图2,本发明实施例的电子设备包括底壳100,底壳100大致为一矩形壳体,具有底板20及设于底板20上的支撑结构30。底板20具有内表面21、外表面23以及收容槽25。
请参阅图3,外表面23上设置有支脚231,该支脚231垂直于外表面23,包括顺次连接的第一侧板2311、第二侧板2313以及第三侧板2315。
请参阅图4,收容槽25设置于支脚231上方,贯穿底板20内表面21和外表面23。本实施例中收容槽25为矩形开口。
支撑结构30包括导轨31、可在导轨31内滑动的滑动件33、与滑动件33固定连接的垫脚35、连接滑动件33和垫脚35的第一紧固件37以及遮盖导轨31和滑动件33的端盖39。
请一并参阅图4和图5,导轨31具有第一表面311、与第一表面311相对的第二表面313以及贯通第一表面311和第二表面313并沿导轨31倾斜方向延伸的滑槽315。导轨31自支脚231的第二侧板2313倾斜穿过收容槽25,卡持于第一侧板2311、第三侧板2315之间以及收容槽25内,第一表面311与内表面21相交使导轨31略微凸出于内表面21。第二表面313上间隔设置有若干与滑槽315延伸方向垂直的第一卡持部3131。导轨31的两端共设置有四个固定部317,四个固定部317内共开设有四个螺孔3171。本实施例中导轨31为长方体,第一卡持部3131为互相平行的弧形槽。
滑动件33包括滑动板331和与滑动板331垂直的滑动壁333,滑动板331和滑动壁333大致为“T”型。滑动板331沿第一方向X上间隔设有若干互相平行的第二卡持部3311,第二卡持部3311位于滑动板331与滑动壁333相交的面上,可与第一卡持部3131配合。滑动壁333一端具有第三卡持部3331,与第三卡持部3331相对的另一端开设有第一装配孔3333,第三卡持部3331可为任意形状。本实施例中第二卡持部3311为弧形凸起,第三卡持部3331为矩形凸起。
垫脚35具有顺次连接的第一侧壁351、第二侧壁353和第三侧壁355,三个侧壁351、353、355自底板357垂直延伸,其中第一侧壁351和第三侧壁355平行,且分别与第二侧壁353垂直连接。第一侧壁351上设有第二装配孔3511,第二侧壁353设有与第三卡持部3331配合的第四卡持部3531(如图6所示),第三侧壁355设有与第二装配孔3511对应的第三装配孔3551。本第四卡持部3531为矩形槽。
端盖39上开设有与四个螺孔3171对应的通孔391。
请一并参阅图4至图6,装配时,滑动件33的侧壁333从第二表面313穿过滑槽315嵌入垫脚35,第二卡持部3311卡持于第一卡持部3131内,第三卡持部3331卡持于第四卡持部3531内,第一紧固件37顺次穿过第二装配孔3511、第一装配孔3333和第三装配孔3551将滑动件33和垫脚35固定。第二紧固件393穿过端盖39上的通孔391与螺孔3171配合将导轨31和滑动件33盖住,可以避免滑动件33在滑动时对电子设备内部元件(图未示)的影响。本实施例中第一紧固件37为销钉,第二紧固件393为螺丝。
因为第一卡持部3131和第二卡持部3311均为弧形结构,两者可在外力作用下相对滑动。当未对滑动件33施加外力时,第二卡持部3311卡持于第一卡持部3131内;当对滑动件33施加外力时,第二卡持部3311与第一卡持部3131脱离,滑动壁333在导轨31的滑槽315内滑动,进而可使滑动件33滑动至导轨31的不同位置。当滑动件33位于滑槽315的最高端时,垫脚35完全收容于支脚231内,此时电子设备通过支脚231支撑,没有角度倾斜。当滑动件33沿滑槽315向下滑动时,垫脚35逐渐滑出支脚231与支撑面(图未示)直接接触,使电子设备倾斜一定的角度。当滑动件33滑动至滑槽315的最低端时,电子设备的倾斜角度达到最大值。使用者可通过将滑动件33在导轨31内不同位置固定从而改变电子设备的倾斜角度。
可以理解的是,支脚231不局限于设置在收容槽25的下方,也可设置于外表面23的其他位置。
支撑结构30的个数可以为一个或者多个,能使电子设备放置平稳即可,收容槽25的个数与支撑结构30的个数相同。
第一卡持部3131也可以为弧形凹槽,相应地第二卡持部3311则为弧形凸起。
第三卡持部3331也可以为凹槽,相应地第四卡持部3531则为凸起。第三卡持部3331和第四卡持部3531的形状也不局限于矩形,可以为弧形或者其他任意形状,能使滑动件33和垫脚35固定连接即可。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明精神内做其它变化,当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围内。

Claims (8)

1.一种电子设备,包括底壳,所述底壳包括底板及设于所述底板的支撑结构和收容槽,其特征在于:所述支撑结构包括倾斜穿过所述收容槽的导轨、沿所述导轨滑动与静止的滑动件以及与所述滑动件连接的垫脚,所述导轨具有第一表面和第二表面,且沿其倾斜方向开设有贯穿所述第一表面和所述第二表面的滑槽,所述滑动件包括滑动板以及和所述滑动板基本垂直的滑动壁,所述滑动板及所述垫脚分别设置于导轨两侧,所述滑动壁穿过所述导轨的滑槽与垫脚相连。
2.如权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述第一表面上间隔设置有若干与所述导轨倾斜方向垂直的第一卡持部,所述滑动板沿第一方向间隔设有若干与所述第一卡持部配合的第二卡持部。
3.如权利要求2所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述若干第一卡持部为互相平行的弧形槽,所述若干第二卡持部为互相平行的弧形凸起。
4.如权利要求2所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述滑动壁一端设置有第三卡持部,所述垫脚设置有与所述第三卡持部配合的第四卡持部。
5.如权利要求4所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述第三卡持部为矩形凸起,所述第四卡持部为矩形槽。
6.如权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述支撑机构还包括将所述导轨和所述滑动件遮盖的端盖。
7.如权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述底板外表面上设置有支脚。
8.如权利要求7所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述支脚包括凸设于所述底板外表面的、顺次连接的包围所述支撑结构的第一侧板、第二侧板和第三侧板。
