Abstract

一种压棒,包括一管体以及一装配于所述管体一端之盖体,所述盖体上部连通有一进气管。所述管体具有一注胶端以及一与所述注胶端相对的压入端,所述注胶端与所述盖体相连。所述注胶端开设有一储胶室,所述储胶室底部开设有多个相对所述管体轴线倾斜的出胶口,所述压入端包括一凹腔以及一位于所述凹腔四周的环状压头。所述凹腔开设在该压入端上与该储胶室相背的一侧。所述压头的端面开设有一环状点胶口。该出胶口的一端与该储胶室连通,另一端与该点胶口连通。所述的压棒整合了传统的压棒及点胶装置的功能,在镜头组装过程中可以将对光学组件的压入及点胶动作一起完成,提高了组装的效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种压棒,尤其涉及一种用于镜头组装的压棒。
背景技术
现有的镜头模组在组装时,往往要将多个镜片及间隔片、挡光片等相互组装胶合在一起形成镜片组,然后将多个镜片组装于镜筒中形成镜头模组。
现有镜片组的组装为保证组装的精度,避免组装的各镜片间、镜片与间隔片、挡光片等光学组件间的偏心,一般要将需要组装成一镜片组的镜片、间隔片、挡光片等光学组件于一组装托盘内进行组装。
组装时,要用到压棒将各镜片、间隔片、挡光片等光学组件依次压入组装托盘内的组装孔内,在压入之前或者压入的过程中,每两个相邻的光学组件之间需要经点胶固定。
现有的镜头模组在组装时,其压入过程和点胶过程为两个分别独立进行的步骤,即压入动作靠压棒进行,而点胶动作由点胶装置完成。
另外,现有的点胶装置一般含有一个点胶口以及一个针头状点胶头,所述点胶头一次只能点到光学组件上很小的面积,点胶效率很低,而且很容易产生点胶不均匀,影响镜头模组的质量。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种可以对光学组件同时进行压入及点胶动作的压棒。
一种压棒,包括一管体以及一装配于所述管体一端之盖体,所述盖体上部连通有一进气管。所述管体具有一注胶端以及一与所述注胶端相对的压入端,所述注胶端与所述盖体相连。所述注胶端开设有一储胶室,所述储胶室底部开设有多个相对所述管体轴线倾斜的出胶口,所述压入端包括一凹腔以及一位于所述凹腔四周的环状压头。所述凹腔开设在该压入端上与该储胶室相背的一侧。所述压头的端面开设有一环状点胶口。该出胶口的一端与该储胶室连通,另一端与该点胶口连通。相对于现有技术,所述的压棒整合了传统的压棒及点胶装置的功能,在镜头组装过程中可以将对光学组件的压入及点胶动作一起完成,提高了组装的效率。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作一具体介绍。
请参阅图1至图3,所示为本发明压棒的结构图,所述的压棒1包括一管体10以及一装配于所述管体10一端之盖体20,所述盖体20上部连通有一进气管30。
所述管体10具有一注胶端101以及一压入端102,所述注胶端101与所述盖体20相连,所述注胶端101开设有一储胶室103,所述盖体20固设在储胶室103上部以封闭该储胶室103,所述储胶室103底部开设多个出胶口1031。所述压入端102的端面包括一凹腔1021以及一位于所述凹腔1021周边的环状压头1022,所述压头1022上开设有与所述储胶室103的出胶口1031相连通的点胶口104。
所述点胶口104内侧设置有一涂布层1041,所述涂布层1041采用吸水性材料制成,本实施方式中为海绵。所述涂布层1041的吸水特性可以使胶体均匀分散于其中,以保证点胶的均匀性。
本实施方式中,所述点胶口104为一整体连通的环状结构,其也可以为多个呈环状排列于所述压头1022上的点胶口,并不局限于本实施方式。
所述盖体20与所述注胶端101为螺纹连接,其上有一通孔201,所述进气管30穿过通孔201与所述储胶室103相连通。
请参阅图4,所示为本发明压棒1进行镜头组装的示意图,在组装之前,预先往所述储胶室103注入胶体105,所述胶体105可以为UV胶(紫外光固化胶)或者热固胶,然后装上盖体20密封所述注胶端101。
所述的进气管30可以向所述储胶室103内注入气体,其通过控制储胶室103内气压来控制所述胶体105的流出量及从所述点胶口104流出的速度。
在组装时,首先将第一片光学组件40压入托盘(或镜筒)50内,压入时,所述压头1022接触于所述光学组件40的周边非有效光学孔径部分,所述凹腔1021的设计可以避免接触到所述光学组件40的有效光学孔径部分,因而不会对光学组件40造成划伤,保证了组装的质量。在压入的同时,即可以将所述胶体105点到所述光学组件40的非有效光学孔径部分。由此,可以一次完成对光学组件40的压入及点胶动作,之后,可以同样的方式进行其余光学组件的压入及点胶动作。所述的点胶口104为环状,可以提高点胶效率及点胶的均匀性。
相对于现有技术,所述的压棒整合了传统的压棒及点胶装置的功能,在镜头组装过程中可以将对光学组件的压入及点胶动作一起完成,提高了组装的效率。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明精神内做其它变化,当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种压棒,其特征在于包括:一管体以及一装配于所述管体一端之盖体,所述盖体上部连通有一进气管,所述管体具有一注胶端以及一与所述注胶端相对的压入端,所述注胶端与所述盖体相连,所述注胶端开设有一储胶室,所述储胶室底部开设有多个相对所述管体轴线倾斜的出胶口,所述压入端包括一凹腔以及一位于所述凹腔四周的环状压头,所述凹腔开设在该压入端上与该储胶室相背的一侧,所述压头的端面开设有一环状点胶口,该出胶口的一端与该储胶室连通,另一端与该点胶口连通。
2.如权利要求1所述的压棒,其特征在于:所述点胶口呈环状排列于所述压头上。
3.如权利要求1所述的压棒,其特征在于:所述点胶口为一整体连通的环状点胶口。
4.如权利要求1所述的压棒,其特征在于:所述盖体与所述注胶端为螺纹连接。
5.如权利要求1所述的压棒,其特征在于:所述盖体上开设有一通孔,所述进气管穿过所述通孔与所述储胶室相连通。
6.如权利要求1所述的压棒,其特征在于:所述点胶口内侧设置有一吸水性涂布层。
7.如权利要求6所述的压棒,其特征在于:所述涂布层的材料为海绵。
