组合式双作用弹性旁承,安装在铁路大轴重转向架上;由旁承盖、滚套、旁承座、磨耗板、旁承弹簧、滚子轴、调整垫圈、橡胶体、钢套、螺栓、防松螺母和垫圈组成,旁承座制成双耳凹窝式,中间连接处制出安装滚子轴的凹窝及轴窝;旁承盖与钢套用橡胶体连接,在双耳凹窝底部制出螺栓安装孔,螺栓装在螺栓安装孔内,防松螺母和垫圈装在螺栓上,调整垫圈装在旁承座的凹窝内,旁承弹簧装在调整垫圈上,将旁承盖、钢套和橡胶体组成的一体,装在双耳凹窝内,磨耗板装在旁承盖上,将滚套装在滚子轴上,装有滚套的滚子轴装在安装滚子轴的凹窝及轴窝内;优点:提高了车辆对线路的适应能力及抗摇头能力,抗侧滚能力,改善车辆曲线通过性能和运行平稳性。

技术领域:本发明创造是安装在铁路大轴重转向架上。
背景技术:随着铁路运输快捷和重载的要求越来越高,现行的弹性旁承已不适合大轴重转向架的需求,回转阻力矩不适,车辆曲线通过能力差,车辆平稳性差,影响快捷和重载的要求。
发明内容:本发明创造的目的是提供一种能提高车辆对线路的适应能力及抗摇头、抗侧滚能力的组合式双作用弹性旁承;本发明创造的目的是通过下述的技术方案实现的:组合式双作用弹性旁承,其特征在于由旁承盖、滚套、旁承座、磨耗板、旁承弹簧、滚子轴、调整垫圈、橡胶体、钢套、螺栓、防松螺母和垫圈组成,旁承座制成双耳凹窝式,中间连接处制出安装滚子轴的凹窝及轴窝;旁承盖与钢套用橡胶体连接成一体,在双耳凹窝底部制出螺栓安装孔,将螺栓装在螺栓安装孔内,将防松螺母和垫圈装在螺栓上,将调整垫圈装在旁承座的凹窝内,将旁承弹簧装在调整垫圈上,将旁承盖、钢套和橡胶体组成的一体装在双耳凹窝内,磨耗板装在旁承盖上,将滚套装在滚子轴上,将装有滚套的滚子轴装在安装滚子轴的凹窝及轴窝内。
本发明创造的优点:组合式双作用弹性旁承安装在铁路大轴重转向架上,由于采用了双弹性单元设计,并提高了旁承弹簧、橡胶体的工作找度及加大行程设计,提高了车辆对线路的适应能力,在合理设置旁承弹簧、橡胶体刚度的情况下,能够为车辆提供更为合适的回转阻力矩,从而保证车辆具备良好的抗侧滚能力,通过合理设置旁承载荷,提高了抗摇头能力,从而保证车辆具有良好的曲线通过性能和运行平稳性。

具体实施方式:组合式双作用弹性旁承,其特征在于由旁承盖、滚套、旁承座、磨耗板、旁承弹簧、滚子轴、调整垫圈、橡胶体、钢套、螺栓、防松螺母和垫圈组成,旁承座制成双耳凹窝式,中间连接处制出安装滚子轴的凹窝及轴窝;旁承盖与钢套用橡胶体连接成一体,在双耳凹窝底部制出螺栓安装孔,将螺栓装在螺栓安装孔内,将防松螺母和垫圈装在螺栓上,将调整垫圈装在旁承座的凹窝内,将旁承弹簧装在调整垫圈上,将旁承盖、钢套和橡胶体组成的一体装在双耳凹窝内,磨耗板装在旁承盖上,将滚套装在滚子轴上,将装有滚套的滚子轴装在安装滚子轴的凹窝及轴窝内。
将组合式双作用弹性旁承装在32.5t的大轴重转向架上,每台转向架摇枕上对称布置2个,旁承与摇枕之间用9级高强度螺栓及防松螺母和垫圈固定连接,每个组合式双作用弹性旁承设计的工作载荷为3000bs(1361kg),工作挠度15mm。
组合式双作用弹性旁承安装在铁路大轴重转向架上,由于采用了双弹性单元设计,并提高了旁承弹簧、橡胶体的工作找度及加大行程设计,提高了车辆对线路的适应能力,在合理设置旁承弹簧、橡胶体刚度的情况下,能够为车辆提供更为合适的回转阻力矩,从而保证车辆具备良好的抗侧滚能力,通过合理设置旁承载荷,提高了抗摇头能力,从而保证车辆具有良好的曲线通过性能和运行平稳性。

1.组合式双作用弹性旁承,其特征在于由旁承盖、滚套、旁承座、磨耗板、旁承弹簧、滚子轴、调整垫圈、橡胶体、钢套、螺栓、防松螺母和垫圈组成,旁承座制成双耳凹窝式,中间连接处制出安装滚子轴的凹窝及轴窝;旁承盖与钢套用橡胶体连接成一体,在双耳凹窝底部制出螺栓安装孔,将螺栓装在螺栓安装孔内,将防松螺母和垫圈装在螺栓上,将调整垫圈装在旁承座的凹窝内,将旁承弹簧装在调整垫圈上,将旁承盖、钢套和橡胶体组成的一体装在双耳凹窝内,磨耗板装在旁承盖上,将滚套装在滚子轴上,将装有滚套的滚子轴装在安装滚子轴的凹窝及轴窝内。
