Abstract
本发明涉及一种新的合成多肽类聚合物的方法及通过这种方法得到的通式为(I)的多肽类聚合物,式中R1和R2分别为取代或未取代的烷基、取代或未取代的芳基;n为大于或等于2的自然数。所述多肽类聚合物的合成方法是以通式为(II)的亚胺和一氧化碳为单体,在金属钴催化剂作用下发生交替共聚,直接生成通式为(I)的多肽类聚合物。本发明方法提供的这一途径将可以避免传统方法涉及的繁杂的步骤,使得多肽的合成被大大地简化,并可得到以前方法所不能得到的一些多肽类聚合物。
