Abstract

本发明涉及一种仿生鲨鱼皮金属模具的制备方法,其实施步骤依次是:超声波清洗;除油脂;粗化;敏化;活化;化学镀铜;电铸;脱模。由以上步骤获得的仿生鲨鱼皮金属模具可以将盾甲鳞沟槽结构完整清晰的复制下来,并可制备仿生聚氨酯薄膜,使其得以在大规模的产业化进行应用。

Description

一种仿生鲨鱼皮金属模具的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种生物仿生领域金属模具的制备方法,具体是指制备具有鲨鱼皮盾甲鳞沟槽结构的金属模具的制备方法。
背景技术
研究表明:鲨鱼表皮具有盾甲鳞沟槽结构(如图1所示),这种沟槽结构能够改变表皮附近的水流状况,抑制涡流产生,减小表皮与水的摩擦阻力,同时这种微结构可以抑制海洋微生物在其表皮上的附着,将这种结构应用于饮用水行业、船舶行业等领域,可以抑制藻类、贝类的附着,减小阻力,达到节能、仿污的作用。国内外研究人员对鲨鱼进行了大量的仿生研究,采用固态硅橡胶可以将盾甲鳞沟槽结构完整清晰的复制下来,并可制备仿生聚氨酯薄膜,但这种材料难以得到大规模的产业化应用,因此我们开发了这种具有微结构的仿生聚氨酯薄膜上的电铸工艺,制备具有鲨鱼皮盾甲鳞沟槽结构的金属模具,使用该模具可以大批量压印出鲨鱼皮仿生高分子薄膜。
发明内容
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种仿生鲨鱼皮金属模具的制备方法。该方法在于将具有鲨鱼皮微结构的仿生聚氨酯薄膜进行导电化处理,并以仿生聚氨酯薄膜作为电铸原型,复制出具有鲨鱼皮微结构的镍金属模具。为此,本发明解决所述问题的技术方案由以下工序步骤实现:
1.超声波清洗:仿生聚氨酯薄膜浸泡于丙酮中,超声波清洗5分钟,清洗2次。
2.除油脂:仿生聚氨酯薄膜用50g/L的十二烷基硫酸钠溶液50~60℃,浸泡30min以上。
3.粗化:仿生聚氨酯薄膜用浓硫酸和重铬酸钾的混合溶液,对应浓度分别为5ml/L和10g/L,50~60℃浸泡2min后取出蒸馏水清洗干净。
4.敏化:仿生聚氨酯薄膜用37%浓盐酸和氯化亚锡混合溶液,浓度分别40ml/L和10g/L,室温下浸泡2~5min,之后取出,用缓慢蒸馏水洗干净。
5.活化:将4g/L的硝酸银溶液用氨水滴定至棕褐色刚好褪去成无色透明溶液,将仿生聚氨酯薄膜置于该溶液中,室温下浸泡5~10min,取出蒸馏水清洗干净,并快速吹干仿生聚氨酯薄膜。
6.化学镀铜:将仿生聚氨酯薄膜浸泡在7.5g/L硫酸铜、15g/L EDTA二钠、5g/L氢氧化钠和6~7ml/L的37%甲醛混合溶液中,40~60℃反应镀铜20~30min。
7.电铸:将化学镀铜后的仿生聚氨酯薄膜,置于电铸槽中,制备金属模具。具体电铸溶液配方及工艺参数如表1,
8.脱模:将电铸金属模具与仿生聚氨酯薄膜剥离。
相比现有技术,本发明产生的积极效果是:由以上步骤获得的仿生鲨鱼皮金属模具可以将盾甲鳞沟槽结构完整清晰的复制下来,并可制备仿生聚氨酯薄膜,使其得以在大规模的产业化进行应用。

具体实施方式
参照图3并比较图1、图2,本发明涉及一种仿生鲨鱼皮金属模具的制备方法,该方法的实施步骤依次是:
1.超声波清洗:仿生聚氨酯薄膜浸泡于丙酮中,超声波清洗5分钟,清洗2次。
2.除油脂:仿生聚氨酯薄膜用50g/L的十二烷基硫酸钠溶液50~60℃,浸泡30min以上。
3.粗化:仿生聚氨酯薄膜用浓硫酸和重铬酸钾的混合溶液,对应浓度分别为5ml/L和10g/L,50~60℃浸泡2min后取出蒸馏水清洗干净。
4.敏化:仿生聚氨酯薄膜用37%浓盐酸和氯化亚锡混合溶液,浓度分别40ml/L和10g/L,室温下浸泡2~5min,之后取出,用缓慢蒸馏水洗干净。
5.活化:将4g/L的硝酸银溶液用氨水滴定至棕褐色刚好褪去成无色透明溶液,将仿生聚氨酯薄膜置于该溶液中,室温下浸泡5~10min,取出蒸馏水清洗干净,并快速吹干仿生聚氨酯薄膜。
6.化学镀铜:将仿生聚氨酯薄膜浸泡在7.5g/L硫酸铜、15g/L EDTA二钠、5g/L氢氧化钠和6~7ml/L的37%甲醛混合溶液中,40~60℃反应镀铜20~30min。
7.电铸:将化学镀铜后的仿生聚氨酯薄膜,置于电铸槽中,制备金属模具。

8.脱模:将电铸金属模具与仿生聚氨酯薄膜剥离。
结合以上步骤,本方法中还包含了具体的电铸溶液配方及工艺参数表。

Claims (1)

1.一种仿生鲨鱼皮金属模具的制备方法,包括对仿生聚氨酯薄膜的超声波清洗、除油脂、粗化、敏化、活化、化学镀铜、电铸、脱模步骤,其特征在于,所述方法的具体步骤是:
(1)超声波清洗步骤,将仿生聚氨酯薄膜浸泡于丙酮中,用超声波清洗5分钟,清洗2次;
(2)除油脂步骤,将仿生聚氨酯薄膜用50g/L的十二烷基硫酸钠溶液50~60℃,浸泡30min以上;
(3)粗化步骤,将仿生聚氨酯薄膜用浓硫酸和重铬酸钾的混合溶液,对应浓度分别为5ml/L和10g/L;温度为50~60℃浸泡2min后取出,再用蒸馏水清洗干净;
(4)敏化步骤,将仿生聚氨酯薄膜用37%浓盐酸和氯化亚锡混合溶液,浓度分别为40ml/L和10g/L。室温下浸泡2~5min,之后取出,用缓慢蒸馏水洗干净;
(5)活化步骤,将4g/L的硝酸银溶液用氨水滴定至棕褐色刚好褪去成无色透明溶液,将仿生聚氨酯薄膜置于该溶液中,室温下浸泡5~10min,取出蒸馏水清洗干净,并快速吹干仿生聚氨酯薄膜;
(6)化学镀铜步骤,将仿生聚氨酯薄膜浸泡在7.5g/L硫酸铜、15g/LEDTA二钠、5g/L氢氧化钠和6~7ml/L的37%甲醛混合溶液中,温度40~60℃内反应镀铜20~30min;
(7)电铸步骤,将化学镀铜后的仿生聚氨酯薄膜,置于电铸槽中,制备金属模具。
(8)脱模步骤,将电铸金属模具与仿生聚氨酯薄膜剥离。
