Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于将柔性的优选材料相同的带与至少一个面状的材料幅面相连接的带焊接机,其中所述带在重叠区域中使所述材料幅面增厚,所述带焊接机具有由滚轮支撑的底架、用于对至少一个材料幅面和/或所述带进行局部加热的加热装置和至少一个布置在所述底架上的能够旋转的用于将所述带逐点压紧在材料幅面上的压紧辊。其中将所述带从由所述底架支撑的带卷筒上退卷。利用按本发明的带焊接机比如可以借助于密封带将基本上无搭接地并排敷设的密封幅面连接起来或者借助于所述带在特定的位置上使密封幅面或合成材料布增厚。
背景技术
通常用绝热材料和密封幅面来遮盖平屋顶。为此要么以侧面搭接的边缘要么无搭接地以彼此对接碰在一起的边缘来并排敷设密封幅面比如沥青幅面或者合成材料幅面。在专业地敷设之后,将所述密封幅面的边缘彼此密封地连接在一起。在此,在搭接地敷设幅面时,对彼此对置的侧面上的边缘区域进行局部加热直至塑化,并且随后将其在塑化情况下挤压在一起。相反,在未搭接地布置幅面时,则借助于将接口覆盖的密封带相应地将所述边缘区域彼此焊接在一起。

发明内容
因此,本发明的任务是,提出一种带焊接机,在该带焊接机上在移到新的焊接处之后不用将柔性的带重新定位在压紧辊的下面。
按本发明,该任务通过一种具有权利要求1所述特征的带焊接机得到解决。其它有利的设计方案可从有关的从属权利要求中获悉。
而后,按本发明的带焊接机沿焊接方向在所述压紧辊的后面具有用于柔性的带的保持装置,所述带的自由的端部能够在焊接过程之前或之后可松开地固定在所述保持装置上。所述保持装置用于在所述带焊接机的搬运过程中使所述带抵靠在所述压紧辊上。如果在焊接过程之后在所述带焊接机后面剪断所述带或者如果在焊接过程之前需要新的带卷筒,那么可以用手将所述带与所述保持装置相连接。即使所述带焊接机倾倒并且所述压紧辊不再处于底座上,所述带保持装置也将所述带在压紧辊下面保持到位。如果将所述带焊接机放置在焊接位置上或者从一个焊接位置换到另一个焊接位置,那么所述带还总是正确地处于所述压紧辊的下方并且不必重新定位。在此,所述带与沿焊接方向布置在压紧辊后面的保持装置之间的连接可以构成为,使得自由的带端部要么必须用手从所述保持装置上松开要么一旦所述焊接机沿焊接方向向前运动就自主地从所述保持装置上松开。
在本发明的一种有利的变型方案中,柔性的带的自由的端部能够松动地与所述保持装置相连接,并且以能够沿纵向方向沿着所述保持装置运动的方式来导送。这能够使所述带随着所述带焊接机的向前运动自动地从所述保持装置上松开,而不妨碍焊接过程。
为此,所述压紧辊和所述保持装置有利地具有用于柔性的带的导向段,所述导向段具有相反的弯曲方向。由于所述带具有一定的弯曲刚度并且被弧状地从带卷筒一直导送到所述保持装置后面,所以在所述压紧辊不再压紧柔性的带时,所述带的关于压紧辊的位置在所述带焊接机提升或者说倾斜时没有或者仅仅微不足道地发生变化。在此,所述带仍然抵靠在所述压紧辊的圆周区域上。所述圆周区域由所述带卷筒和保持装置的、用于所述带及必要时设置在所述带卷筒和压紧辊之间的转向装置的位置所确定。
在按本发明的带焊接机的一种优选的实施方式中,所述保持装置为使所述带转向而具有能够旋转的转向辊,所述带在所述转向辊的一部分圆周范围内抵靠在其上面。柔性的带抵靠在所述压紧辊和转向辊的圆周区段上,这些圆周区段形成用于所述带的具有相反的弯曲方向的导向段。这些圆周区段S形地导送所述带,而所述带在圆弧形的导送区段之间则以伸展方式移动。有利的是,在本发明的一种变型方案中,所述转向辊的相对于压紧辊的间距能够通过所述转向辊的移动来变化。这能够使所述保持装置与有待焊接的带的厚度相匹配。

柔性的带与材料幅面相连接,该材料幅面也可以是比如作为载货车帆布所熟知的松动的帆布。利用所述带可以在特定的临界的位置上使所述帆布增厚并且由此改进耐久性。所述带在一些位置上防止帆布撕破,在这些位置上在使用时会有较高的力产生作用。此外,可以用专门构成的加热装置仅仅在所述带的边缘区域中对其进行加热并且/或者用特殊设计的压紧辊使所述带仅仅以其边缘区域压紧在所述帆布上。由此可以如此将所述带与帆布焊接在一起,从而在所述带与所述帆布之间形成通道。如此产生的通道比如用于拉入绳索,利用所述绳索将所述帆布固定在汽车的车身上。一种另外的应用情况是,将绞索设置在帆布上,用于改进载货车装载顶棚的防窃性能。为此,优先敷设在帆布上的绞索与向前运动的焊接机的带焊接在一起。作为替代方案,所述绞索也可以从一个在所述带卷筒的旁边布置在所述焊接机上的第二卷筒上与所述带同时脱卷。

具体实施方式
按本发明的带焊接机1用于将柔性的带2与至少一个在附图中未示出的材料幅面焊接在一起。所述带2比如可以是密封带2,利用它可以将两个未示出的并排地在与彼此相碰的边缘无搭接的情况下敷设在平坦的底座上的密封幅面密封地彼此相连接。此外,所述密封带2使所述密封幅面的边缘增厚。所述带焊接机1具有一个由滚轮3和压紧辊4支撑的底架5,用于对所述密封带2和密封幅面的边缘进行局部加热的加热装置6布置在所述底架5上。除了所述加热装置6之外,所述底架5还支撑着外壳7、设有带卷筒9的卷筒支架8和用于导引所述底架5且使其倾斜的导杆10,其中所述带2从所述带卷筒9上放出。在所述外壳7中,设置了在附图中看不出的用于作为驱动辊起作用的压紧辊4的驱动装置以及用于所述驱动装置且用于所述加热装置6的控制机构。

Claims (7)
1.用于将柔性的优选材料相同的带(2)与至少一个面状的材料幅面连接的带焊接机(1),其中所述带(2)在叠加区域中使所述材料幅面增厚,所述带焊接机(1)具有由滚轮(3)支撑的底架(5)、用于对至少一个材料幅面和/或所述带(2)进行局部加热的加热装置(6)和至少一个布置在所述底架(5)上的能够旋转的用于将所述带(2)逐点压紧在材料幅面上的压紧辊(4),其中将所述带(2)从由所述底架(5)支撑的带卷筒(9)上退卷,其特征在于,沿焊接方向在所述压紧辊(4)的后面布置了用于所述带(2)的保持装置(14),所述带(2)的自由的端部(15)能够在焊接过程之前或之后为所述带焊接机(1)的重新定位可松开地固定在所述保持装置(14)上,以便在所述带焊接机(1)的搬运过程中使所述带(2)抵靠在所述压紧辊(4)上。
