Abstract

本发明为了解决长玻璃纤维与聚丙烯的相容性,通过改善浸渍工艺提高玻璃纤维在树脂熔体中的长度,在加入无卤阻燃剂下保持复合材料的力学性能,提供了一种无卤阻燃长玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料及制备方法;该复合材料由下列成分按重量份制成:聚丙烯70%长玻璃纤维20%、增韧剂2%、无卤阻燃剂1%、抗氧剂1%、加工助剂1%;该制备方法的步骤如下:玻璃纤维的预处理;将聚丙烯、增韧剂、无卤阻燃剂、抗氧剂、加工助剂进行搅拌混合;将混合物经挤出机的输送和剪切下,物料经机头挤出为长玻璃纤维;再经过处理被树脂熔体浸渍;经过冷却、切粒、干燥,得到无卤阻燃长玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料;本发明具有阻燃性能好、机械强度高、耐热性好等优点。

无卤阻燃长玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种长玻璃纤维增强热塑性高分子材料及其制备方法,具体涉及一种无卤阻燃长玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料及制备方法,属于复合材料技术领域。
背景技术
聚丙烯是五大通用塑料品种之一,具有密度小、易加工、耐化学腐蚀、电绝缘性好等优良特性,但是聚丙烯有成型收缩率大、对缺口十分敏感、低温易开裂、冲击性能差等缺点,限制了使用范围。
长玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯能很大程度上弥补聚丙烯性能上的不足,具有高冲击强度、高强度、高刚性、低收缩率、耐热性好、耐侯性好、价格低廉等优点,扩大了聚丙烯的应用范围,可在一定范围内代替钢、聚甲醛、尼龙等,现已经广泛应用于汽车、机械、电器等领域。
虽然长玻璃纤维增强的聚丙烯在很多方面得到了广泛的应用,但是经过长玻璃纤维增强的聚丙烯在一些有阻燃要求比较高的的场合下使用仍然受到限制,因此,在改善聚丙烯力学性能的同时,研究阻燃性能好的增强聚丙烯复合材料就具有很高的应用价值。
含卤阻燃剂燃烧时放出卤化氢气体,发烟量大,造成二次公害。而无卤阻燃剂有阻燃效果好、低烟、无毒等优点。随着人类环保意识的增强和相应法律法规的健全,无卤阻燃长玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料的研制已经越来越迫切。
目前,研究长玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯的比较多,但是在研究长玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯的同时提高其无卤阻燃性能的文献资料还没有详细的报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决长玻璃纤维与聚丙烯的相容性,通过改善浸渍工艺提高玻璃纤维在树脂熔体中的长度,在加入无卤阻燃剂下保持复合材料的力学性能,提供了一种无卤阻燃长玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料及制备方法。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种无卤阻燃长玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料,由下列成分按重量份制成:聚丙烯70%长玻璃纤维20%、增韧剂2%、无卤阻燃剂1%、抗氧剂1%、加工助剂1%。
本发明的制备方法的步骤如下:
1、玻璃纤维的预处理,包括长玻璃纤维的表面处理、长玻璃纤维的加热、长玻璃纤维进入浸渍工艺前的拉紧;
2、将聚丙烯70%、增韧剂20%、无卤阻燃剂2%、抗氧剂1%、加工助剂1%,进行高速搅拌混合均匀;
3、将上述混合物经带有计量的喂料器送入双螺杆挤出机中,调节螺杆转速为1000转/rpm,双螺杆挤出机的各段螺杆温度从加料口到机头的温度分别为45℃,调节螺杆转速为1000转/rpm,双螺杆挤出机的长径比为1:1.5,在双螺杆挤出机的输送和剪切作用下,物料充分熔融、混合、经机头挤出进入浸渍槽中,以浸渍垂直方向来的长玻璃纤维;
4、长玻璃纤维经过表面处理、加热、预拉紧后进入浸渍槽,被垂直方向来的树脂熔体浸渍;
5、在牵引力作用下,浸渍后的长玻璃纤维出浸渍槽,经过冷却、切粒、干燥,最后包装;即得到无卤阻燃长玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料。
本发明的无卤阻燃长玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料具有阻燃性能好、机械强度高、耐热性好等优点。

具体实施方式
本实施方式的无卤阻燃长玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料由下列成分按重量份制成:
:聚丙烯70公斤、长玻璃纤维20公斤、增韧剂2公斤、无卤阻燃剂1公斤、抗氧剂1公斤、加工助剂1公斤。
本发明的制备方法的步骤如下:
1、玻璃纤维的预处理,包括长玻璃纤维的表面处理、长玻璃纤维的加热、长玻璃纤维进入浸渍工艺前的拉紧;

Claims (2)

1.一种无卤阻燃长玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料,其特征是:由下列成分按重量份制成:聚丙烯70%长玻璃纤维20%、增韧剂2%、无卤阻燃剂1%、抗氧剂1%、加工助剂1%。
2.一种无卤阻燃长玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料的制备方法,其特征是:该步骤如下:
A、玻璃纤维的预处理,包括长玻璃纤维的表面处理、长玻璃纤维的加热、长玻璃纤维进入浸渍工艺前的拉紧;
B、将聚丙烯70%、增韧剂20%、无卤阻燃剂2%、抗氧剂1%、加工助剂1%,进行高速搅拌混合均匀;
C、将上述混合物经带有计量的喂料器送入双螺杆挤出机中,调节螺杆转速为1000转/rpm,双螺杆挤出机的各段螺杆温度从加料口到机头的温度分别为45℃,调节螺杆转速为1000转/rpm,双螺杆挤出机的长径比为1:1.5,在双螺杆挤出机的输送和剪切作用下,物料充分熔融、混合、经机头挤出进入浸渍槽中,以浸渍垂直方向来的长玻璃纤维;
