技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于装入离合器尘埃的装置。
背景技术
在车辆变速器中,根据现有技术通常在发动机和变速器之间使用摩擦离合器。在此,所使用的摩擦离合器在车辆寿命期间部分地多重磨损,由此产生大量体积的尘埃并且这些尘埃经由出口通过涡流和其他作用被不利地排放到环境中。这些灰尘是产生负担的、部分是有毒的并且还特别是通过呼吸道危害人的健康。
由本申请人的DE19911578A1已知一种用于清洁在带有旋转元件的构件中的、特别是变速器壳体中的齿轮的润滑液和冷却液的装置。在此,旋转元件配设有用于接纳和储存污物颗粒和磨损颗粒的离心力腔。另外,由US5,349,884已知一种用于将防尘罩安装在离合器壳体上的系统。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种能以简单的方式实现装入离合器尘埃的装置。
本发明实现一种用于装入离合器尘埃的装置,所述装置包括多个设置在离合器壳体中的洞穴,尘埃通过由旋转引起的离心力而被收集在所述洞穴中,接纳在洞穴中的尘埃能被除去。
据此提出,装入离合器的由于衬片磨损而产生的尘埃并将其接纳在离合器变速器室内,使得所述尘埃不能向外排放。
此外,按照本发明的方案防止了研磨性的灰尘从外面进入,从而以有利的方式提高了离合器在极限环境条件下的使用寿命。
根据本发明的一种有利的实施形式,在离合器壳体中设有洞穴,尘埃通过由旋转引起的离心力而被收集在所述洞穴中。依照一种有利的改进方案规定,接纳在洞穴中的尘埃能通过适当的除去可能性被除去。除去可能性例如可以这样来实现,即每个洞穴配设有一个盖子,使得通过打开该盖子能将接纳在洞穴中的尘埃除去。
按照本发明也可规定,为除去接纳在洞穴中的尘埃,洞穴设置在一单独的部件上,该部件可沿周向旋转和/或可轴向移动,使得该具有洞穴的部件能作为整体被取下。该部件优选设计成在其上设有洞穴的圆柱体。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出一个设置在机动车的驱动发动机1和变速器2之间的摩擦离合器3。按照本发明,为装入离合器尘埃而在离合器壳体4中设有洞穴5,尘埃通过由旋转引起的离心力而被收集在所述洞穴中。在附图中,尘埃用在洞穴5中示出的点来表示。
在图2中用箭头表示离合器的旋转方向;尘埃由于由旋转引起的离心力而被收集在洞穴5中。在所示的实施例中,每个洞穴5配设有一个盖子6,由此能以简单的方式除去接纳在洞穴5中的尘埃。
通过按照本发明的方案提出了一种装置,该装置能以简单的方式实现装入以及然后除去离合器尘埃。

Claims (4)

1.用于装入离合器尘埃的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括多个设置在离合器壳体(4)中的洞穴(5),尘埃通过由旋转引起的离心力而被收集在所述洞穴中,接纳在洞穴(5)中的尘埃能被除去。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于装入离合器尘埃的装置,其特征在于,每个洞穴(5)配设有一个盖子(6),通过打开盖子(6)能除去接纳在洞穴(5)中的尘埃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于装入离合器尘埃的装置,其特征在于,所述洞穴(5)设置在一个单独的部件上,该部件可沿周向旋转和/或可轴向移动,使得该具有洞穴(5)的部件能作为整体被取下。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于装入离合器尘埃的装置,其特征在于,所述具有洞穴(5)的部件设计成圆柱体。
