Abstract

Description

高速制造液体或固体产品的单个包装的方法和装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高速制造液体或固体产品的单个包装的方法以及实施这种方法的装置。
背景技术
根据发明的方法的目的是制造产品的单个包装,该产品是能够包装到袋中的任何形式的产品(液体、半液体、浆糊、粉末、颗粒等)。这种包装普遍应用于例如化妆品、药品、食品加工等非常广泛的领域。
已知为制造这种包装而实施一个薄膜或者多个薄膜的密封封装的多种方法,这些方法用以密闭所包装的剂量产品。例如,已知进行下列步骤的方法:展开下薄膜;需要包装的单个剂量的产品沉积在该下薄膜上;将第二薄膜放置在第一薄膜上;随后围绕每个单个剂量密封这两个薄膜并切分每个剂量。
一个或多个前述步骤的实施方式使已知的方法的不便之处在于限制了实施的制造速率。限制实施速度的第一因素是单个剂量在下薄膜上的沉积:该步骤需要使用装置来沉积产品,其需要非常精确的尺寸、体积以及轮廓,而该要求与非常高的速度相矛盾。在所有的情况中,这种相继的或者间歇的剂量配给原本就不如连续的剂量配给快。
在其他的情况中,密封实施方式构成了限制因素。因此,可以识别出两种可能性:密封技术在薄膜展开的规则间隔处(尤其是在每个剂量之间)设置中断从而使密封能够处于良好的状态,或者所使用的技术能够连续地展开薄膜,但是速度相对较低从而有时间实施充分的密封。
还已知一种能够制造管状形状的单个包装或者单个剂量(通常称作“条状产品”)的方法。当前主要在食品加工工业(例如,单袋的糖、可溶咖啡等)中实施该方法。制造条状产品的方法要进行下面的步骤:
——展开成卷的热密封塑料薄膜,随后通过旋转刀片将其切成纵向条状物,每个条状物的宽度决定了条状产品的最终宽度;
——切成长条之后,薄膜到达使边缘接合的成形设备,随后进行纵向密封;
——通过水平密封夹将如此形成的每个条状产品引向底部,所述水平密封夹实施横向密封;
——对条状产品进行填充并通过横向密封封闭顶部开口。
使用这种方法可获得的速度受所述方法的实际属性的限制。事实上,实施这种方法的所有的机器具有必须执行所谓的“竖向和间断的”填充的限制。因此,不仅不能连续地即通过不间断的展开来执行填充(或者剂量配给)和密封操作,而且这些操作绝不能同时进行。另一个不方便之处在于,通过这种类型的机器所进行的运动复杂且昂贵,并且还会限制制造速度。
本发明始自下面的结论,即,为了很大程度地增加可获得的速度,新方法必须明显地使得用于封闭所包装产品的薄膜或多个薄膜高速且不间断地展开,并且这种展开与连续的剂量(不间断)配给结合。
发明内容
因此,本发明涉及一种制造液体或固体产品的单个包装的方法,其包括下列步骤:
——以不间断的方式展开第一薄膜或下薄膜的步骤,
——同时面向所述下薄膜展开第二薄膜或上薄膜的步骤,
——连续地分配需要包装在两个薄膜之间的产品的步骤,
——借助于超声波焊接同时使每个包装的轮廓成形并且密封所述每个包装的轮廓的步骤,执行这种密封使得所述超声波将所述产品从需要密封的区域抽空。
因此,通过本发明,可以实施以不间断的、连续的方式和非常高的速度展开薄膜的步骤、将产品沉积在其中一个薄膜上的步骤以及密封封装薄膜的步骤。明显地,根据本发明,因为通过超声波的密封作用以在封装过程中从需要密封的区域排出产品的方式进行,所以可以以不间断的方式实施包装产品的分配,没有必要形成单个的预先分离的剂量产品。这种通过超声波实施的操作没有任何产品损失,因为产品被从密封区域完全排出到包装区域。
选择基于超声波的密封技术能够获得以非常高的速度实施密封同时保持最佳的密封质量的双重目的。事实上,密封越有效,薄膜越清洁,并且超声波的作用能够从需要密封的区域完全排出产品。因此,在密封之前,薄膜的有关区域完全清除了微量的产品。最后,与其他的密封技术相比,通过超声波的密封允许使用高转移速率注入能量。因此,该技术生产率高并允许局部的和快速的密封,并且不会损坏薄膜。
通过实施根据本发明的方法,薄膜的展开速度达到约40米/分,当使用相同宽度的薄膜时,根据发明的方法能够实现八倍于已知的方法的制造速度。因此,对于等量的生产,制造成本大幅降低。
除了由于薄膜的增大的展开速度而很大程度地改善生产率之外,本发明还使得最终产品的质量提高:例如,与已知的方法相比,可以包装液体或非液体的产品,使得最终包装不包含任何微量的残留空气。这具有很大的优势,尤其是在药学领域中更是这样;在药学领域中,包装中存在空气将迫使制药厂在药剂中加入防腐剂或氧捕集剂。
最后,可以使用比已知的方法更简单的操作运动来实施本发明,由此提供了在维持和清洁制造机器以及允许快速的配置变化方面的更大的优势。
在一个实施方式中,使包装成形和密封所述包装的步骤包括连续地实施纵向密封的步骤和借助于超声波焊接以规则的间隔实施所述两个薄膜的横向密封的步骤。在一个实施方式中,在至少三条轨迹上实施所述两个薄膜的纵向密封,从而使得该方法能够在薄膜的宽度范围获得若干单个包装。
在一个实施方式中,通过超声波焊接来实施所述纵向密封。
在一个实施方式中,通过热密封来实施所述纵向密封。
在一个实施方式中,在所述产品分配步骤之前实施纵向密封的步骤,由此确定应将产品注入其中的一个或更多管状体。
在一个实施方式中,借助于多个供给喷嘴进行产品的注入,每个管状体对应至少一个供给喷嘴。
在一个实施方式中,通过重力、在压力下,或者借助于蠕动泵来实施产品的分配,在产品不接触泵体的条件下,蠕动泵能够保证完全无菌并且能够精确地控制输出。
在一个实施方式中,下薄膜和上薄膜是塑料薄膜或者可以密封的隔离材料。
本发明还涉及一种实施如上所限定的方法的制造设备。

具体实施方式
图1示意性地示出了根据发明的制造方法的各个步骤。以连续不间断的方式高速——例如40米/每分——展开第一薄膜10,即所谓的“下薄膜”。以相同的速度、面向着第一薄膜10展开第二薄膜20,或“上薄膜”。然后将第二薄膜20放置在第一薄膜10之上,随后使第一超声波焊接滚筒30开始运动。该滚筒30用于实施这两个薄膜的纵向防漏的超声波焊接,即,沿几乎平行于薄膜展开方向的方向设定的密封。滚筒30还能够实施若干的中间纵向密封32、34、36、38。这些中间密封划分出将要装入待包装产品的若干空腔或管状体。所制成的空腔的数目决定了最终在薄膜10、20的整个宽度(所谓的“卷幅”)上,即,沿几乎垂直于它们的展开方向的方向所获得的成品包装的数目。
既然在该步骤中不要求两个薄膜的表面上的产品数量,所以在实施方式的变型中,可以通过任何其他技术实现纵向密封,例如,通过热密封。也可以选择根据密封方向而改变的密封属性的密封,例如,弱纵向密封与强横向密封相结合。例如,在期望获得包含两个预先分离的部件的独特的包装时这种构造是有用的,在后续使用时再将这些预先分离的部件彼此相接触。因此,通过取消所谓的“弱”密封来实施这些部件的接触,包装本身由于所谓的“强”密封而充分地保持了其防漏能力。
然后借助于供给喷嘴40或模具来实施需要包装的液体或粘性产品到每个管状体内的同时注入。通过重力作用、使用惰性气体在压力下、或者借助于容积泵,尤其是蠕动泵,经由管401、402、403从蓄积容器填充这些喷嘴。在这种情况中,可以将单一用途的挠性塑料袋用作蓄积容器,由此保证完全无菌。
产品的注入是连续且不间断的:输出永不为零。如果每个喷嘴都配备有自己的供应蓄积容器,则可以使用相同的薄膜同时包装不同的产品,因为该注入是直接注入到以防漏方式分离的管状体中。如果不是这种情况,则当然可以使用所有供给喷嘴共用的蓄积容器。
在一种变型中,每个喷嘴都配备有扁平的末端,其宽度与相应的管状体的宽度相近,因此使产品沿每个管状体的宽度有效地分布。
产品的注入通过强制填充实现,从而抽空存在于管状体中的全部空气,使得充分地填充每个管状体。优选地,一旦完成注入,则产品受到薄膜10、20内壁之间的些许过压,由此能够确保最佳的填充。在产品的注入之后,填充高度监视设备能够控制每个喷嘴的填充。
在一种变型中,供给喷嘴可以配备有诸如O形圈的装置,由此确保每个相应的管状体均是防漏的,因而能够在承受液体或粘性产品压力的情况下进行注入。在这种情况下,在每个喷嘴上均设置间隙从而抽空含在相应的管状体内的空气。另外,为了改进填充过程的效率,可以设置空气抽吸系统。
用于注入产品的系统能够确保优于已知方法的灭菌法以及更简单的维护和清洁。事实上,通过喷嘴的注入避免了必须使用例如泵和电磁阀等机械构件。在一种变型中,通过使用蓄积容器、供给喷嘴以及任何其他的必定包含或运输需包装的产品的构件的可置换构件更好地解决这些问题。
压缩设备50从监视设备的下游起作用,由此能够调控含在两个薄膜之间的产品的厚度和压力。因此,这种设备用于精密地调控所获得的每个单个包装的厚度和成品重量,尤其是用于实现这些参数的完美的可再现性。在示例中,设备50包括将两个薄膜10、20夹在一起的两个压力板501、502。这两个板形成的间隙和角度是可调整的并且能够影响含在两个薄膜10、20之间的产品的厚度和压力参数。此设备50还能够平衡产品在每个管状体内的横向分布。在一种变型中,该设备50通过彼此相对地放置在两个薄膜10和20各侧上的、可能旋转着的滚筒扭矩实施。
第二超声波焊接滚筒60放置在设备50的下游,由此以规则的间隔实施横向密封601、602、603、604。超声波焊接技术能够将产品驱除出需要密封的区域。因此,所获得的组件被完美地密封。在这个最终步骤结束后,尽管产品仍彼此附连,还是划分并密封封闭了产品的单个包装。两个横向密封之间的间隔连同管状体的宽度决定了每个包装的成品尺寸。图2图示了相应于密封区域的滚筒60表面的一部分。滚筒表面上用于密封的区域图示了槽621、622等的分布。这些槽的网孔和形状的密度连同接触的时间决定所实施的密封的成品质量。
图3和图4分别图示了通过不同的超声波焊接实施方式获得的、本发明的方法的中间产品。
图3图示了在切分之前已形成和密封的各个包装701、702等。在这个示例中,通过唯一的密封滚筒同时实施了纵向密封741、742等以及横向密封721、722等密封。为了优化横向接触时间,横向密封721、722等稍微偏移并且因而通过密封滚筒连续地实现横向密封。
图4图示了相同的示意图,但是在使用两个不同的密封滚筒的情况下,一个密封滚筒用于实施横向密封,另一个密封滚筒用于实施纵向密封。在这个示例中,能够将包装沿横向方向对齐,这是因为实施所有的密封所需的能量沿这两个滚筒分布。
在实施方式的变型中,可以使用能够预先分离需要密封的区域中的胶体的引导设备(未示出),这种设备在滚筒60之前作用。当产品的厚度至关重要时,这种设备尤其有用。
包装随后进行成形步骤,该步骤包括下列操作中的至少一个:
——根据每个包装的预定形状进行切分,
——根据每个包装的预定形状进行初步切分,
——预定数目的包装的切分,
——预定数目的包装的初步切分,
在本发明实施方式的变型中,超声波焊接滚筒30、60的表面可以覆有如图2中所示的压花图案。通过在滚筒的外表面上钻削出多个规则分隔的孔来实施这种图案。因此,在薄膜的密封过程中,这种图案被印制为密封的区域上的压纹,其赋予了它们粗糙的外观。这种粗糙能够加强所制成的密封的防漏能力和抵抗力。
在另一个实施方式的变型中,在第二滚筒60下游使用了第三超声波焊接滚筒。此第三滚筒70能够在已封闭的单个包装上形成附加的密封。例如,能够通过使用新的纵向和/或横向密封减小包装的尺寸(从而减小其内部容积)来增大包装的内部压力。也可以选择形成一种密封,这种密封的设计表现特定的压花图案,使得能够获得示出由密封区域(因此是平坦的)和未密封区域(因含有产品而很厚)之间的交替而形成的压花图案的包装。
根据发明的方法可以应用于所有类型的薄膜,尤其是塑料薄膜和覆铝薄膜。所使用的薄膜可以是透明的或者全部或局部有印刷的薄膜。在一种变型中,在实施根据发明的方法的机器上可以集成有一个或者若干印刷模块,优选地,这种模块在薄膜合在一起之前起作用。
将自粘性隔离材料用作下薄膜构成了发明的有利的应用,由此能够制造呈例如旨在用作保存标示等的粘性标签形式的单个包装。
根据发明的设备可设计为如图1中所示的水平地运作,或者垂向地运作,从而薄膜从上到下展开,或者以倾斜的方式运作。这最后一种位置尤其能够便于管状体的填充,这是因为空气自然地向上流动。
通过根据本发明的方法和设备获得的产品覆盖非常宽泛的范围。所使用的、尤其是宽度介于50毫米和一米之间的薄膜能够获得介于1毫升到一升之间的剂量的产品。每个包装的成品尺寸从10毫米到大于300毫米的范围内变动。
本发明可以应用到需要多剂量生产或成组单个剂量生产的许多领域,无论是液体产品和/或粘性产品还是粉末形式包装的产品。普遍了解的是例如化妆品、香水、卫生用品或药品等示例以及产品——尤其是食品——的新鲜或保存标识等。

Claims (15)

1.一种制造容纳单个剂量的液体或粘性产品甚或粉末状产品的包装的方法,其包括下列步骤:
——以不间断的方式展开第一薄膜或下薄膜的步骤,
——面向所述下薄膜同时展开第二薄膜或上薄膜的步骤,
——不形成预先分离的单个剂量的产品的情况下连续地分配需要包装在所述两个薄膜之间的产品的步骤,
——借助于超声波焊接同时成形并密封每个包装的轮廓而使其被密封地封闭的步骤,这种密封执行为使得所述超声波从需要密封的区域朝包装区域抽空所述产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,成形并密封所述包装的步骤包括借助于超声波焊接以规则的间隔实施所述两个薄膜的横向密封的步骤和连续地实施纵向密封的步骤。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,在至少三条轨迹上实施所述两个薄膜的纵向密封,从而使得该方法能够在所述薄膜的宽度范围获得若干单个包装。
4.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述纵向密封通过超声波焊接来实施。
5.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述纵向密封通过超声波焊接来实施。
6.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述纵向密封通过热密封来实施。
7.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述纵向密封通过热密封来实施。
8.根据权利要求3至7中任一项所述的方法,其中,在所述产品分配步骤之前实施所述纵向密封步骤,从而确定应将产品注入其中的一个或更多个管状体。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,借助于多个供给喷嘴进行所述产品的注入,每个管状体对应至少一个供给喷嘴。
