Abstract

本发明公开了一种阳离子涂布淀粉制备方法,该方法步骤为:1)淀粉调浆;2)淀粉酶解;3)酶解后的淀粉浆脱水干燥制成半成品;4)将半成品用阳离子干法变性处理;5)将阳离子干法变性处理后的半成品冷却降温,用酸调PH值;6)干燥、破碎、过筛得成品。本发明所得的产品透明度高,粘度峰值低,降低制造成本,同时提高了产品对纸张印刷适应性,使印刷字迹清晰,减少掉毛掉粉,极大地改善了产品使用过程中高固体量(25-40%)时的流动性,减少乳胶使用量,降低使用成本。

Description

一种阳离子涂布淀粉制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种阳离子涂布淀粉制备方法,尤其是适用于造纸用涂布淀粉的制备工艺。
背景技术
阳离子淀粉是指淀粉与胺类化合物反应生成含有氨基和铵基的酶衍生物,因氨原子上带有正电荷的变性淀粉。可分为叔胺型、季胺型、伯胺型阳离子淀粉、双醛阳离子淀粉,配合阳离子淀粉,两性阳离子淀粉等。阳离子淀粉在造纸工业中主要用作湿部添加剂,与矿物质填料和纤维能紧密结合,起到助留助滤和增强的作用。阳离子淀粉也可用于表面施胶,提高纸的表面强度和干燥速度,降低掉毛掉粉,还可以涂布粘合剂和水处理絮凝剂之用。
纸用阳离子淀粉的取代在0.01-0.07之间,不同的取代度可以有不同的功能用途,适应于不同的纸种及造纸工艺,故有多种商品品牌的品种,但不管品种多少,此类变性淀粉仍属普通型(即一元)变性淀粉。阳离子淀粉自问世以来,在反应效率、反应均匀度、反应工艺条件等方面已有了很大的改进和提高,同时在应用技术方面也有了较全面、深入地研究,已为造纸行业所接受和欢迎。但阳离子淀粉仍存在许多不足:
1.因自身带电荷,可以明显的影响纸浆的Zete电位,除非调整纸浆体系中的阳电荷比例,否则过量的添加会出现过阳电荷现象,从而影响使用效果。
2.因纤维、填料都带有阴电荷,阴、阳电荷之间靠静电引力而互相吸附,长生絮凝,一旦操作不当,过度的絮凝会影响纸页的匀度,并影响纸张的强度。尤其对低定量薄页纸不易用好。
3.不能与阴离子添加剂(如VBL荧光增白剂、阴离子分散松香胶、阴离子PAM等)同时、同地点添加会两败俱伤,影响各自的效果,这就要求严格添加程序与工序,使应用技术难度增强。
4.某些纸浆(如草类浆、废纸浆、磨木浆等),杂阴离子化学物质多,会干扰阳离子淀粉的应用效果。一些在木浆中应用效果良好的阳离子淀粉,在草浆、废纸浆及新闻纸浆中效果甚差,其根本原因在于此。
而现有涂布用淀粉主要是氧化淀粉、酸降解淀粉、氧化交联淀粉,该类产品使用时纸张适应性差,易掉毛、掉粉,合成乳胶用量大,成本高。
发明内容
为了克服现有的涂布用淀粉的使用时纸张适应性差,易掉毛、掉粉,合成乳胶用量大,成本高等不足,本发明提供一种能生产阳离子涂布淀粉的制备方法,采用该方法生产的产品透明度高,粘度峰值低,降低制造成本。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该阳离子涂布淀粉制备方法,该方法工艺步骤如为:
1)淀粉调浆:将天然淀粉、胶凝或熬炼淀粉或者一般主要由直链淀粉和/或支链淀粉组成的天然植物来源糖类中的一种或几种的淀粉原料与水混合,浓度调至18-22°Bé,并调PH值到6-8;
2)淀粉酶解:向淀粉浆中加入200-800g/t的活性温度在30-60℃的淀粉酶,在35-45℃条件下反应40-120min,淀粉粘度降低至10-80mpas后,加入碳酸钠、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钙、氢氧化钾等中的一种或几种的终止剂,并将PH值调至9-11.5,中止淀粉酶的降解;
3)酶解后的淀粉浆脱水干燥制成半成品;
4)将半成品用阳离子干法变性处理:将半成品投入反应罐中,同时加入高纯度氢氧化钙、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾等等中的一种或几种按重量百分比的反应催化剂0.5-6%,搅拌均匀后,加入重量百分比1.5-6.5%的季铵盐阳离子醚化剂,然后将反应罐温度升至70-90℃,反应60-120分钟,并使淀粉保持较好翻滚状态,使取代度达到0.02-0.035;
5)将阳离子干法变性处理后的半成品输送至混合罐中冷却降温,使其温度降至20-35℃,然后用5-15°Bé硫酸、盐酸、EDTA、醋酸适宜的无机酸或是有机酸中和PH值至为6-8,优选盐酸;
6)干燥、破碎、过筛得成品。
本发明的所得的产品透明度高,粘度峰值低,降低制造成本,同时提高了产品对纸张印刷适应性,使印刷字迹清晰,减少掉毛掉粉,极大地改善了产品使用过程中高固体量(25-40%)时的流动性,减少乳胶使用量,降低使用成本。
具体实施
本发明方法有效解决了现有涂布用淀粉的使用时纸张适应性差,易掉毛、掉粉,合成乳胶用量大,成本高等不足的问题,该发明具体工艺如下:
1)淀粉调浆:将天然淀粉、胶凝或熬炼淀粉或者一般主要由直链淀粉和/或支链淀粉组成的天然植物来源糖类中的一种或几种的淀粉原料与水混合,浓度调至18-22°Bé,并调PH值到6-8;
2)淀粉酶解:向淀粉浆中加入200-800g/t的活性温度在30-60℃的淀粉酶,在35-45℃条件下反应40-120min,淀粉粘度降低至10-80mpas后,加入碳酸钠、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钙、氢氧化钾等中的一种或几种的终止剂,并将PH值调至9-11.5,中止淀粉酶的降解;
3)酶解后的淀粉浆脱水干燥制成半成品;

为了便于本领域技术人员理解,下面就实施实例举例说明。
实施例1
天然淀粉1吨加入适量的水将淀粉调成18°Bé的淀粉浆,并调PH值到6,再加入活性温度为30℃中温α-淀粉酶,将淀粉浆加热至35℃,并保温40分钟,检测淀粉粘度降低至10mpa.s后,向其中加入碳酸钠终止剂,将PH值调至9,中止淀粉酶的降解,然后脱水干燥成半成品,接着将半
成品投入反应罐中,同时加入高纯度0.5%氢氧化钙反应催化剂,搅拌均匀后,加入1.5%铵盐阳离子醚化剂,将反应罐温度升至70℃,反应60分钟,此时要使淀粉保持较好翻滚状态,半成品取代度达到所需0.02后,用风冷将淀粉输送至混合罐中,使其温度降至20℃,用5°Bé盐酸中和至PH值为6,最后干燥、破碎、过筛得成品。
实施例2
天然淀粉1吨加入适量的水将淀粉调成22°Bé的淀粉浆,并调PH值到8,再加入活性温度为60℃中温α-淀粉酶,将淀粉浆加热至45℃,并保温120分钟,检测淀粉粘度降低至80mpa.s后,向其中加入氢氧化钠终止剂,将PH值调至11.5,中止淀粉酶的降解,然后脱水干燥成半成品,接着将半成品投入反应罐中,同时加入高纯度6%氢氧化钙反应催化剂,搅拌均匀后,加入6.5%铵盐阳离子醚化剂,将反应罐温度升至90℃,反应120分钟,此时要使淀粉保持较好翻滚状态,半成品取代度达到所需0.035后,用风冷将淀粉输送至混合罐中,使其温度降至20℃,用15°Bé盐酸中和至PH值为8,最后干燥、破碎、过筛得成品。

Claims (6)

1.一种阳离子涂布淀粉制备方法,该方法工艺步骤为:
1)淀粉调浆;2)淀粉酶解;3)酶解后的淀粉浆脱水干燥制成半成品;4)将所述半成品用阳离子干法变性处理;5)将用所述阳离子干法变性处理后的半成品冷却降温,用酸调pH值;6)干燥、破碎、过筛得成品;其中,
所述的淀粉调浆是将淀粉原料与水混合,浓度调至18-22°Bé,并调pH值到6-8;
所述的淀粉原料是玉米淀粉、木薯淀粉、马铃薯淀粉;
所述的淀粉酶解是向淀粉浆中加入200-800g/t的淀粉酶,在35-45℃条件下反应40-120min,淀粉粘度降低至10-80mPa·s后,加入终止剂中止淀粉酶的降解,并将pH值调至9-11.5;
所述的阳离子干法变性处理是将半成品投入反应罐中,同时加入按重量百分比为0.5-6%反应催化剂,搅拌均匀后,加入重量百分比1.5-6.5%的铵盐阳离子醚化剂,然后将反应罐温度升至70-90℃,反应60-120分钟,并使淀粉保持较好翻滚状态,使取代度达到0.02-0.035。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阳离子涂布淀粉制备方法,其特征在于:该淀粉酶是指活性温度在30-60℃的淀粉酶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阳离子涂布淀粉制备方法,其特征在于:所述的终止剂是碳酸钠、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钙、氢氧化钾中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的阳离子涂布淀粉制备方法,其特征在于:所述的催化剂是高纯度氢氧化钙、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的阳离子涂布淀粉制备方法,其特征在于:所述的冷却降温是将经阳离子干法处理后的淀粉输送至混合罐中,使其温度降至20-35℃,然后用5-15°Bé的酸中和,并调pH值至6-8。
6.根据权利要求5所述的阳离子涂布淀粉制备方法,其特征在于:所述的酸是硫酸、盐酸、或醋酸。
