Abstract
本发明涉及一种炉衬用炭质耐火材料及其制备方法。其技术方案是:该耐火材料的原料含量是:土状石墨为37~72wt%、天然鳞片石墨为5~40wt%、单质硅粉为3~15wt%和氧化铝微粉为3~8wt%,外加上述混合料15~25wt%的中温沥青或8~15wt%的酚醛树脂;该耐火材料的制备工艺是:先将土状石墨干混辗1~3分钟,加入中温沥青热态混辗或加入酚醛树脂冷态混辗3~5分钟,再加入单质硅粉、氧化铝微粉和天然鳞片石墨,热态混辗或冷态混辗15~30分钟,然后热态模压或冷态模压或振动成型,最后在埋炭气氛下于1100~1400℃条件下烧成。本发明具有工艺简单、生产成本低的特点,其制品微孔化率高、导热系数较高及抗铁水熔损性好。

背景技术
[0002] 近年来高炉炉缸、炉底的工作条件变得极其恶劣,侵蚀、破损的速度十分迅速,炉缸和炉底储存着炽热的铁水,修补异常困难,因而如何提高高炉炉缸、炉底的炉衬寿命成为冶金工作者共同的课题。高炉炉缸、炉底用炭质耐火材料损毁主要有以下几方面:铁水的渗透、溶蚀和冲刷,碱金属侵蚀,热应力破坏,氧化熔蚀,CO分解产生C沉积等。
[0003] 炭质耐火材料的制造方法一般是以电锻无烟煤作骨料,加入天然鳞片石墨或人造石墨,以煤焦油浙青(酚醛树脂)作为结合剂经配料、混辗、冷态模压或振动成型后埋炭焙烧而成。对于炼铁高炉用炭质耐火材料,在其生产过程中还经常加入金属硅粉和刚玉粉来提高其微孔特性和抗侵蚀性能。但是电锻煤是由无烟煤经1700°C以上高温煅烧而成,能耗高且其导热系数较低一般为2〜5W/ (m ·Κ),微孔化率不高(10〜20 μ m,< 1 μ m孔容积百分率占30〜45%,而且众所周知,颗粒料的性能直接影响炭砖的性能,因此目前采用普通电锻煤作为主原料来制备的炭砖的导热系数和微孔化率普遍偏低。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明旨在克服现有炭质耐火材料的技术缺陷,目的是提供一种生产成本较低、 工艺简单的炉衬用炭质耐火材料的制备方法,用该方法制备的炉衬用炭质耐火材料微孔化率高、导热系数高和抗铁水熔损性优良。
[0005] 为完成上述任务,本发明采用的技术方案是:炉衬用炭质耐火材料的原料质量百分含量是:土状石墨为37〜72wt%、天然鳞片石墨为5〜40wt%、单质硅粉为3〜15wt% 和氧化铝微粉为3〜8wt%,外加上述混合料15〜25wt%的中温浙青或8〜15wt%的酚醛树脂。
[0006] 炉衬用炭质耐火材料的制备工艺是:先将土状石墨干混辗1〜3分钟,加入中温浙青进行热态混辗或加入酚醛树脂进行冷态混辗,混辗时间为3〜5分钟,再加入单质硅粉、 氧化铝微粉和天然鳞片石墨,热态混辗或冷态混辗15〜30分钟,然后进行热态模压或冷态模压或振动成型,最后在埋炭气氛下于1100〜140(TC条件下烧成。
[0007] 其中:土状石墨的颗粒级配是:粒度为5〜3mm的占10〜20wt%,粒度为3〜Imm 的占15〜32wt%,粒度为1〜Omm的占12〜20wt% ;天然鳞片石墨的粒度< 0. 074mm ;单质硅粉的粒度< 0. 045mm,氧化铝微粉的粒度< 0. 005mm ;热态混辗的温度为110〜150°C ; 热态模压的温度为模具温度〜110°C。
[0008] 由于采用上述技术方案,本发明所采用的主要原料为土状石墨价格便宜,由于土状石墨为天然矿物不用煅烧,省去了原料高温煅烧工序,有利于炭素厂节约能源,降低成本。又由于土状石墨具有超高的微孔特性、较高的导热性能和含有灰分,因而所制备的炭质耐火材料平均孔径小(小于0. 1 μ m)而< 1 μ m孔容积百分率大(大于85% ),导热系数高 (大于20W/(m · K))可有效地降低所制备炭质耐火材料的铁水溶蚀指数(不大于10% )。
[0009] 所以,本发明可大大降低炭质耐火材料的生产成本,并使产品具有高的微孔化率和导热性能,同时具有优异的抗铁水熔损性。本发明所制备的炭质耐火材料适合用作炼铁高炉炉缸及炉底内衬的炭砖耐火材料,也可以作为矿热炉、电石炉、炼铝及化工工业炉衬用炭质耐火材料。

[0069] 本具体实施方式所采用的主要原料为土状石墨价格便宜,由于土状石墨为天然矿物不用煅烧,省去了原料高温煅烧工序,有利于炭素厂节约能源,降低成本。又由于土状石墨具有超高的微孔特性、较高的导热性能和含有灰分,因而所制备的炭质耐火材料平均孔径小(小于0.1 μ m)而< Iym孔容积百分率大(大于85 ,导热系数高(大于20W/ (m · K))可有效地降低所制备炭质耐火材料的铁水溶蚀指数(不大于10% )。
[0070] 所以本具体实施方式可大大节减了炭质耐火材料的生产成本,并使产品具有高的微孔化率和导热性能,同时具有优异的抗铁水熔损性。所制备的炭质耐火材料适合用作炼铁高炉炉缸及炉底内衬的炭砖耐火材料,也可以作为矿热炉、电石炉、炼铝及化工工业炉衬用炭质耐火材料。
Claims (4)
1. 一种炉衬用炭质耐火材料的制备方法,其特征在于炉衬用炭质耐火材料的原料质量百分含量是:土状石墨为37〜72wt%、天然鳞片石墨为5〜40wt%、单质硅粉为3〜 15衬%和氧化铝微粉为3〜8wt%,外加上述混合料15〜25wt%的中温浙青或8〜15wt% 的酚醛树脂;炉衬用炭质耐火材料的制备工艺是:先将土状石墨干混辗1〜3分钟,加入中温浙青进行热态混辗或加入酚醛树脂进行冷态混辗,混辗时间为3〜5分钟,再加入单质硅粉、氧化铝微粉和天然鳞片石墨,热态混辗或冷态混辗15〜30分钟,然后进行热态模压或冷态模压或振动成型,最后在埋炭气氛下于1100〜140(TC条件下烧成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的炉衬用炭质耐火材料的制备方法,其特征在于所述的土状石墨的颗粒级配是:粒度为5〜3mm的占10〜20wt%,粒度为3〜Imm的占15〜32wt%,粒度为1〜Omm的占12〜20wt % ;天然鳞片石墨的粒度< 0. 074mm ;单质硅粉的粒度< 0. 045mm, 氧化铝微粉的粒度< 0. 005mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的炉衬用炭质耐火材料的制备方法,其特征在于所述的热态混辗的温度为110〜150°C。
4.根据权利要求1〜3项中任一项炉衬用炭质耐火材料的制备方法所制备的炉衬用炭质耐火材料。
