电缆铝塑复合带纵包装置的分段式搭接模具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆生产设备中的部件,尤其电缆铝塑复合带纵包装置中的模具。
背景技术
为了增强电缆的防水性能,一般需要在电缆的缆芯外纵包一层铝塑复合带层,现有电缆铝塑复合带纵包装置中使用的纵包模具为具有圆台形内孔的单个模具,在单个纵包模具后设置喇叭模、定径模。这种单个的纵包模具只能适用一种外径规格的电缆进行铝塑复合带层的纵包,生产多种规格的电缆必须换用多种不同规格的纵包模具,造成模具数量多、更换麻烦、生产效率低。
发明内容
为了克服现有电缆铝塑复合带纵包模具的不足,本发明提供一种电缆铝塑复合带纵包装置的分段式搭接模具。
本发明提供的电缆铝塑复合带纵包装置的分段式搭接模具,包括多个具有不同规格的圆台形内孔的单个纵包模具,各个模具采用螺纹搭接连成一体,相邻搭接的两个纵包模具的端面的内孔的直径相同,各个模具搭接连成一体后的内孔呈圆台形。
下面结合本发明的使用说明其有益效果。
本发明使用时,按照所生产的电缆的需要纵包铝塑复合带层的缆芯的直径大小,确定适用的单个纵包模具,然后将整个分段式搭接模具中小于它的各单个纵包模具去除,把剩余的搭接模具安装到模具架上,即可投入使用;当需要纵包铝塑复合带的电缆的缆芯的直径增大或减小时,只需确定适用的单个纵包模具,再去除不适用模具(当缆芯直径增大时)或增加适用模具(当缆芯直径减小时)即可。生产过程中,一侧涂有热熔胶的铝塑复合带经过本发明进行纵包预成型,再进入喇叭模挤压热熔胶将铝塑复合带进行粘连,最后进入定径模成型。因此,本发明的模具简化、使用方便、生产效率提高。

具体实施方式
参照图1,先制作本发明的各单个纵包模具1:根据所生产电缆的需要纵包铝塑复合带层的缆芯的直径大小,按照相邻搭接的两个纵包模具的端面内孔直径4相同的要求,开出各单个纵包模具1的圆台形内孔2,在各单个纵包模具1的两端分别制出搭接的螺纹3,圆台形内孔2大的一端制成阴螺纹,小的一端制成阳螺纹。然后将各单个纵包模具1按序旋接起来,使整个搭接式模具的内孔呈圆台形,这样即制成本发明。

1.一种电缆铝塑复合带纵包装置的分段式搭接模具,包括多个具有不同规格的圆台形内孔的单个纵包模具,其特征在于各个模具采用螺纹搭接连成一体,相邻搭接的两个纵包模具的端面的内孔的直径相同,各个模具搭接连成一体后的内孔呈圆台形。
