Abstract

本发明公开了一种水性编织袋油墨,各组分的重量百分比为:水性树脂液68%~76%,颜料7%~11%,消泡剂0.8%~1.2%,微粉蜡1.6%~2.4%,增塑剂0.8%~1.2%,芥酸酰胺0.8%~1.2%,水7%~21%。水性编织袋油墨减少了有机挥发物向大气中的排放,从而防止了大气污染,改善了印刷作业环境,大幅降低了火灾隐患。可以消除油墨中某些有毒物质对人体的危害和对包装商品的污染,改善总体环境质量,并且水性编织袋油墨的耐着牢度强,抗刮性能好,光泽度高。

水性编织袋油墨及其制备方法
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种印刷油墨,尤其是指一种水性编织袋油墨及其制备方法。
【背景技术】
现有的编织袋油墨是以聚丙烯(PP)、聚乙烯(PE)树脂为主要原料,经挤出、拉伸成扁丝,再经制造、制袋而成。在市场多元化的今天,编织袋已不断的推陈出新,尤其在大米蔬菜的包装上,各种色彩鲜艳、新颖独特、图文并茂的OPP彩膜包装袋、镀铝膜包装袋、镭射膜包装袋、珠光膜包装袋等包装袋争相上市。编织袋还更广泛的应用于建材、水泥、树脂化学品的包装。传统的编织袋油墨一般采用油性油墨,醇溶型油墨印刷,由于配方中含有大量的有机溶剂,使印刷车间空气严重受到污染;并且现有油墨还存在耐着劳度不够,抗刮性能差,光泽度不强等缺点。当环保介入印刷业,现有的编织袋油墨不能满足市场的需要。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,克服现有技术的不足,提供一种无有机溶剂污染,耐着牢度强,抗刮性能好,光泽度高的水性编织袋油墨及其制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种水性编织袋油墨,各组分的重量百分比为:水性树脂液68%~76%,颜料7%~11%,消泡剂0.8%~1.2%,微粉蜡1.6%~2.4%,增塑剂0.8%~1.2%,芥酸酰胺0.8%~1.2%,水7%~21%。
所述的水性树脂液由松香、顺酐、TDI(甲苯二异氰酸酯)和季戊四醇反应制得。
所述的松香、顺酐、TDI(甲苯二异氰酸酯)和季戊四醇反应的摩尔比是松香∶顺酐∶TDI∶季戊四醇=18~22∶9~11∶2.7~3.3∶2.7~3.3。
所述的颜料是水性颜料。
所述的消泡剂是含硅消泡剂。
所述的微粉蜡是聚乙烯蜡。
一种水性编织袋油墨的制备方法,其包括以下工序:
a)、制备所述的水溶性树脂;
b)、制备30%~40%的含固量树脂液;
c)、制备所述的水性编织袋油墨。
所述的工序a)包括如下步骤:1)、配制摩尔比为松香∶顺酐∶TDI(甲苯二异氰酸酯)∶季戊四醇=18~22∶9~11∶2.7~3.3∶2.7~3.3。
所述的工序a)还包括步骤2):先加热熔融松香,再将顺酐于保温,加入TDI(甲苯二异氰酸酯)保温,加入季戊四醇保温。
所述的工序a)包括如下步骤:1)、配制摩尔比为松香∶顺酐∶TDI(甲苯二异氰酸酯)∶季戊四醇=18~22∶9~11∶2.7~3.3∶2.7~3.3;2)、先将松香加热熔融,再将顺酐于175~190℃保温0.8~1.5小时,加入TDI(甲苯二异氰酸酯)保温0.8~1.5小时,加季戊四醇升温至220~250℃保温1.5~2.5小时。
本发明的有益效果是,水性编织袋油墨减少了有机挥发物向大气中的排放,从而防止了大气污染,改善了印刷作业环境,大幅降低了火灾隐患。可以消除油墨中某些有毒物质对人体的危害和对包装商品的污染,改善总体环境质量,并且水性编织袋油墨的耐着牢度强,抗刮性能好,光泽度高。
【具体实施方式】
本发明水性编织袋油墨,其组分的重量百分比为:水性树脂液68%~76%,颜料7%~11%,消泡剂0.8%~1.2%,微粉蜡1.6%~2.4%,增塑剂0.8%~1.2%,芥酸酰胺0.8%~1.2%,水7%~21%。该水性编织袋油墨的制备方法,其包括以下工序:a)、制备所述的水溶性树脂;b)、制备25%~35%的含固量树脂液;c)、制备所述的水性编织袋油墨。其中的水性树脂液由松香、顺酐、TDI(甲苯二异氰酸酯)和季戊四醇反应制得;将松香、顺酐、TDI(甲苯二异氰酸酯)和季戊四醇配制成摩尔比为松香∶顺酐∶TDI(甲苯二异氰酸酯)∶季戊四醇=18~22∶9~11∶2.7~3.3∶2.7~3.3。先将松香加热熔融,再将顺酐于175~190℃保温0.8~1.5小时,加入TDI(甲苯二异氰酸酯)保温0.8~1.5小时,加季戊四醇升温至220~250℃保温1.5~2.5小时。接着将水、氨水和制成的水溶性树脂溶解成30%~40%的含固量树脂液;再制成水性性编织袋油墨。其中的颜料是水性颜料,消泡剂是含硅消泡剂,微粉蜡是聚乙烯蜡。
实施方式1:
按摩尔比松香∶顺酐∶TDI∶季戊四醇=18∶9.5∶2.9∶3.3,先将松香加热熔融,再将顺酐于175~180℃保温0.9小时,加入TDI(甲苯二异氰酸酯)保温1小时,加季戊四醇升温至230℃保温1.8小时。接着将水、氨水和制成的水溶性树脂溶解成38%的含固量树脂液;再取组分的重量百分比为水性树脂液69%,颜料8%,消泡剂1%,微粉蜡1.6%~2.4%,增塑剂1.2%,芥酸酰胺1.2%,水18%配制成水性编织袋油墨。
实施方式2:
按摩尔比松香∶顺酐∶TDI∶季戊四醇=20∶9.5∶3.1∶3.2,先将松香加热熔融,再将顺酐于185~190℃保温1小时,加入TDI(甲苯二异氰酸酯)保温1小时,加季戊四醇升温至240℃保温2小时。接着将水、氨水和制成的水溶性树脂溶解成39%的含固量树脂液;再取组分的重量百分比为水性树脂液70%,颜料9%,消泡剂1.1%,微粉蜡2%,增塑剂1.2%,芥酸酰胺1.2%,水15.5%配制成水性编织袋油墨。
实施方式3:
按摩尔比松香∶顺酐∶TDI∶季戊四醇=20∶10∶3∶3,先将松香加热熔融,再将顺酐于180~185℃保温1小时,加入TDI(甲苯二异氰酸酯)保温1小时,加季戊四醇升温至240℃保温2小时。接着将水、氨水和制成的水溶性树脂溶解成35%的含固量树脂液;再取组分的重量百分比为水性树脂液75%,颜料10%,消泡剂1%,微粉蜡2%,增塑剂1%,芥酸酰胺1%,水10%配制成水性编织袋油墨。
实施方式4:
按摩尔比松香∶顺酐∶TDI∶季戊四醇=22∶11∶2.9∶2.7,先将松香加热熔融,再将顺酐于175~180℃保温1.5小时,加入TDI(甲苯二异氰酸酯)保温1.2小时,加季戊四醇升温至250℃保温2.3小时。接着将水、氨水和制成的水溶性树脂溶解成30%的含固量树脂液;再取组分的重量百分比为水性树脂液76%,颜料11%,消泡剂1.2%,微粉蜡2.4%,增塑剂1.2%,芥酸酰胺1.2%,水7%配制成水性编织袋油墨。
实施方式5:
按摩尔比松香∶顺酐∶TDI∶季戊四醇=19∶10∶2.8∶3,先将松香加热熔融,再将顺酐于180~185℃保温1.3小时,加入TDI(甲苯二异氰酸酯)保温1.5小时,加季戊四醇升温至220℃保温2.1小时。接着将水、氨水和制成的水溶性树脂溶解成33%的含固量树脂液;再取组分的重量百分比为水性树脂液72%,颜料9%,消泡剂0.8%,微粉蜡2.4%,增塑剂0.9%,芥酸酰胺0.9%,水14%配制成水性编织袋油墨。
实施方式6:
按摩尔比松香∶顺酐∶TDI∶季戊四醇=18∶11∶3.3∶2.7,先将松香加热熔融,再将顺酐于185~190℃保温1小时,加入TDI(甲苯二异氰酸酯)保温1小时,加季戊四醇升温至240℃保温2小时。接着将水、氨水和制成的水溶性树脂溶解成36%的含固量树脂液;再取组分的重量百分比为水性树脂液68%,颜料7%,消泡剂0.8%,微粉蜡1.6%,增塑剂0.8%,芥酸酰胺0.8%,水21%配制成水性编织袋油墨。
实施方式7:
按摩尔比松香∶顺酐∶TDI∶季戊四醇=22∶9∶2.7∶3.3,先将松香加热熔融,再将顺酐于175~180℃保温0.8小时,加入TDI(甲苯二异氰酸酯)保温0.8小时,加季戊四醇升温至250℃保温2.2小时。接着将水、氨水和制成的水溶性树脂溶解成40%的含固量树脂液;再取组分的重量百分比为水性树脂液70%,颜料9%,消泡剂1%,微粉蜡1.6%~2.4%,增塑剂1.2%,芥酸酰胺1.2%,水16%配制成水性编织袋油墨。
实施方式8:
按摩尔比松香∶顺酐∶TDI∶季戊四醇=21∶11∶2.9∶2.9,先将松香加热熔融,再将顺酐于185~190℃保温0.9小时,加入TDI(甲苯二异氰酸酯)保温1.5小时,加季戊四醇升温至230℃保温2.5小时。接着将水、氨水和制成的水溶性树脂溶解成37%的含固量树脂液;再取组分的重量百分比为水性树脂液72%,颜料10%,消泡剂1.2%,微粉蜡1.6%,增塑剂1.2%,芥酸酰胺1.0%,水13%配制成水性编织袋油墨。
水性编织袋油墨的最大特点是减少了VOC(有机挥发物)向大气中的排放,从而防止了大气污染,改善了印刷作业环境,大幅降低了火灾隐患。它可以完全消除溶剂型油墨中某些有毒物质对人体的危害和对包装商品的污染,改善环境质量。特别适宜于食品、药品等卫生条件要求严格的包装印刷产品。因为水性编织袋油墨不含有害物质,其性能稳定、印刷适应性好,具有无毒、无刺激性气味、无腐蚀性、不燃、不爆、光泽度高、抗磨性优良、耐水、耐碱等特点,大大改善了印刷作业环境。干后无有害物质残留在印刷品中,改善了包装商品的环境质量,特别适用于食品、饮料、药品等卫生条件要求严格的领域使用。印刷方式可以采用柔版印刷,亦可采用丝网印刷。以其独有的环保特点突显而出。水性编织袋油墨较溶剂型油墨有其一些独特的优点,除其显著的环保特征外,还具有它独特的性能:1、水性塑料编织袋油墨蒸发量小,粘度较稳定,在印刷过程中印刷品稳定性能较佳,所需费用少;2、水性塑料编织袋油墨可以用水以任意比例稀释,印刷干燥后为水不溶性印膜;3、由于聚合物固体份较高,水性塑料编织袋油墨可以网点印刷,图案形成优美的立体效果,可以提供较佳的遮盖力或着色强度。

1.一种水性编织袋油墨,其特征在于:各组分的重量百分比为:水性树脂液68%~76%,颜料7%~11%,消泡剂0.8%~1.2%,微粉蜡1.6%~2.4%,增塑剂0.8%~1.2%,芥酸酰胺0.8%~1.2%,水7%~21%;水性树脂液由松香、顺酐、TDI和季戊四醇反应制得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性编织袋油墨,其特征在于:所述的颜料是水性颜料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水性编织袋油墨,其特征在于:所述的消泡剂是含硅消泡剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水性编织袋油墨,其特征在于:所述的微粉蜡是聚乙烯蜡。
