技术领域
本发明涉及一种尤其用于在汽车仪表例如作为数字盘和符号盘使用的印刷的符号载体。
背景技术
现有技术中公开了这样类型的印刷的符号载体,该种印刷的符号载体具有由塑料制成的载体材料且被至少一个色层覆盖。在现有技术中,塑料,例如聚碳酸酯或聚对苯二酸乙二醇酯(PET)用于印刷的符号载体。这些塑料的缺点在于这些载体材料相对高的价格。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的在于提出一种适于上述用途的、价格较为低廉的载体材料。该目的这样地实现,即聚丙烯作为载体材料使用,该载体材料的表面经过附加的表面处理,且该载体材料用粘结剂涂覆。这样一来,能够以这样的质量来印刷作为载体材料的聚丙烯,即也能满足在机动车中的高要求,尤其是要求的温度范围,例如从-40℃到+85℃。当粘结剂邻近的色层具有添加剂时,可以实现特别良好地粘合色层。
这些添加剂可以例如包括硅烷或异氰酸酯。
例如聚丙烯的预处理可以由Corona电晕处理、Corona-Plus电晕处理,等离子或A等离子处理组成。预处理也可以通过火焰处理、氟化处理或受激准分子照射处理来实施。

具体实施方式
在图1中可以看到一个数字盘1,其印刷有数字2、刻度3和符号4。
在图2中可以看到载体材料5,其两面分别具有粘结剂层6,7和色层8,9和10。色层9具有断开部9a,其例如显示了刻度3,从而在这个位置上色层8可以被示出其眼睛E的观察者看到。这里的例子中色层8和10是半透明的,色层9是不透明的。当通过照明装置11照亮数字盘时,色层10和色层8对观察者来说在断开部9a都是可见的。例如,如果色层10设置为红色色层,色层8设置为白色色层,那么在没有照明的情况下,缺口9a呈现出白色,并且在由照明装置11提供照明的情况下呈现红色。因此根据数字盘1的照明实现了数字2,刻度3和10和符号4的颜色的变化。数字盘1位于在通常的汽车仪表中或位于或紧靠在图中未示出的半透明的载体上。

Claims (9)

1.一种印刷的符号载体,尤其是用于在汽车仪表中例如作为数字盘使用,其中,所述数字盘具有被至少一个色层8,9,10覆盖的、由塑料制成的载体材料5,其特征在于,所述载体材料5是聚丙烯(PP);所述载体材料5的表面经过额外的预处理;所述载体材料5用粘结剂6,7处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的印刷的符号载体,其特征在于,邻近粘结剂6,7的色层8,10具有添加剂。
3.根据前述权利要求中一项所述的印刷的符号载体,其特征在于,所述预处理由Corona电晕处理或Corona-Plus电晕处理组成。
4.根据权利要求1或2中的任一项所述的印刷的符号载体,其特征在于,所述预处理由等离子或A-等离子处理组成。
5.根据权利要求1或2中的任一项所述的印刷的符号载体,其特征在于,所述预处理由火焰处理组成。
6.根据权利要求1或2中的任一项所述的印刷的符号载体,其特征在于,所述预处理由氟化处理组成。
7.根据权利要求1或2中的任一项所述的印刷的符号载体,其特征在于,所述预处理由照射处理组成,例如通过受激准分子辐射器。
8.根据权利要求2到7中的任一项所述的印刷的符号载体,其特征在于,在邻近粘结剂的色层中包括作为添加剂的硅烷。
9.根据权利要求2到7中的任一项所述的印刷的符号载体,其特征在于,在邻近粘结剂的色层8,10中包括作为添加剂的异氰酸酯。
