Abstract
一种轴承装置,包括外环(11);内环(12);设置在两个环之间的滚动部件(13)以及密封装置(15),连接到所述外环和所述内环中的一个并且朝向另一个环延伸。温度传感器安装到所述密封装置,并且因此与环形轮接触的密封装置的温度可以被直接测量。因此,如果由所述温度传感器测量的温度快速升高,这意味着可能发生了一些麻烦,并且需要采取措施,例如可以在明显的麻烦发生前立即停止使用所述轴承装置的装置。
Description
技术领域
本发明大体涉及一种包括温度传感器的轴承装置,更精确的说涉及适合于汽车电气部件、用作辅助发动机的交流发电机、中间皮带轮、用于汽车空调的电磁离合器、水泵、轮毂单元、用于气体热泵的电磁离合器、压缩机、显影引导装置、球形螺钉等使用的轴承装置。
背景技术
用于支撑旋转部件的轴承装置当一旦采用时,迄今为止在很多情况下不经受定期检查,并且在这样的情况下,经常仅仅当由于温度不正常而发生不便时其内部被第一次检查。另外在用于铁路车辆的轴承、风力涡轮机等的情况下,所述轴承装置和其他部分在被使用了预定时间周期之后分解并检查。因此很难预料由于事先的温度异常引起的不便。这方面的一种努力(参见日本专利申请公开文献2002130263)是用来在临界不便发生之前通过用连接到轴承装置的温度传感器测量温度的变化而检测轴承温度的异常。
发明内容
然而,日本专利申请公开文献No.2002130263涉及使用具有固定厚度的堆叠热敏电阻并且因此受限于安装空间,并且难以测量轴承初始需要测量部分的温度。另外,大量制造的过程需要相当高的成本,这导致很难应用到通用轴承。而且,例如,如果能够直接测量与旋转车轮接触的边缘的温度,就可以提前检测温度的异常。然而,边缘一般由橡胶构成并且具有薄且容易弯曲的形状,因此温度传感器很难设置在边缘上。
鉴于现有技术中的问题,本发明的一个目的是提供一种包括尺寸减小的温度传感器的轴承装置,其设计成通过例如在高分子薄膜上形成热电偶提前预测由于温度异常发生的麻烦,且不受限于安装空间,显示出由于被采用到轴承的无论哪个部分的快速反应能力,并且表现出极好的大量生产能力。
根据本发明的轴承装置包括外环、内环、设置在两个环之间的滚动部件、以及连接到外环和内环中的一个并且朝向另一个环延伸的密封装置,其中温度传感器安装到所述密封装置。
根据本发明,所述温度传感器安装到所述密封装置,该密封装置连接到外环和内环中的一个并且朝向另一个环延伸,并且因此与所述旋转轮接触的密封装置的温度可以被直接测量。因此,如果由所述温度传感器测量的温度快速升高,这意味着可能发生了一些麻烦,并且需要采取对策,例如可以在明显麻烦发生前立即停止使用所述轴承装置的装置。
特别的,麻烦的预测可以进一步通过将温度传感器安装到所述密封装置的边缘部分来实现。

具体实施方式
下面将参照附图描述本发明的实施例。图1沿着根据现有实施例的滚动轴承的轴线方向所见的截面图,该滚动轴承在现有实施例中使用。滚动轴承(径向滚珠轴承)10包括外环11、内环12、用作设置在两个环11和12之间的滚动部件的滚珠13、以相等间隔在周向保持滚珠13的护圈14以及密封装置15,密封装置15沿着轴线在两个环11和12之间设置在两个边缘侧上。所述外环11沿着其内圆周具有轨道表面11a和安装槽11b,安装槽11b形成在两侧上使得轨道表面11a插入其间。所述内环12沿着其外圆周具有轨道表面12a和安装槽12b,安装槽12b形成在两侧上使得轨道表面12a插入其间。所述滚珠13可以由陶瓷构成,例如氮化硅和碳化硅。
每个密封装置15包括由金属板(SPCC、SECC等等)构造成的芯杆15a,基本为圆环形,并且具有除了吊钩之外的主要部分;以及吊钩;由合成橡胶(例如腈橡胶、腈纶橡胶、硅橡胶和氟橡胶等)制成、通过在芯杆15a的内径侧上电镀整体形成的边缘部分15b;以及通过在所述芯杆15a的外径侧上电镀整体形成的合成橡胶安装部分15c。所述密封装置15通过与安装槽11b从外侧接合同时使得所述安装部分15c弹性变形连接到所述外环11。在这样的状态中,所述边缘部分15b的前端与密封槽12b接触。
在现有的实施例中,温度传感器TS通过粘和剂固定到单个密封装置15中的芯杆15a的内侧和边缘部分15b的外侧。虽然没有示出,来自所述温度传感器TS的接线被抽出到所述密封装置15的外表面并且穿过所述外环11到外侧。注意到所述温度传感器TS就图1中的其厚度而言被放大示出。
图2是放大示出了图1中的温度传感器TS的截面图。参照图2,所述温度传感器TS是通过将两种类型的金属薄膜M1、M2堆叠到高分子薄膜F1上并且通过热压缩接合或者通过使用粘和剂以均质或者异质的高分子薄膜F2盖住这些薄膜构造成的热电偶。考虑到耐热性和弹性模量,优选的是高分子薄膜可以由PET(聚对苯二甲酸二乙醇酯)、PPS(聚苯硫)、PI(聚酰亚胺)、PEEK(聚合天空醚酮)等制成。考虑到有限的安装空间,所述高分子膜的厚度优选等于或者小于1000μm。虽然不特别限制,形成薄膜的优选方法是溅射过程和真空沉积过程。热电偶金属的结合不特别地受到限制,一个例子是铜和镍的结合。所希望的是,测量部分的尺寸等于或者大于1×10-10m2但是等于或者小于1×10-6m2。这是由于执行高精度测量比较困难,其中如果测量部分的尺寸超过1×10-6m2,那么在测量温度时的反应减小,并且如果等于或者小于1×10-10m2,检测灵敏度减小。
根据现有实施例,所述密封装置15与温度传感器TS连接,并且因此与所述内环12接触的边缘部分15b的温度可以直接测量。因此,如果由所述温度传感器TS测量的温度迅速升高,这意味着可能发生了一些麻烦,并且需要采取对策,例如可以在明显的麻烦发生前直接停止使用滚动轴承的装置。
到目前为止,本发明通过实施例进行了论述,但是不应当被理解为限于所述实施例,并且可以适当进行修改和改进。例如,温度传感器TS可以如点划线所画出的那样,设置在所述外环11的轨道表面11a(部分A)和除了轨道表面11a的内圆周表面(部分B)。另外,为了测量由于温度变化引起的阻抗变化,所述温度传感器TS可以不限于热电偶型、由铂薄膜构造的类型等。
如上所述,根据本发明的轴承装置很有用,因为该装置能够在由于温度传感器测量的温度快速升高发生麻烦时采取必要的对策,例如在明显的麻烦发生前直接停止使用所述轴承装置的装置。
Claims (5)
1.一种轴承装置,包括:
外环;
内环;
滚动部件,其设置在两个环之间;和
密封装置,连接到所述外环和所述内环中的一个并且朝向另一个环延伸,
其中温度传感器安装到所述密封装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轴承装置,其中所述温度传感器安装到所述密封装置的边缘部分。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的轴承装置,其中所述边缘部分与所述外环或所述内环接触。
4.根据权利要求1到3中任意一项所述的轴承装置,其中所述温度传感器安装到所述密封装置的芯杆部分。
5.根据权利要求1到4中任意一项所述的轴承装置,其中所述温度传感器由高分子膜和形成在所述高分子膜上的金属薄膜构成。
