Abstract
本发明提供一种压缩机轴承座温度控制系统,涉及轴承在线监测系统,包括微处理器、温度传感器和电源模块,所述温度传感器和电源模块连接到微处理器上,所述微处理器连接到电磁阀门、指示灯和无线通信模块上;本发明提供了一种压缩机轴承座温度控制系统,本系统结构简单、安装方便、成本较低,可以在检测的同时自动对轴承进行油冷降温,方便运行人员现场处理。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及轴承领域,具体涉及一种压缩机轴承座温度控制系统。
背景技术
动涡盘驱动轴承的主要作用是实现动涡盘在电机驱动下旋转,与静涡盘一起实现气体的压缩。
目前国内外涡旋压缩机的动涡盘驱动轴承都没有专门设置润滑冷却结构,只是利用制冷剂蒸汽和润滑油混合物对驱动轴承的侧面进行吹拂冷却和润滑,造成没有充分的润滑油和蒸汽到达滚珠表面,使得滚珠表面无法形成足够厚度的油膜和冷却不良,处于润滑不良的状态,随着产品运转时间的增加,会造成滚珠和滚道发生摩擦温度升高、磨损加剧、严重时会发生轴承卡死的故障。
随着大制冷量、高转速涡旋压缩机的使用需求的提出,驱动轴承的使用寿命是涡旋压缩机寿命的制约因素,因此,如何将驱动轴承的润滑冷却解决好,提高其可靠性和使用寿命是亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种压缩机轴承座温度控制系统,本系统结构简单、安装方便、成本较低,同时方便运行人员现场处理。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种压缩机轴承座温度控制系统,包括微处理器、温度传感器和电源模块,所述温度传感器和电源模块连接到微处理器上,所述微处理器连接到电磁阀门、指示灯和无线通信模块上。
优选地,所述温度传感器安装在底座内贴近轴承外圈的地方,所述底座上还开有孔洞,所述指示灯嵌在孔洞上;所述轴承外圈还设有第二空腔,所述第二空腔设有出油口和进油口,所述进油口通过电磁阀门连接到油箱。
优选地,所述温度传感器、电源模块、微处理器和无线通信模块均安装在第一空腔内部。
优选地,所述温度传感器为DS18B20。
优选地,所述指示灯为LED灯。
优选地,所述无线通信模块为蓝牙通信模块。
优选地,优选地,所述油箱内存储有冷却油脂。
本发明提供了一种压缩机轴承座温度控制系统,本系统结构简单、安装方便、成本较低,可以在检测的同时自动对轴承进行油冷降温,方便运行人员现场处理。

如图1所示,一种压缩机轴承座温度控制系统,包括微处理器6、温度传感器3和电源模块4,所述温度传感器3和电源模块4连接到微处理器6上,所述微处理器6连接到电磁阀门5、指示灯7和无线通信模块8上。
优选地,所述温度传感器3、电源模块4、微处理器6和无线通信模块8均安装在第一空腔9内部。
优选地,所述温度传感器3为DS18B20。
优选地,所述指示灯7为LED灯。
优选地,所述无线通信模块8为蓝牙通信模块。
实施例2:
一种压缩机轴承座温度控制系统,包括微处理器6、温度传感器3和电源模块4,所述温度传感器3和电源模块4连接到微处理器6上,所述微处理器6连接到电磁阀门5、指示灯7和无线通信模块8上。
如图2所示,优选地,所述温度传感器3安装在底座2内贴近轴承外圈1的地方,所述底座2上还开有孔洞10,所述指示灯7嵌在孔洞10上;所述轴承外圈1还设有第二空腔11,所述第二空腔11设有出油口12和进油口13,所述进油口13通过电磁阀门5连接到油箱。
优选地,所述温度传感器3、电源模块4、微处理器6和无线通信模块8均安装在第一空腔9内部。

实施例3:
一种压缩机轴承座温度控制系统,包括微处理器6、温度传感器3和电源模块4,所述温度传感器3和电源模块4连接到微处理器6上,所述微处理器6连接到电磁阀门5、指示灯7和无线通信模块8上。
优选地,所述温度传感器3安装在底座2内贴近轴承外圈1的地方,所述底座2上还开有孔洞10,所述指示灯7嵌在孔洞10上;所述轴承外圈1还设有第二空腔11,所述第二空腔11设有出油口12和进油口13,所述进油口13通过电磁阀门5连接到油箱。
优选地,所述温度传感器3、电源模块4、微处理器6和无线通信模块8均安装在第一空腔9内部。
优选地,所述温度传感器3为DS18B20。
优选地,所述指示灯7为LED灯。
优选地,所述无线通信模块8为蓝牙通信模块。
优选地,所述油箱内存储有冷却油脂。
所述冷却油脂具体包括如下组成:环烷基基础油123-130份、植物油5-10份、2,6—二叔丁基酚0.4-0.45份、碳粉0.34-0.38份、纳米二氧化钛0.05-0.06份、稳定剂1-3份、降凝剂0.5-1份、磷酸三甲酚酯2-4份、苯并三氮唑0.12-0.14份、2-甲基-苯并三氮唑0.38-0.42份。
优选地,所述植物油为乌桕油、蓖麻油、棕榈油的一种或几种混合在一起。
优选地,所述冷却油脂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)先将纳米二氧化钛、碳粉按固液重量比1:100-1:200加入无水乙醇中超声分散均匀,然后缓慢加入苯并三氮唑和2-甲基-苯并三氮唑并搅拌0.5-1h得到混合液,并于50-60℃搅拌2-4h,冷却后离心得改性纳米粒;
(2)将植物油油经处理得到精制油脂,然后加入2,6—二叔丁基酚80-90℃搅拌1-2h,最后加入环烷基基础油50-60℃混合0.5-1h,冷却后得复合油;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的改性纳米粒加入步骤(2)得到的复合油中超声分散均匀,然后加入其余原料50-60℃搅拌0.5-1h,冷却后蒸馏、过滤精制,即得冷却油脂。
该冷却油脂不易受到外界运行条件的影响而发生变质、沉淀,影响冷却油脂的性能;同时,利用植物油的精炼、及与其余原料的复配与增效作用,使得到的冷却油脂既具有优良的绝缘、散热性能,同时性质稳定,使用寿命长,还具有润滑、分散性能好的特点,有利于压缩机轴承的平稳运行,实用性强。

1.一种压缩机轴承座温度控制系统,其特征在于,包括微处理器(6)、温度传感器(3)和电源模块(4),所述温度传感器(3)和电源模块(4)连接到微处理器(6)上,所述微处理器(6)连接到电磁阀门(5)、指示灯(7)和无线通信模块(8)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的压缩机轴承座温度控制系统,其特征在于,所述温度传感器(3)安装在底座(2)内贴近轴承外圈(1)的地方,所述底座(2)上还开有孔洞(10),所述指示灯(7)嵌在孔洞(10)上;所述轴承外圈(1)还设有第二空腔(11),所述第二空腔(11)设有出油口(12)和进油口(13),所述进油口(13)通过电磁阀门(5)连接到油箱。
3.如权利要求1所述的压缩机轴承座温度控制系统,其特征在于,所述温度传感器(3)、电源模块(4)、微处理器(6)和无线通信模块(8)均安装在第一空腔(9)内部。
4.如权利要求1所述的压缩机轴承座温度控制系统,其特征在于,所述温度传感器(3)为DS18B20。
5.如权利要求1所述的压缩机轴承座温度控制系统,其特征在于,所述指示灯(7)为LED灯。
6.如权利要求1所述的压缩机轴承座温度控制系统,其特征在于,所述无线通信模块(8)为蓝牙通信模块。
7.如权利要求1所述的压缩机轴承座温度控制系统,其特征在于,所述油箱内存储有冷却油脂。
