Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃油箱,具有:用于收集机动车的燃油的腔;换气装置;活性炭过滤器以及用于输送燃油的燃油输送单元,其中该换气装置具有用于将液态的燃油与气体相分离的分离器。
背景技术
这种燃油箱通常具有大量的单独地安装在燃油箱外部的换气管,并由实践是已知的。用于将液态的燃油与气体相分离的分离器经常设置在燃油箱的注油管上。活性炭过滤器在大多情况下设置在燃油箱上或设置在燃油箱中,并通过另外的换气管与分离器连接。
这种已知的燃油箱的缺点在于:其体积非常大;以及在燃油箱外部设置换气装置的部件的这种布置促使燃油渗漏到外部环境中。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,这样地改进一种在开头所述类型的燃油箱,即其结构特别紧凑且在很大程度上防止燃油泄漏到外部环境中。
该目的根据本发明这样地实现,即分离器和活性炭过滤器设计为结构性单元;且该结构性单元设置在腔的内部。
通过这种构造可以使与液态的或气态的燃油有联系的整个换气装置部件都设置在根据本发明的燃油箱的内部。由此而形成的燃油箱特别的紧凑。此外,基于本发明,燃油蒸汽泄漏到外部环境中的量保持在特别小的程度。
当由分离器和活性炭过滤器构成的结构性单元被固定在燃油输送单元上时,根据本发明的燃油箱的安装特别简单。此外,由分离器和活性炭过滤器构成的结构性单元和燃油输送单元由此可以经过唯一的装配口安装到根据本发明的燃油箱中。
当由分离器和活性炭过滤器构成的结构性单元具有共同的容器,且该容器具有隔板以用于将活性炭过滤器与分离器相分离时,根据本发明的燃油箱被设计得特别紧凑。
根据本发明的另一个有利的改进方案,当分离器和活性炭过滤器通过阀连接并且如果该阀设计为翻车安全阀和/或防溅安全阀时,能够可靠地避免燃油渗入到活性炭过滤器中。为了形成做为防溅安全阀,该阀可以具有例如浮子部件,该部件在接触到液态的燃油时关闭分离器与活性炭过滤器的连接部。阀形成为翻车安全阀防止了在具有根据本发明的燃油箱的机动车倾翻时,燃油经过活性炭过滤器流出。

根据本发明的另一个有利的改进方案,当由分离器和活性炭过滤器构成的结构性单元与法兰间隔开,其中,该法兰封闭在燃油箱中的装配口时,有助于减少燃油排放。此外,结构性单元可以由此特别简单地穿过装配口被插入到根据本发明的燃油箱中。
如果在由分离器和活性炭过滤器构成的结构性单元旁边设置液位传感器,有助于进一步简化根据本发明的燃油箱的安装。
根据本发明的另一个有利的改进方案,当在分离器和活性炭过滤器的连接部中设置可控制的再生调节阀并且该再生调节阀设计为用于有选择地关闭或开启连接部时,可以根据所设想事件简单地再生活性炭过滤器。通过这种设计可靠地避免了由于与分离器的气体交换而对活性炭过滤器的再生造成的影响。
当活性炭过滤器可以通过被引导经过法兰的管与外部环境连接,以及可以利用再生管线与机动车的内燃机连接时,有助于进一步简化活性炭过滤器的再生。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于机动车的燃油箱,具有:用于收集燃油的腔;换气装置;活性炭过滤器以及用于输送燃油的燃油输送单元,其中,所述换气装置具有用于将液态的燃油与气体相分离的分离器,其特征在于,所述分离器(15)和所述活性炭过滤器(13)设计为结构性单元;所述结构性单元设置在所述腔(2)的内部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃油箱,其特征在于,由所述分离器(15)和所述活性炭过滤器(13)构成的所述结构性单元固定在所述燃油输送单元(4)上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的燃油箱,其特征在于,由所述分离器(15)和所述活性炭过滤器(13)构成的所述结构性单元具有共同的容器(6),所述容器具有隔板(14)以用于将所述活性炭过滤器(13)与所述分离器(15)相分离。
4.根据前述权利要求中至少一项所述的燃油箱,其特征在于,所述分离器(15)与所述活性炭过滤器(13)通过阀(19)连接;所述阀(19)设计为翻车安全阀和/或防溅安全阀。
5.根据前述权利要求中至少一项所述的燃油箱,其特征在于,所述分离器(15)与通至所述腔(2)的侧面区域中的换气管(7)连接。
6.根据前述权利要求中至少一项所述的燃油箱,其特征在于,在所述分离器(15)中设置有吸射泵(16);所述吸射泵(16)通入到所述腔(2)中。

9.根据前述权利要求中至少一项所述的燃油箱,其特征在于,在所述分离器(15)和所述活性炭过滤器(13)的连接部中设置可控制的再生调节阀(20);所述再生调节阀(20)设计为用于有选择地关闭或开启所述连接部。
10.根据前述权利要求中至少一项所述的燃油箱,其特征在于,所述活性炭过滤器(13)可以利用穿过所述法兰(9)引导的管(11)与外部环境连接,以及可以利用再生管线(12)与机动车的内燃机连接。
