Abstract

一种发光二极管嵌灯,其包括一壳体、一容置于壳体内的发光二极管模组、一安装于壳体底部的散热器、一环绕安装至壳体上的罩体及二枢接于罩体相对两侧的弹性臂,所述散热器包括一顶面与发光二极管模组接触的基座及若干形成于基座底部的鳍片。与现有技术相比,在具有相同面积的发光二极管模组的情况下,本发明的发光二极管嵌灯的散热器的重量较轻,可为发光二极管嵌灯的安装及运输提供便利的条件。

Description

发光二极管嵌灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种发光二极管嵌灯,特别是指一种具有散热装置的发光二极管嵌灯。
背景技术
相比于传统的发光源,发光二极管具有重量轻、体积小、污染低、寿命长等优点,其作为一种新型的发光源,已经被越来越多地应用到各领域当中,如路灯、交通灯、信号灯、射灯及装饰灯等等。
在室内照明中,一些灯具被设计成嵌入于墙壁或是天花板内,以此获得较佳的整体视觉效果,这些灯具被业界统称为嵌灯。传统的嵌灯一般包括一圆筒状的壳体、一容置于壳体内的发光二极管模组、一固定至壳体上的罩体及二枢接于罩体相对两侧的弹性臂。所述罩体包括一套设于壳体上的壁部及一形成于壁部顶端的檐部。所述罩体的壁部穿入墙壁或是天花板的孔洞内且通过其檐部抵靠于墙壁或是天花板的外侧。所述弹性臂抵压于墙壁或是天花板的内侧,以将嵌灯固定在墙壁或是天花板内。
所述发光二极管模组包括一电路板及若干安装在该电路板上的发光二极管。由于发光二极管工作时会产生大量的热量,为使这些热量可及时地得到散发,需在壳体下部加装一散热器。通常的嵌灯用散热器包括一与发光二极管模组的电路板底部接触的导热柱及若干自该导热柱侧面向外辐射的鳍片。发光二极管所产生的热量通过导热柱传导至鳍片上,然后再经由鳍片对流至周围的空气当中。
由于鳍片形成于导热柱的侧面,其高度与导热柱的高度相同。为使鳍片具有充足的散热面积,如增加鳍片的高度则导热柱亦需相应地增高。另一方面,为使所有的发光二极管所产生的热量均可经由最短的路径传输至导热柱上,导热柱需充分与电路板接触,即该导热柱的顶面积至少需等于发光二极管模组的电路板的面积。如若发光二极管模组较大,为确保充足的导热面积,导热柱的顶面积亦须相应地增大。但是,在导热柱具有相当高度的基础上增大其顶面积将会导致导热柱的体积急剧增大,致使散热器的重量大幅度增加,给发光二极管嵌灯的运输及安装造成不便。
发明内容
有鉴于此,实有必要提供一种运输及安装均较为便利的发光二极管嵌灯。
一种发光二极管嵌灯,其包括一壳体、一容置于壳体内的发光二极管模组、一固定至壳体底部的散热器、一环绕安装于壳体上的罩体及二枢接于罩体相对两侧的二弹性臂,散热器包括一顶面与发光二极管模组接触的基座及若干形成于基座底部的鳍片。
与现有技术相比,本发明的发光二极管嵌灯的散热器通过一基座与发光二极管模组接触,其鳍片自基座的底面向下延伸而出,不需要占据基座的侧面,使基座不致太高,进而不会大幅度地增加基座的体积,从而使散热器的重量得到控制。由此,发光二极管嵌灯的运输及安装的便利性得到了保障。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示,本发明的发光二极管嵌灯用于嵌入天花板或是墙壁(图未示)的孔洞内而对天花板或是墙壁的外部照明。该发光二极管嵌灯包括一壳体10、一容置于壳体10内的发光二极管模组20、一固定至壳体10上的罩体40、二分别枢接于罩体40相对两侧的弹性臂50及一安装于壳体10底部的散热器30。发光二极管模组20包括一圆形的电路板24及若干均匀分布于电路板24上的发光二极管22。
所述壳体10为一中空的圆柱体,其顶面向下凹陷出一腔室(图未标)。该腔室呈内径自上至下逐渐减小的圆台状,其底面均匀地开设三凹部12,用于容置所述发光二极管模组20的发光二极管22。每一凹部12的内径亦自上至下逐渐减小,其侧壁面形成一反射面,用于反射发光二极管22所产生的光线。壳体10的外周面上的相对两侧分别向外凸伸出二矩形的凸耳14,其中每一凸耳14的顶部低于壳体10的顶部,其底部与壳体10的底部齐平。每一凸耳14的上部均开设一水平朝向的螺孔(图未标),供螺丝60螺合。
所述发光二极管模组20收容于壳体10内,其发光二极管22分别嵌入壳体10的凹部12内。当这些发光二极管22通电之后,其所发出的部分光线可被凹部12的发射面所反射而分别汇聚至相应的光柱内,进而辐射出较大的光强。
请一并参阅图3,所述散热器30安装于壳体10的底部,其由热导性良好的金属材料一体形成。该散热器30包括一基座32、一结合至基座32底部的方形板体34及若干自板体34底面垂直向下延伸的鳍片36。基座32收容于壳体10的下部,其顶面与发光二极管模组20的电路板24的底面接触以吸收发光二极管22所产生的热量。该基座32具有二相互平行的侧壁面及二连接该二平行的侧壁面的另外二向外凸出的圆弧形侧壁面,其中每一圆弧形侧壁面两端的间距小于平行的侧壁面的长度。每一圆弧形的侧壁面上沿水平方向形成若干螺纹320,其与壳体10内的螺纹相螺合以将基座32螺锁于壳体10内。板体34位于壳体10的下方并延伸超出壳体10的外围,其厚度小于基座32的厚度。该板体34的面积大于基座32的面积,用于将基座32所吸收的热量均匀地传导至鳍片36上,其中该板体34的长度等于基座32的二圆弧形的侧壁面的最外端的间距,其宽度大于基座32的二平行的侧壁面的间距。鳍片36占据所述板体34的整个底面,每二相邻的鳍片36相互平行且彼此隔开,以形成若干气流通道。
请再参阅图1及图2,所述罩体40环绕安装于所述壳体10上,其包括一环形的壁部42及一自该壁部42顶端水平向外延伸的檐部44。二相对的卡槽420开设于壁部42的下部且与二凸耳14相互对应,其中每一卡槽420均呈“T”形,其下部竖直贯穿壁部42的底端,其上部则水平设置且其长度大于下部的高度。该二卡槽420用于卡设弹性臂50而使其枢接于罩体40上。壁部42在靠近二卡槽420的上方的位置处分别开设二水平的穿孔(图未标),该二穿孔与所述凸耳14的螺孔对齐,供螺丝60插设。檐部44的外缘呈波浪形,其用于抵靠于天花板或墙壁的外侧而对发光二极管嵌灯限位。
所述弹性臂50分别卡设于所述二卡槽420内。每一弹性臂50均由一弹性的金属线一体弯折而成,其包括一螺旋部52及一自该螺旋部52向上形成的抵压部54,该抵压部54相对于壳体10的壁部42向两侧倾斜设置。螺旋部52卡设于所述罩体40的卡槽420内而将弹性臂50枢接于罩体40上。抵压部54用于弹性抵压于天花板或是墙壁的内侧而与罩体40的檐部44共同将发光二极管嵌灯固定。
安装该发光二极管嵌灯时,首先将二弹性臂50的螺旋部52分别卡设至罩体40的二卡槽420内;再将罩体40套置于所述壳体10上,使其穿孔与凸耳14的螺孔对齐;之后,从发光二极管嵌灯外部将螺丝60穿过罩体40的壁部42,向内旋转螺丝60而使其螺锁于壳体10上;随后,旋转弹性臂50使其贴置于散热器30的侧面而处于竖直位置,再将该状态下的发光二极管嵌灯倒置后自下至上置入天花板或是墙壁的孔洞内,使其罩体40的檐部44抵靠天花板或是墙壁的外侧;然后,朝罩体40的方向旋转二弹性臂50,使其向外抵压于天花板或是墙壁的内侧。由此,完成了发光二极管嵌灯的安装过程。
拆卸发光二极管嵌灯时,只需反向操作上述流程即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明的发光二极管嵌灯的散热器30的鳍片36通过板体34连接至基座32下方,其不需占据基座32的侧面,可使基座32的厚度控制在一较小的范围内。由此,即使因发光二极管模组30面积扩大的需求而增大基座32的面积,其亦不会如传统的发光二极管嵌灯的散热器一般大幅度地增加基座32的体积,从而使散热器30的整体重量得到很好地控制,方便发光二极管嵌灯的运输及安装。
可以理解地,在对散热要求不高的场合下,本发明的散热器30还可省去板体34,使鳍片36直接自基座32下方延伸而出,从而节省发光二极管嵌灯的整体成本。

Claims (12)

1.一种发光二极管嵌灯,其包括一壳体、一容置于壳体内的发光二极管模组、一安装于壳体底部的散热器、一环绕安装至壳体上的罩体及二枢接于罩体相对两侧的弹性臂,其特征在于:所述散热器包括一顶面与发光二极管模组接触的基座及若干形成于基座底部的鳍片。
2.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管嵌灯,其特征在于:所述散热器还包括一连接基座及鳍片的板体,这些鳍片自板体底面向下延伸。
3.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管嵌灯,其特征在于:所述板体延伸超出壳体的外围。
4.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管嵌灯,其特征在于:所述板体的面积大于所述基座的面积,其厚度小于基座的厚度。
5.如权利要求1至4任一项所述的发光二极管嵌灯,其特征在于:所述基座凸伸于壳体内。
6.如权利要求5所述的发光二极管嵌灯,其特征在于:所述散热器的基座具有二相互平行的侧壁面及二连接该二平行侧壁面的向外凸的侧壁面。
7.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管嵌灯,其特征在于:所述散热器的基座的二向外凸的侧壁面上形成若干水平设置的螺纹,基座通过这些螺纹螺锁于壳体内。
8.如权利要求5所述的发光二极管嵌灯,其特征在于:所述壳体为一中空的柱体,其相对两侧向外凸伸出二凸耳。
9.如权利要求8所述的发光二极管嵌灯,其特征在于:所述凸耳的底部与壳体的底部齐平,其顶部低于壳体的顶部。
10.如权利要求9所述的发光二极管嵌灯,其特征在于:所述罩体包括一环绕壳体的壁部及一自壁部顶端水平向外延伸的檐部,二弹性臂卡设于壁部内并抵靠檐部。
11.如权利要求10所述的发光二极管嵌灯,其特征在于:所述罩体的壁部开设二“T”形的凹槽,每一凹槽均贯穿壁部的底面且与凸耳相对应。
12.如权利要求10所述的发光二极管嵌灯,其特征在于:每一弹性臂包括一螺旋部及一自螺旋部倾斜向上延伸的抵压部,该螺旋部卡置于罩体的壁部的凹槽内,该抵压部抵靠于罩体的檐部。
