Abstract
本发明涉及照明领域,具体涉及到一种可更换的LED光源模块,本发明包括:绝缘套件、压力盖、固定卡口、弹簧、COB光源、导热基座、电源输入端子、高功率导热硅胶片组成LED光源模块;模块固定器、固定螺口、电源输出端子、锁定卡、散热器组成散热主体。将LED光源模块上的固定卡口与锁定卡相接,此时弹簧起到向下的压力将LED光源模块固定在散热器上,灯体接通电源后即可点亮LED光源模块。将固定卡口与锁定卡分开即可更换LED光源模块。本发明的有益效果是:当照明灯具的COB光源损坏时,无需更换整个照明灯具,减少更换整灯带来的损失。

技术领域
本发明涉及LED照明灯具领域,特别是涉及到COB光源灯具。
背景技术
现有公知的COB光源灯具产品是由外壳、散热片、电源、COB光源等材料组成,先把导热硅脂放在COB光源和散热器中间以解决芯片的导热及散热,再通过工具用螺丝将COB光源固定在散热器上面,用电线将电源和COB光源焊接,然后安装外壳,成品灯具为一体化,整体出售,但COB光源损坏后,用户无法维修及更换光源,只能将整个灯具换掉。
发明内容
为了解决LED灯具产品中的COB光源损坏后,用户不可更换,本发明可提供一种新型的COB光源灯具产品的结构原理及组装方法,无需借助任何工具可以让用户在灯体上轻易更换LED光源模块。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案(见说明书附图1):
1、将COB光源(5)利用导热硅脂安装在导热基座(6)上,然后将电源输入端子(7)的一端与COB光源(5)焊接。
2、将弹簧(4)套在导热基座(6)上,再把压力盖(2)套在导热基座(6)上,压力盖(2)在弹簧(4)之上,起到卡主弹簧(4)的作用。
3、然后将绝缘套件(1)安装在导热基座(6)顶部的螺纹上,起到了固定COB光源(5)及压力盖(2)的作用。
4、将高功率导热硅胶片(8)带有胶的一面粘贴在导热基座的底部。
5、完成以上操作步骤后,LED光源模块组装完成。
6、将模块固定器(9)利用固定螺口(10)安装在散热器上。
7、将LED光源模块上的固定卡口(3)与锁定卡(12)相接,此时弹簧(4)会起到向下的压力将LED光源模块紧紧压在散热器(13)上,利用高功率导热硅胶片(8)达到散热效果,此时,LED光源模块与灯体连接安装完成,灯体接通电源后即可点亮LED光源模块。
8、将固定卡口(3)与锁定卡(12)分开即可更换LED光源模块。
本发明的有益效果是:当照明灯具的COB光源损坏时,用户可方便、快捷的直接更换LED光源模块,无需更换整个照明灯具,给用户减少更换整灯带来的麻烦与经济损失技术领域。

Claims (4)
1.可更换的LED光源模块,结构原理及安装方法为:绝缘套件(1)、压力盖(2)、弹簧(4)、COB光源(5)、导热基座(6)、电源输入端子(7)、高功率导热硅胶片(8)有序安装后组成LED光源模块;模块固定器(9)、电源输出端子(11)、散热器(13)组装为散热主体。
2.将LED光源模块通过固定卡口(3)与锁定卡(12)连接,同时,电源输入端子(7)与电源输出端子(11)已连接,达到通电目的,此时安装完成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可更换的LED光源模块,其特征是:当LED光源模块安装到灯具散热主体时由弹簧产生并始终保持向下的压力,将LED光源模块紧紧压在散热器上,达到散热效果,当灯具主体通电后即可点亮LED光源模块。
4.根据权利要求2所述的可更换的LED光源模块,其特征是:LED光源模块可任意反复拆卸与更换。
