Abstract

一种发光二极管灯具,其包括一承座、一固定于承座上的发光二极管模组及一环绕承座的鳍片组,所述鳍片组包括若干鳍片,所述鳍片相互扣结后固结至承座上。与现有技术相比,本发明的发光二极管灯具的鳍片与承座为分体式形成,其相对于一体成型的散热器而言,加工更加容易。针对不同的散热要求,可对鳍片的数量可进行调整,而不需将整个散热器重新设计与开模。

发光二极管灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种发光二极管灯具,特别是指一种具有散热装置的发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
相比于传统的发光源,发光二极管具有重量轻、体积小、污染低、寿命长高等优点,其作为一种新型的发光源,已经被越来越多地应用到各领域当中,如路灯、交通灯、信号灯、射灯及装饰灯等等。
但是,发光二极管在工作时会产生大量的热量,如若这些热量不能得到及时地散发,将容易导致发光二极管过热,使其发光效率降低,甚至于直接烧坏而无法继续工作。尤其对大功率的发光二极管,散热问题是其能否投入应用的关键所在。
业界一般安装散热器来对发光二极管散热。传统的散热器包括一承载发光二极管模组的承座及若干自该承座辐射向外形成的鳍片。当发光二极管模组通电之后,其所产生的热量经由承座传导至鳍片上,然后再通过鳍片对流至周围的空气当中。
不同功率的发光二极管所产生的热量大小存在差异,需要通过散热面积不同的散热器来进行散热。但是,该种传统的散热器的鳍片与承座为一体形成,加工较为复杂。此外,如若欲更换更大功率的发光二极管,就需将整个散热器重新设计,替换成具有更大散热面积的散热器,制造时又需重新开模,导致发光二极管灯具的成本大幅度增加。
发明内容
有鉴于此,实有必要提供一种成本较低的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,其包括一承座、一固定于承座上的发光二极管模组及一环绕承座的鳍片组,所述鳍片组包括若干鳍片,这些鳍片相互扣接之后固结至承座上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的发光二极管灯具的鳍片与承座为分体式形成,其相对于一体成型的散热器而言,加工更加容易。针对不同的散热要求,可对鳍片的数量可进行调整,而不需将整个散热器重新设计与开模。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示,本发明的发光二极管灯具包括一承座10、一安装于承座10上的发光二极管模组30、一环绕承座10的鳍片组20、一置于发光二极管模组30上且收容于鳍片组20内的反光罩40及一固定至反光罩40上的透明盖体50。
所述承座10由热导性良好的金属材料制成,其包括一实心的圆柱体100。该圆柱体100的顶面向上凸伸出二弧形的肋条12,用于定位发光二极管模组30。每一肋条12所跨设的弧度均小于180°,其外缘与所述圆柱体100的外缘对齐,其内缘则与圆柱体100的外缘同轴。该二肋条12相互对称,且二者的相对末端间形成二间隙(图未标)。所述圆柱体100的顶面于靠近二间隙的位置处分别开设二螺孔14,供螺丝(图未示)穿设。一穿孔(图未标)开设于一肋条12及圆柱体100的顶面上,其沿承座10的高度方向贯穿所述圆柱体100,供发光二极管模组30的导线(图未示)穿设。
请一并参阅图3,所述鳍片组20通过焊接固定至所述承座10的侧面而与其共同组成一散热器(图未标)。该鳍片组20由若干鳍片200相互扣接而成。每一鳍片200均包括一外折边22及一由该外折边22向内形成的内折边24。所述外折边22的相应区域依据不同的构造可分为一第一部分220、一第二部分222及一第三部分224:第一部分220位于所述鳍片200的上部及中部,其沿逆时针方向弯折成一弧形的曲面(如图3);第二部分222位于所述鳍片200的下部,其相对于第一部分220更靠向鳍片组20的内侧,即是说该第二部分222的内缘位于第一部分220的内缘的内侧,该第二部分222的面积小于第一部分220的面积,其宽度自上至下逐渐减小;所述外折边22的第三部分224位于鳍片200的底部,其自第二部分222的末端沿时针方向水平弯折而出。所述内折边24形成于所述鳍片200的上部,其亦包括一第一部分242、一第二部分244及一第三部分240:第一部分242位于鳍片200的顶部,其沿周向水平设置;所述第二部分244呈矩形,其垂直形成于第一部分242下方;所述第三部分240呈宽度自上至下逐渐增大的梯形,其自第二部分244竖直向下延伸。这些外折边22的第三部分224相互扣合而在鳍片组20的底部形成一环状的下连接部(图未标),这些内折边24的第一部分242相互扣合而在鳍片组20的顶部形成一环形的上连接部(图未标),其中该上连接部的内径大于所述下连接部的内径(如图3)。由于外折边22的第一部分220的内缘相对于其第二部分222的内缘更靠向外侧,当鳍片组20套置于所述承座10上时,该鳍片组20将仅有两处区域与所述承座10接触:其外折边22的第二部分222的内缘抵靠于所述承座10的侧壁面,其内折边24的第三部分240的底端与承座10的肋条12的顶面相抵接,而其外折边22的第一部分220与所述承座10隔开。由于外折边22第一部分220位于鳍片200的上部及中部,外折边22的第二部分222位于鳍片200的下部,内折边24的第三部分240位于鳍片200的上部,上述鳍片组20与承座10的接触关系还可依此表述为:鳍片组20的下部及上部与所述承座10接触,而其中部则与所述承座10隔开。
请参阅图2及图4,所述发光二极管模组30包括一梅花形的电路板34及一固定至该电路板34中部的发光二极管32。所述电路板34置于圆柱体100的顶面上且被二肋条12所环绕。二螺丝穿过该电路板34的相对两侧而螺锁于承座10的二螺孔14内,从而将发光二极管模组30固定在承座10上。
所述反光罩40安装于发光二极管模组30上且容置于所述鳍片组20内,其包括一圆板(图未标)及一自该圆板周缘倾斜向上形成的侧壁(图未标)。所述圆板的中部开设一圆台形的通孔42,用于容置所述发光二极管32。所述通孔42的内壁形成一第一反光面,其将自发光二极管32侧面所发出的光线会聚至一光柱内。所述侧壁的内径自上至下逐渐减小,其内壁面形成一第二反光面。该第二反光面进一步将自发光二极管32侧面逸出的光线反射至上述光柱内。
请一并参阅图1,所述盖体50固定至所述反光罩40的侧壁的顶面,其下部被所述鳍片组20的上连接部所环绕而收容于鳍片组20内,其上部则延伸超出鳍片组20而暴露于外部。该盖体50用于保护所述发光二极管30并将其所发出的光柱以预定的样式射出。
与现有技术相比,本发明的发光二极管灯具的鳍片200与承座10为分体式形成,其相对于一体成型的散热器而言,加工更加容易。针对不同的散热要求,可对鳍片200的数量可进行调整,而不需将整个散热器重新设计与开模。

Claims (14)

1.一种发光二极管灯具,其包括一承座、一固定于承座上的发光二极管模组及一环绕承座的鳍片组,所述鳍片组包括若干鳍片,其特征在于:所述鳍片相互扣结后固结至承座上。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述鳍片的上部及下部与所述承座相接触,所述鳍片的中部则与所述承座隔开。
3.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述每一鳍片包括一外折边及一自外折边向内形成的内折边,所述外折边及内折边均与所述承座接触。
4.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述外折边包括一第一部分、一第二部分及一第三部分,所述第一部分位于所述鳍片的上部及中部,所述第二部分位于所述鳍片的下部,所述第三部分位于所述鳍片的底部。
5.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述外折边的第一部分沿逆时针方向弯折成曲面,其与所述承座隔开。
6.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述外折边的第二部分的宽度自上至下逐渐减小,其与所述承座的下部相接触。
7.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述外折边的第三部分由第二部分的末端沿周向水平弯折而出,相邻的外折边的第三部分相互扣合成一环形的下连接部。
8.如权利要求7所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述内折边位于所述鳍片的上部,其包括一第一部分、一自第一部分垂直向下形成的第二部分及一自第二部分末端竖直向下延伸的第三部分。
9.如权利要求8所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述内折边的第一部分沿周向水平弯折,相邻内折边的第一部分相互扣接成一环形的上连接部。
10.如权利要求9所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述上连接部的内径大于所述下连接部的内径。
11.如权利要求8所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述内折边的第二部分呈矩形,所述内折边的第三部分成梯形且其底部与所述承座的顶部相接触。
12.如权利要求1至11任一项所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述承座包括一实心的圆柱体及自该圆柱体的顶面向上凸出的二弧形肋条,所述发光二极管模组置于所述圆柱体上且被该二肋条所环绕。
13.如权利要求12所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述发光二极管灯具还包括一安装于所述发光二极管模组上的反光罩及一固定至反光罩上的盖体。
14.如权利要求13所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述反光罩收容于所述鳍片组内且容置所述发光二极管模组的发光二极管,所述盖体的下部收容于所述鳍片组内且其上部延伸超出所述鳍片组。
